본 연구는 공공의료기관의 인지도와 재방문여부와의 관계 및 영향을 미치는 요인을 살펴봄으로써 인지도를 높일 수 있는 방안을 제시하여 병원 재방문 증가에 기여하고자 하는데 그 의의가 있다. 분석방법은 빈도분석, 신뢰도 및 탐색적 요인분석, t-test, ANOVA, 상관관계분석, 위계적 다중회귀분석을 실시하여 결론을 도출하였다. 결과를 보면 상관관계분석에서는 재방문여부와 독립변수들간에 모두 유의한 상관관계를 보였고, 서비스품질인식 및 진료환경적 요인이 독립변수들의 설명력을 증가시켜 의료기관의 재방문과의 높은 관련성이 있음을 보여주고 있으며, 평소 이미지 및 의료서비스, 진료환경은 재방문의사에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 결과를 도출하였다. 본 연구를 통해서 공공의료기관의 인지도와 재방문과의 관련성을 확인 할 수 있었으며, 공공의료기관은 의료서비스 질과 인프라를 개선시키기 위해서 지속적으로 이미지 및 의료서비스, 진료환경에 대한 기대수준을 파악하여 재방문을 향상시킬 수 있는 대안 연구가 필요할 것이다.

The study aimed to measure the levels of radiation protection for radiologists in medical institutions in three environmental categories (physical, administrative and social) and to establish a data base which can be used to increase awareness of environmental radiation protection in medical institutions within Korea. The study surveyed 10% of radiologists working in radiology departments in medical institutions which are supervised by the National Dose Registry overseen by the Korean Food and Drug Administration(KFDA). This study found that the level of environmental radiation protection was higher in the capital area and in larger hospitals. On the other hand, the study shows environmental radiation protection was lower in the Youngnam area and in clinics. Results from the questionnaires indicate the level of environmental radiation protection was higher when radiologists were given an individual dosimeter but lowest when the radiation protection apron quality test was conducted. Environmental radiation protection is an important factor for radiologists to conduct activities in a safe and protected environment. However, this study shows there are differences in the level of environmental radiation protection in medical institutions and location within Korea. In particular, the level of environmental radiation protection was lower in clinics, appropriate intervention strategies befitting these conditions are needed based on medical institution classification and location in order to improve the level of environmental protection.

This study has the aim of developing an evaluation index that can help evaluate the reliability of the information resources of institutions retaining humanities assets for the purposes of laying out the foundation for providing one-stop portal service for humanities assets. To this end, the evaluation index was derived through the analysis of previous research, case studies, and interviews with experts, the derived evaluation index was then applied to the humanities assets retaining institutions to verify the utility. The institutional information resources' reliability evaluation index consisted of the two dimensions of the institutions' own reliability evaluation index. The institution provided a service and system evaluation index. The institutions' own reliability evaluation index consisted of 25 points for institutional authority, 25 points for data collection and construction, 30 points for data provision, and 20 points for appropriateness of data, for a total of 100 points, respectively. The institution provided service and system evaluation indexes consisting of 25 points for information quality, 15 points for appropriateness (decency), 15 points for accessibility, 20 points for tangibility, 15 points for form, and 10 points for cooperation, for the total of 100 points, respectively. The derived evaluation index was used to evaluate the utility of 6 institutions representing humanities assets through application. Consequently, the reliability of the information resources retained by the Research Information Service System (RISS) of the Korea Education & Research Information Service (KERIS) turned out to be the highest.

This study analyzed the factors affecting the educational effect of safety innovation education for management of public institutions. A survey was conducted on 294 CEOs and executive directors of public institutions (divided into construction sites, workplaces, and research facilities) subject to the safety management rating system to understand the impact of educational participants' characteristics and behavioral intentions after safety innovation education. As a result of statistical analysis, it was found that the executive director had a higher behavioral intention than the CEO, and the education quality, education instructor, and educational environment all had a significant positive (+) effect on the behavioral intention. This study can be used as basic data for further research related to safety innovation education for management of public institutions

기록물관리기관 서비스에 대한 개념 정의를 기반으로 구성개념 및 예비문항을 개발한 후, 기록물관리기관 중 공공기관을 대상으로 이용자 조사를 실시하여 척도의 요인 및 문항을 확인하였다. 개발된 척도의 타당도와 신뢰도를 검증하기 위해 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석, 상관분석, 위계적 회귀분석, 단순회귀분석, 독립표본 t-검증, 신뢰도 검증을 하였다. 개발된 척도는 기록물관리기관의 서비스 품질을 평가할 수 있는 고유한 측정도구로서, 각 기록물관리기관이 현황을 진단하고 다른 기관과의 비교를 가능하게 함으로써 서비스 품질 향상을 위한 효과적인 운영 방안을 제시하는 역할을 할 것이다.

The objective of present study is to compare the similarities and differences between the two projects and extract implications for the improvement of higher education quality in other countries. To meet this objective, The study compared and analyzed "The Project of Higher Education Quality Development and Educational Reform of China" and "Technical Education Quality Improvement Programme" of government of India. by using the method of literature research, contents analysis and comparison analysis, this paper employed multi-source materials to examine background and targets, measures and outcomes, deficiencies and future direction of these two projects, and compared the similarities and diversities on each matters by utilizing secondary data from national surveys, government statistics, databases, and third-party agencies. The findings led us to suggest that the well-coordinated and standardized administrative system is a primary guarantee for ensuring the smooth implementation of the programme, and sharing educational resources among higher education institutions is an effective means for promoting their joint development. The improvement of higher education quality relies on the reform of the entire higher education system and the efficient networking between higher education institutions.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to recognize the importance of a cooperative relationship in which parents of early childhood education institutions share responsibility and authority, and to suggest ways to establish efficient management strategies. Methods: The survey was conducted through online responses using Google surveys and SNS. The collected data was collected using SPSS 22.0 and Smart PLS 4.0 statistical programs. Results: Among the 13 hypotheses, only expertise in educational service quality was confirmed to have no effect on customer trust. The verification results of 11 mediation effects confirmed that customer satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between non-verbal communication and customer loyalty, and that customer trust does not mediate the relationship between expertise and verbal communication on customer loyalty. Conclusion: We presented basic data for establishing a marketing strategy that can improve the quality of services of infant and toddler education institutions and increase management performance.

The National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education plays a crucial role in education in Ukraine, as an independent entity creates and ensures quality standards of higher education, which allow to properly implement the educational policy of the state, develop the economy and society as a whole.The purpose of the article: to reveal the crucial role of the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education to create quality management of higher education institutions, to show its mechanism as an independent entity that creates and ensures quality standards of higher education. and society as a whole. The mission of the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education is to become a catalyst for positive changes in higher education and the formation of a culture of its quality. The strategic goals of the National Agency are implemented in three main areas: the quality of educational services, recognition of the quality of scientific results, ensuring the systemic impact of the National Agency. The National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education exercises various powers, which can be divided into: regulatory, analytical, accreditation, control, communication.The effectiveness of the work of the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education for 2020 has been proved. The results of a survey conducted by 183 higher education institutions of Ukraine conducted by the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education are shown. Emphasis was placed on the development of "Recommendations of the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education regarding the introduction of an internal quality assurance system." The international activity and international recognition of the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education are shown.

This study concerns the present possession of CT and MRI machines in Daegu and the technologists' awareness of Quality Control. the study was conducted by visiting forty medical institutions as well as a survey. The survey was carried out by technologists responsible for CT and MRI. CT and MRI machines have only been used in medical institutions in Daegu for a short period. The study revealed that most of them have been acquired by those institutions recently. Most of the technologists who participated in the study are aware of the (prescribed) Quality Control measures and conduct regular inspections in accordance with the quality control chart, however some of them do not.

최근 국외 건설사들은 BIM 설계를 통하여 건설 생산성 및 품질향상의 효과를 얻고 있다. 반면에 국내의 BIM 설계는 추가 비용 및 전문 인력부족 등의 문제로 침체되어 있는 실정이다. 건설경기의 불황 등의 이유로 건설시장 규모가 축소되어 있는 시기인 만큼 일차적으로 공공기관을 중심으로 BIM 설계를 활성화하여 설계 초기 단계뿐만 아니라 시공분야까지 BIM을 적극적으로 도입하고 그에 따른 성과의 확산 및 국내 BIM 기술발전을 도모할 수 있어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 BIM 설계 활성화를 위해서 일차적으로 공공기관의 BIM 설계를 활성화시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 이를 위하여 한국토지주택공사(LH) 사례를 통하여 BIM 설계 추진상의 문제점들을 분석하였고, 그에 따른 개선방향 및 구체적인 설계 적용 방안을 제안하였다. 또한, 제시된 방안을 단계적으로 수행하기 위해 "LH BIM 설계 적용 로드맵"을 수립하였으며, 그에 따른 기대효과를 제시하였다. 제안된 연구 내용은 한국토지주택공사에서 시범사업으로 적용될 예정이다.
