  • 화석연료의 고갈 및 환경문제로 재생에너지의 중요성이 더욱 부각되고 있다. 재생에너지중 가장 상용화된 태양광 발전은 태양광 발전소가 생길만큼 활성화 되었다. 국내 태양광 발전용 모듈의 수명은 약 20년으로 추정되나 국내 기후 및 환경에 20년 이상 될 경우 얼마만큼 효율이 감소되는지 검증되지 않았다. 본 논문에서는 23년된 모듈 3장을 통해 최대전력의 감소폭을 알아보았다.

  • Recently, load circuits and components of customer are various. Therefore failures of ELB(Earth Leakage Breaker) and MCCB(Molded case circuit breakers) are more frequent. Lite time of MCCB even if there is same units differ from environment, condition of operation. FEMCA is a efficiency method of system operation or maintenance for system reliability. We study on FMECA procedures and method. In this paper, we focused on FMECA application to MCCB life time test.

  • This paper in order to reduce the electric disaster damage which is caused by with electric equipment of traditional market developed the electric safety monitoring system which is suitable in traditional market. With for this did the actual condition investigation about electrical equipment of traditional market and we constructed Test-bed for testing reliability of electric safety monitoring system. Also experiment led in Test-bed and confirmed a stability. This paper following will be used with the data for the reliability security of the electric safe system operation which follows in the traditional market actual proof equipment construction which will be advanced.

  • As products using LEDs are developed actively, also there has been large request for LED products that can replace traditional lamps like fluorescent lamps and metal halide lamps. But so far there is no proper standard that manufacturer can use and test it. As a result manufacturer can't develop retrofit LED lamps and sell it even they have technology. In this study, by analyzing control gear for fluorescent lamp that is currently used in market which is magnetic or electronic ballast, I'd like to develop proper test method by investigating compatibility between all-type control gear and LED retrofit products.

  • The paper presents a method of assessing the adequate tapaclty of photovoltaic generation systems for public buildings based on analysis of load variation patterns of customers. When PV systems are installed for supplying power for the customer load, reverse power relay is required by the guideline to be installed at the point of common coupling with the power network. The suggested method analyzes daily, weekly and monthly load demand of the customer that Irishes PV system installation, and determines the appropriate rating of the PV system for preventing PV generation from exceeding the customer demand. This work is expected to support renewable energy dissemination projects of public organizations.

  • This paper describes the analysis technique of risk voltage around grounding electrode by new touch and step voltage measurement methods. We have analyzed three techniques for risk voltage measurement, such as footprint-electrode method, test-probe method, and simulated-personnel method. We have selected test-probe method considering applicability of site. In order to reduce error related to the location of the auxiliary electrode, we propose a new approach to perform risk voltage measurement with minimum errors and short auxiliary electrode distances. Field tests were carried out at a grounding grid. It can be concluded that the proposed method will be satisfactory for risk voltage measurement.

  • Recently, the depletion of fossil fuel carbon dioxide emissions due to limitations in the internal combustion engine vehicles is rising concern about electric vehicle. Neighborhood Electric Vehicle(NEV) is maximum speed 60km/h and one day driving distances less than 80km. In this paper, Power Conversion Controller is proposed for Neighborhood Electric Vehicle. To verify the developed Power conversion Controller, Test performed integration test, max load, power density, efficiency. Confirmed that the vehicle can be applied.

Kobayashi 스케일과 I.R.I 스케일을 사용한 LED 광색의 형용사 이미지 분석 (The Analysis of Emotion Adjective for LED Light Colors by using Kobayashi scale and I.R.I scale)

  • The aim of this study is to analyze the emotion adjectives for light emitting diode(LED) light colors using a twofold adjective image scales from Kobayashi and I.R.I. A set of psychophysical experiments using category judgment was conducted in an LED light color simulation system, in order to evaluate each emotion scale coordinate for those test light colors in both adjective image scales. In total, 49 test light colors from a combination of 6 color series were assessed by 15 human observers. As a result, Kobayashi adjective image scale clearly expressed to emotion adjectives of 'Dynamic', 'Casual', 'Chic', 'Cool-casual', 'Modern', and 'Natural' for different hues. In contrast, I.R.I adjective image scale expressed only 2 adjectives of 'dynamic' and 'luxurious' for the all hues.

  • KEPRI successfully developed and installed RTDS(Real-Time Digital Simulator) during March 2001. The simulator will be used to study interactive simulation of electromagnetic & electromechanical and validation of protective & control systems. In this paper. the authors will present an overview of real-time digital simulator and its characteristic features. Special emphasis will be placed to the installation test results. This paper also addresses some key issues on the accuracy, reliability flexibility and its practical uses for real-time power simulation.

  • A Bus Trunk System for Wind Tower is introduced. A marine cable has been widely used in wind tower or other offshore structure. However, as the electric load capacity is getting increased, the large number of cable lines should be used to cover such a huge amount of electric capacities, which makes the installation make quite difficult due to the heavy weight and volume of the present cables. On the other hand, by using a single bus trunk system line, the power capacity amount of 16 number of cable can be delivered with significant compactness. However, unlike flexible cable, the bus trunk is relatively stiff which could arise resonance phenomenon in the operating condition of wind tower, therefore, the vibration characteristics of bus trunk should be investigated and verify its long-term reliability during the life time of the wind tower.
