Personal creativity is critically important for organizations seeking to survive and thrive in today's highly turbulent business environments. Organizations must effectively identify and mobilize the creative resources of their members. When organizational members perceive a work environment that restricts or fails to encourage individual creative expression, a gap may exist between the level of individual creative potential and the actual amount of individual creativity practiced within the organization. In this situation, this paper will examine the impact of role conflict, role ambiguity, creative self-efficacy, and personal initiative on personal creativity. Creative self-efficacy is the subjective belief in one's personal ability to be creative, that is, a personal assessment of one's own creative potential. A strong internal belief in one's ability to successfully engage in creative behaviors is generally considered an important part of the creative process. Personal Initiative refers to behaviors, mainly directed toward work and organizational issues, that are characterized by the following aspects: self-starting, proactive, and persistent in overcoming barriers. Creativity-related creative self-efficacy and personal initiative are critical components to understand motivation that coordinates the relationship between perception and behavior of individual employees. Based on role theory, researchers have focused on role conflict and role ambiguity as the two key ingredients of role stress. Role ambiguity is defined as an evaluation about the lack of salient information needed to perform a role effectively. Role conflict results from two or more sets of incompatible demands involving work-related issues. Employees are usually pursued work-roles more than one in work-focused organization. Too many work-roles and perceived uncertainties at employee's work can be obstacles to personal creativity. In an analysis of results, while role conflict is not negatively related significantly to creative self-efficacy, role ambiguity is negatively related significantly to creative self-efficacy. While role conflict is significantly related to personal creativity, role ambiguity is negatively related significantly to personal creativity. Creative self-efficacy mediates the relationship among role conflict, role ambiguity, and employee creativity. Personal initiative mediates the relationship between creative self-efficacy and employee creativity. This paper shows that creative self-efficacy and personal initiative are the driving force behind personal creativity. Organizations can get some implications of creative-related role conflict and role ambiguity that employees have experienced. As a result, organizations must not only encourage creativity of employees by greater involvement but also encourage their input towards their-focused own works and tasks. And employees should be developed to pace with the organizational needs and development. Management must enable employees to think of new ideas and practices that promotes personal creativity.

Background : Strategic planning is an organizationwide or systemwide, ongoing look into the future usually of 2~3 years, based on objective analysis of the current environment and trends, but it can incorporate both short-term and long-term goals. The strategic planning process includes external analysis, internal analysis, issue analysis, development of mission, vision and values, and lastly development of organizational goals and objectives. As a part of the strategic quality planning process, certain service lines, important organizationwide functions, or key processes supporting these functions can be prioritized to expedite and roll out certain strategic goals. This is called strategic quality initiatives. Methods : We organized a quality improvement team, a subgroup of 21st century vision planning corps of our medical center, and pursued QI activities for improvement of healthcare environment, particularly in the admission setting. We developed a strategic quality initiative based on the results of patient satisfaction surveys, and carried out functions of self-directed work team. Results : The strategic goal was to be the benchmark for peer group hospitals in Korea for providing cost-effective best-practice. The QI team included 3 medical doctors, 1 nurse, 1 social worker, and 1 QI consultant as well as many operational members to support services and quality initiatives met every Tuesday for 18 weeks. Outcome objectives were to improve patient satisfaction score. The issues included in the objectives were comfort, temperature, noise, cleanliness of the admission wards, quality and education of patient meals, matters regarding the admission process, and an appurtenant facility such as restaurant or convenience store. Every issue was discussed and recommendations, conclusions and opportunities were implemented. Conclusions : By developing a strategic quality initiative as a part of the strategic quality planning process, and pursuing a self-directed work team, certain sen/ice lines, important organizationwide functions, or key processes supporting these functions can be improved effectively within a short period. Strategic quality initiatives serve to support, or roll out, certain strategic goals that are relevant to performance improvement and development of specific measurable outcome objectives, and associated performance measure for each initiative. Each strategic quality initiative should include a statement of intent outcome objectives, and performance measures. We will come back with follow up of the strategic quality initiative, for improvement of healthcare environment, and results of patient satisfaction re-survey.

The concept of precision medicine-prevention and treatment strategies that take individual variability into account-is hot issue of US in the year 2015. Precision medicine is a new concept that approach patients individually by there characteristics, such as genome, life style, environmental exposure, etc. For developing the precision medicine, National Institute of Health of US has been prepared the Precision Medicine Initiative Cohort Program, at least 1 million people cohort. The US President Obama announced the Precision Medicine Initiative on 30th January 2015. He announced that he will pioneer a new model of patient-powered research that promises to accelerate biomedical discoveries and provide clinicians with new tools, knowledge, and therapies to select which treatments will work best for which patients. Most medical treatments have been designed for the 'average patient.' As a result of this 'one-size-fits-all-approach,' treatments can be very successful for some patients but not for others. This is changing with the emergence of precision medicine, an innovative approach to disease prevention and treatment that takes into account individual differences in people's genes, environments, and lifestyles. Precision medicine gives clinicians tools to better understand the complex mechanisms underlying a patient's health, disease, or condition, and to better predict which treatments will be most effective. The healthcare researcher should prepare the new medicine era such as bio-information technology convergence, big data study.

Magnetic and superconducting properties in a series of intermetallic compounds Y$_{1-x}Tb_xNi_2B_2C$ were investigated by measuring the temperature dependent magnetization, M (T), and resitivity, ${\rho}$ (T). As Tb concentration, x, is increased, the superconducting transition temperature, T$_c$, decreases and eventually disappears in the vicinity of x = 0.5 while Neel temperature, T$_N$, appears abruptly near x = 0.4 and increases linearly. Of particular interest is the collision of superconductivity and antiferromagnetism around x = 0.4. The linear decrease of T$_c$ for dilute Tb concentration seems to follow the Abrikosov-Gor'kov behavior, while the decay of T$_c$ below T$_c$ is expected to originate from the effective magnetic field on the conduction electrons. The Ginzburg-Landau theory was phenomenologically constructed to explain this competition of superconducting order parameter and antiferromagnetic order parameter with the multi-band model.

Finding a way to strengthen human cognitive functions, such as learning and memory, has been of great concern since the moment people realized that these functions can be affected and even altered by certain chemicals. Since then, plenty of endeavors have been made to look for safe ways of improving cognitive performances without adverse side-effects. Unfortunately, most of these efforts have turned out to be unsuccessful until now. In this study, we examine the effect of a natural compound, idesolide, on hippocampus-dependent recognition memory. We demonstrate that idesolide is effective in the enhancement of recognition memory, as measured by a novel object recognition task. Thus, idesolide might serve as a novel therapeutic medication for the treatment of memoryrelated brain anomalies such as mild cognitive impairment(MCI) and Alzheimer's disease.

GTP cyclohydrolase I (E.C. 3.5.4.16) is a homodecameric protein that catalyzes the conversion of GTP to 7,8-dihydroneopterin triphosphate (H2NTP), the initial step in the biosynthesis of pteridines. It was proposed that the enzyme complex could be composed of a dimer of two pentamers, or a pentamer of tightly associated dimers; then the active site of the enzyme was located at the interface of three monomers (Nar et al. 1995a, b). Using mutant enzymes that were made by site-directed mutagenesis, we showed that a decamer of GTP cyclohydrolase I should be composed of a pentamer of five dimers, and that the active site is located between dimers, as analyzed by a series of size exclusion chromatography and the reconstitution experiment. We also show that the residues Lys 136, Arg139, and Glu152 are of particular importance for the oligomerization of the enzyme complex from five dimers to a decamer.

The purpose of this paper is to discuss the impact of the New Container Security Initiatives of U.S., CSI(Container Security Initiative) and C-TPAT(Customs-Trade Partnership against Terrorism). The CSI which aims to pre-screen high-risk containers in ports of loading. It is a unilateral effort that seeks to develop bi-lateral agreements between the United States and foreign countries with significant container trade volumes into the U.S. C-TPAT is a voluntary initiative to develop cooperative security relationships between the U.S. government and U.S. firms in the global supply chain. Government and Industry have already responded with proposals to create more confidence in supply chain security. These proposals call for heightened inspection and scrutiny of the goods flowing through a supply chain, increased information exchange among participants of supply chain. While government and the private sector are working together to launch new initiative to create more secure and reliable supply chains, industry is rapidly exploring the potential of new technologies such as RFID. The security recommendations will eventually become the requirements to be complied with by importers and their supplier extending to the carriers. It is needed that Korean shippers involved in US importer's supply chain should pay attention to the requirements and start implementing the security measures.

The S-band receiver for Low Earth Orbit satellite is designed and fabricated as engineering model. Demodulator is implemented by using FPGA for extension of demodulator method. The receiver consists of RF Block, Digital demodulator and Power stage and has a Doppler tracking function to compensate a frequency shift that occur on the operation. The measured results of fabricated receiver show BER of less than $1.0{\times}10^{-6}$ at -110dBm RF input power and equipped a frequency tracking of ${\pm}100KHz$ relative to the center frequency. TID test was satisfied with the results of the test criterion is 10krad.
