바닥 상부 마감재의 충격음 저감성능에 대한 평가방법 개선 (Improvement of evaluation method for impact sound reduction performance of floor coverings)

  • 최근 바닥충격음 사후 성능검사 제도의 시행에 따라 공동주택 바닥 슬래브 상부에 설치되는 바닥 마감재에 대한 바닥충격음 성능 개선의 요구사항은 증가하고 있다. 하지만 현재의 KS F ISO 717-2 및 KS F 2863에서의 바닥 마감재 성능 평가방법은 완충층이 설치되지 않은 조건에서 저감량을 측정하는 것으로 되어 있다. 준공 전 성능측정 의무화로 인해 본인이 거주하는 공동주택 바닥충격음 성능의 확인이 가능한 상황에서 입주민이 거주하는 공동주택의 특성을 반영하는 온돌층이 설치된 구조에서의 성능평가는 마감재의 바닥충격음 성능에서 더 필요한 부분일 것이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 바닥슬래브 상부 마감구조의 저감량 평가를 위해서 완충층 조건을 포함한 저감성능 평가를 제안하고, 완충층 성능에 따른 저감량의 차이를 확인할 수 있도록 마감재가 설치되지 않은 상태의 바닥충격음 성능을 동시에 표시하는 것을 제안한다.

  • The paper presents methods of determining the capacity and installation positions of regenerative inverters installed in DC 1500V electric railway system. We suggested a method that approximates using parameters related to substations where regenerative inverters are installed, railway lines and operating motor cars, and another that calculates using regenerative power obtained from Train performance Simulation (TPS) and Power Flow Simulation (PFS). We carried out TPS and PFS for Seoul Subway Line $5{\sim}8$, calculating regenerative power and determining substations where regenerative inverters would be installed and the optimal capacity and number of inverters to be installed.

  • This test method covers a procedure for measuring particle removal characteristic of equipment fan filter unit(EFFU) installed inside of semiconductor process equipments, FPD manufacturing equipments and so on. Since EFFU is a combination of air filter and the assembly of fan, motor and frame, the integrity of these parts is very important for the performance of EFFU. So a conventional particle removal test method for air filters is not suitable for EFFU particle removal performance. This test method defines an evaluation method for EFFU which is installed inside an enclosed space to remove particles that are generated inside process equipment. The particle removal performance of EFFUs is usually depending on the performance of filter media and air flow rate. To understand a performance of an EFFU, the filter media characteristic, air flow rate and the integrity of EFFU parts should be considered simultaneously. This test method is intended to demonstrate the system performance of an EFFU and successfully evaluated EFFU performance characteristics.

고층 건물의 실외기실에 위치한 응축기 성능분석 (Analysis of the Condenser Performance Installed in the Air-Conditioning Plant Room of a High-Rise Building)

  • The performance of the condenser installed in the air-conditioning plant room of a high-rise building was studied numerically. The effect of the draft direction on the performance of an air-conditioner was analyzed. The on-coil temperature of the condenser was investigated by varying the arrangement and location o( the condenser in the air-conditioning plant room. The performance of an air-conditioner was also evaluated by using COP (coefficient of performance) and CGPI (condenser group performance indicator). The condenser in an air-conditioning plant room should be arranged in such a manner that the fan of the condenser is facing the outside of the building to exhaust the hot air directly, The model by which the condenser is located at the lower-left end of an air-conditioning plant room can prevent the hot air from reentering, and allow indrafting of fresh air. When the direction of draft is to the frontal face of the building, the performance of the condenser above 30th floor is degraded.

해양플랜트 복사열 차폐막의 차폐성능에 관한 연구 (Study on Performance of Radiant Heat Shields for Offshore Installations)

  • Radiant heat shields are normally installed on offshore oil and gas platforms to protect personnel, equipment, and structures from the thermal radiation emitted by a flare system. A heat shield should be individually designed to reduce the thermal radiation to the target level, and then manufactured and installed after the performance verification. However, in general, a heat shield is designed and manufactured by trial and error based on the performance test. For this reason, it is difficult to develop and design radiant heat shields in the Korean shipbuilding and marine equipment industry because of the lack of performance test data and limited experience. In the present study, the results of experiments conducted to verify the performances of radiant heat shields were analyzed, and the thermal radiation characteristics and performance characteristics of the radiant heat shields were investigated. The insights and conclusions developed in the present study will be useful in terms of the design and development of radiant heat shield, as well as in their performance verification tests.

외기 온도 제어 방식을 적용한 지열 히트펌프 시스템의 냉방 성능 분석 (Cooling Performance Analysis of Ground-Source Heat Pump System with Capacity Control with Outdoor Air Temperature)

  • In order to solve the increasing deterioration of the energy shortage problem, ground-source heat pump (GSHP) systems have been widely installed. The control method is a significant component for maintaining the long-term performance and for reducing operation cost of GSHP systems. This paper presents the measurement and analysis results of the cooling performance of a GSHP system using capacity control with outdoor air temperature. For this, we installed monitoring equipments including sensors for measuring temperature, flow rate and power consumption, and then monitored operation parameters from July 9, 2021 to October 2, 2021. From measurement results, we analyze the effect of capacity control with outdoor air temperature on the cooling performance of the system. The average performace factor (PF) of the heat pump was 6.95, while the whole system was 5.54 over the measurement period. Because there was no performance data of the existing GSHP system, it was not possible to directly compare the existing control method and the outdoor air temperature method. However, it is expected that the performance of the entire system will be improved by adjusting the temperature of cold water produced by the heat pump, that is, the temperature of cold water on the load side according to the outside air temperature.

국내 공동주택 화재감지시스템의 성능개선을 위한 기초연구 (Basic Study for performance Improvement of Fire Detectors System at Domestic Apartment Buildings)

  • 본 연구는 공동주택 전용 지능형 화재감지시스템개발을 위한 기초연구로서 공동주택에 설치하는 기존 자동화재탐지설비의 화재감지기 실태 및 성능개선대책에 필요한 기초 연구를 하였다. 공동주택 전용지능형 감지시스템의 개발에 필요한 기초자료를 분석하기 위하여 기존 감지기성능 및 유지관리 등의 문제점을 조사하였다. 이를 위하여 국내 외 주거공간에서 발생한 화재통계자료를 분석하였고 피난 및 소방 활동에 중요한 역할을 하는 감지기성능 실태를 연구하였다. 특히, 공동주택에 설치된 기존의 화재감지기는 세대별로 경계구역이 설정되어 있지 않으며, 대부분 열감지기로 설치되어 조기에 화재를 감지할 수 없는 시스템으로 되어 있었다. 또한 세대별 설치된 감지기는 평상시에 정상작동 여부를 주거공간의 외부에서 점검할 수 없는 문제점이 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제점을 개선하기 위한 방안으로 기존의 열감지기보다는 초기 감지능력이 있는 연기감지기 또는 열 연기복합형 감지기, 단독형 연기감지기의 설치 및 공동주택 전용의 감지시스템을 개발하여 설치하는 것이 필요하다.

  • The use of noise barrier is being increased to reduce the environmental noise in these days. Also, many noise reducers installed at the top of noise barrier are developed for improving the performance of noise reduction. So we evaluate the performance of the noise reducers and compare the results. Results of the field tests show that the insertion loss due to the noise reducers is up to 10.6 dB.

  • This study aims to evaluate the humidity control performance of low-priced generic ceramic panels that are used to control humidity. Temperature and humidity are monitored by using 'Living Lab' and the change of indoor relative humidity is measured and analyzed. According to the results of the study, the indoor relative humidity of rooms installed with ceramic panels was found to be low compared to that of living rooms by 2.2%RH (test period) and 3.2%RH (daily). In the case of maximum relative humidity, rooms installed with ceramic panels were found to be low by 6.9%RH. The results are attributable to the humidity absorption of ceramic panels. Accordingly, future ceramic panels need the improvement of performance and an appropriate construction area should be derived depending on indoor space.

대응출력 200마력 과급기에 의한 디젤기관의 출력향상 및 배출특성에 관한 연구 (A study on power improvement emission characteristics of marine diesel engine with response power 200HP turbocharger)

  • 최근 높은 출력을 요구하는 각종 산업분야에서 사용되고 있는 디젤엔진의 효율을 높이기 위해 대응출력 200HP 과급기를 장착한 디젤엔진과 자연흡기식 디젤엔진을 동일한 조건에서 동력계와 배출가스 분석기를 통해 동력특성 및 배출가스 특성을 실험한 논문이다. 자연흡기식 디젤엔진과 과급기를 장착한 디젤엔진을 실험한 결과, 저속에서의 출력특성의 차이는 적었으나 고속에서의 동력특성은 과급기를 장착한 엔진의 출력과 효율이 증가한다는 결과를 얻을 수 있다. 이와는 반대로 배출가스 특성에서는 과급기를 장착한 모델에서 $NO_X$$O_2$등의 배출가스가 증가되었으나 $CO_2$의 저감과 동력 특성 증가의 효율을 볼 때 배출가스의 증가치는 적다고 할 수 있다. 이와 같은 결과를 토대로 과급기가 장착된 디젤엔진이 자연흡기식 엔진 대비 효율성 면에서 경제성이 높을 것이라 예측된다.
