Many of Korea major companies have appled as strategy of management innovation Six Sigma, Lean and Theory of Constraints. Six Sigma has mainly focused to reduce variation. Lean has mainly focused to reduce wastes and Theory of Constraints has mainly focused that bottleneck of constrains production and sales. This bottleneck is caused by constraint resources and it should be the main role of manager to explore constraint resource. Although their mainly focus are different, they are used to improve productivity and quality. In this paper, as strategy of management innovation, study on analysis and comparison plan of Six Sigma, Lean and Theory of Constraints. From the literature survey and application cases, it is suggested and discussed that how to plan of application as strategy of management innovation successfully. The suggested plan of application could be a good guideline that it could be a apply of companies.

이 연구에서는 새롭게 등장하고 있는 전환적 혁신정책의 특성을 살펴보고 그것에 입각해서 한국 사회문제 해결형 R&D정책을 분석한다. 전환적 혁신정책은 사회적 도전과제 해결을 위해 사회 기술시스템 전환을 지향하는 정책이다. 이 연구에서는 전환적 혁신정책론의 틀에서 '제2차 과학기술기반 사회문제 해결 종합계획'을 분석했다. '종합계획'에서는 사회적 가치의 강조, 관련 주체들의 네트워크 형성, 사회적 성과 확산 등 과학기술혁신 활동의 새로운 방향성을 설정하고 관련 생태계를 형성하려는 노력을 하고 있다. 이렇게 '종합계획'에서는 과학기술혁신에서 사회 기술혁신까지 시야를 확대하고 있지만 사회 기술시스템 전체를 조망하면서 시스템 전환을 지향하는 관점은 약하다. 이 때문에 '종합계획'은 기존 시스템에 새로운 요소를 부가하는 시스템 개선을 이야기하고 있지 시스템 전환을 논의하고 있지는 않다. 전환적 혁신정책의 관점에서 사회문제 해결형 R&D정책을 발전시키기 위해서는 사회 기술시스템 전환에 대한 비전과 전망을 구성하는 것이 최우선적으로 요구된다.

The innovation city, which meets the best innovation condition to cooperate with the public institution and the industry-university-researcher closely and the good environment of housing, education, health and culture, was promoted to make the local city characteristic and independent. The plan to make the locally independent base have to consider the economical condition, the quality of life and the sustainable development. First of all The balanced city-planning is demanded to build friendly environmental and sustainable city. energy-efficient buildings shuld be designed to deal with the energy and environment problem. So we analyze the energy demand plan and the method to introduce the renewable energy system. As a result, the reduction ratio of the energy demand are greatly imbalanced between innovation cities. and only the Gwang-ju Jeon-nam innovation city is planed to apply the renewable energy to 5% of total energy demand.

As results of not selecting and using farm well pump properly , it's running regime is far away from high efficient zone and running efficiency of farm well pump is lower. The paper analyses unhealthy tendencies of technical state of diving-electric pump, deep well and centrifugal pump which are commonly used in our country. The paper also summarizes several technical innovation plans to raise efficiency : stage change plan, diameter change plan, speed change plan and synthetic technical innovation . Each plan gives a detailed introduction of designing and construction manners, through practical measuring , the synthetic efficiency of innovated well pumps raise above 30 percent. Economic benefit is evident.

Since 1980's, many enterprises have constructed Strategy Information System and tried BPR, ISP. Also, they implemented ERP and practiced the Process Innovation and Six Sigma for Management Innovation in todays, Although most companies had provious good plans, but those are not satisfied. Because of failed to change management and continued next activity. Many Project for Process innovation are ended as disposal project in many case, if they want next project, they need a new plan which needs additional fund and re source. This paper studied Process Innovation and Six Sigma in many things and proposed new model for continued project on the master plan. Also it proposed next study subject about ERP Optimization and Harmonization after implemented ERP which is considered as next step of PI.

The guarantee funds for government policy fund, venture capital investment fund, technology guarantee debt are the core parts of the external financing system in the constant technology innovation company. However, the enterpriser's requirement to keep the technology innovation with minimized management intervention and policy maker's hope to advance technology development with clear operation of funds is enough to request for research of the project investment plan to the R&D project. This paper will analyze whether technology innovation company that creates cash flow prefers to the project investment as a financing program or not, and if prefers, what characters of company affect on this preference. The more the company that pursuit the additional R&D activity separated to on-going items becomes over the fixed size, the more prefers the project investment as future external fund-raising. Together with that, this paper suggests that we can apply the plan like special purpose vehicle, SWORD(Stock Warrant Off-Balance sheet R&D) and R&D Limited Partnership as R&D project investment policy, and improve the system itself.

본 논문은 혁신도시에 신재생에너지 도입계획을 수립하는 것이다. 최상의 혁신도시 계획은 경제성, 삶의 질, 지속가능한 개발을 가능하도록 하는 것이다. 균형잡힌 도시를 위해서는 환경 친화적이고 지속가능한 도시를 설계하여야 하고, 효율적인 빌딩을 위해서는 에너지 효율과 환경 문제를 고려하여 설계하여야 한다. 이 논문에서 우리는 다양한 건축물에 대하여 에너지 효율성을 분석하고 신재생에너지를 도입하기 위한 방법을 제시하였다. 결론적으로 각 혁신도시에 대하여 새로운 신재생에너지 계획을 제시하였고 분석하였다.

21세기 선진 정예 강군을 위해 군이 지향해야 할 국방개혁 2020의 과제들은 2020년 전후 국방환경과 국방개혁 4대 중점사항을 토대로 총 21개 대과제와 80개 소과제를 선정하여 국방개혁을 추진해 나간다는 내용을 주요 골자로 하고 있다. 국방기본정책서를 기초로 추진하게 될 '국방개혁 2020' 은 기획단계인 초기단계로서 과제들에 대한 의사결정이 필요로 하나, 군은 현재 2단계인 계획단계에 이르러서야 비로소 기획과 예산을 연결시켜 의사결정을 구체화하고 있다. 과제들의 우선순위에 대한 의사결정이 계획단계에 이르러서야 비로소 결정되기 때문에 최초 기획단계부터 의사결정이 이루어진다면 현재보다 효율적인 과제수행이 이루어질 것이다. 본 연구는 국방부에서 발표한 '국방개혁 2020' 추진과제들을 가지고 기획단계에서부터 계층분석적 의사결정방법을 적용하여 과제들의 대한 그룹의사결정을 실시하였다. 또한, 추진과제 들의 가중치가 동일할 경우 15개 과제들의 가중치가 어떻게 변화하는가에 대한 민감도 분석을 실시하였고, 내 외부 평가자들의 과제들에 대한 가중치를 그룹의사결정을 통해 분석함으로서 과제들의 우선순위를 제시하였다.
