  • Virus protection infrastructure management is network infrastructure management, traffic route management, virus protection zone expansion, and virus protection management for gateway area. This research paper provides a diagnosis of characteristics and weaknesses of the structure of existing virus protection infrastructure, and recommends an improved multi-level virus protection infrastructure as a measure for correcting these weaknesses. Unproved virus protection infrastructure fitters unnecessary mail at the gateway stage to reduce the toad on server. As a result, number of transmission accumulation decreases due to the reduction in the CPU load on the Virus wall and increase in virus treatment rate.

  • We compile a near-infrared photometric and polarimetric catalog for the $5{\times}9$ fields (${\sim}39^{\prime}{\times}69^{\prime}$) in the eastern side of the Large Magellanic Cloud (LMC). The photometric and the polarimetric data were obtained in J, H, and Ks bands using JHKs-simultaneous imaging polarimeter SIRPOL of the InfraRed Survey Facility (IRSF) in 2008 December and 2011 December. We estimate quality of the data using the method and the result from the IRSF Magellanic Clouds point source catalog which was published on 2007 June. In this poster, we present configuration of the catalog and the results of the verification.

  • The first mission for the IoT based hyper-connectivity communication is developing a device-to-device communication technique in infra-less low-power and lossy networks. In a low-power and lossy wireless network, IoT devices and routers cannot keep the original path toward the destination since they have the limited memory. Different from the previous light-weight routing protocols focusing on the reduction of the control messages, the proposed scheme provides the light-weight IPv6 address auto-configuration, IPv6 neighbor discovery and routing protocol in a IoT capable infra-less wireless networks with the bloom filer and enhanced rank concepts. And for the first time we evaluate our proposed scheme based on the modeling of various probability distributions in the IoT environments with the lossy wireless link. Specifically, the proposed enhanced RPL based light-weight routing protocol improves the robustness with the multi-paths locally established based on the enhanced rank concepts even though lossy wireless links are existed. We showed the improvements of the proposed scheme up to 40% than the RPL based protocol.

  • In this study we develop core technology of Multi-Charmel Voice Guidance System based on active 2.45GHz RFID that can be used in the field of advertising. Through this, we can service more familiar with voice information to foreigners by own language in large scale international event. As an alternative to the current high-expensive voice guidance system in exhibition hall and provide more value added services to user. As the result, we present the configuration of integrated software platform which include media server, media client and receiver. It can be as a basis infra equipment for a signtseeing in RFID/USN environment. Additionally through tag information analysis about exposure of advertisement that is collected late, supposed system may achieve role as a new marketing tool.

  • Earth acquisition is to solve when earth can be visible from satellite after Sun acquisition during launch and early operation period or on-station satellite anomaly. In this paper, the algorithm and test result of the Communication, Ocean and Meteorological Satellite (COMS) Earth acquisition are presented in case of on-station satellite anomaly status. The algorithms for the calculation of Earth-pointing attitude control parameters including those attitude direction vector, rotation matrix, and maneuver time and duration are based on COMS configuration (Eurostar 3000 bus). The coordinate system uses the reference initial frame. The constraint calculating available time-slot to perform the earth acquisition considers eclipse, angular separation, solar local time, and infra-red earth sensor blinding conditions. The results of Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute (ETRI) are compared with that of the Astrium software to validate the implemented ETRI software.

  • In this study, the use of waste food grade aluminium foil and mild steel as a sacrificial electrode in an electrocoagulation system was developed to remove reactive red 111 from wastewater. The effect of different parameters like pH, current density, electrode material, and different electrode configurations was investigated. Optimum operating conditions for maximum COD removal were determined as, 6 mA/㎠ current density and 30 min at 5 pH for aluminium foil and 7 pH for mild steel. Maximum COD reduction obtained at optimum conditions using monopolar 4 electrodes, monopolar 2 electrodes and bipolar electrode configuration were 96.5%, 89.3%, and 90.2% for Mild steel as a sacrificial electrode and 92.1%, 84.2%, and 88.6% for aluminium foil as a sacrificial electrode. The consumption of electrode and energy for both the electrodes of different configurations were calculated and compared. Using batch experimental data, a continuous-flow reactor was developed. Sludge analysis using Fourier Transform Infra-Red Spectroscopy (FTIR) analysis was done. Different adsorption kinetic models and isotherms were developed and it was found that pseudo second-order model and Langmuir isotherm fit best with the experimental data obtained.

  • We studied a fine-scale half ring-like structure around a pore seen from the high spectral and the high spatial resolution data. Our observations were carried out using the Fast Imaging Solar Spectrograph (FISS) and the InfraRed Imaging Magnetograph (IRIM) installed at the 1.6 meter New Solar Telescope of Big Bear Solar Observatory (BBSO) on 2012 July 19. During the observations, we found a fine-scale half ring-like structure located very close to a pore (~0.4 arcsec apart from the pore). It was seen in the far wing images of the $H{\alpha}$ and Ca II $8542{\AA}$ lines, but it was not seen in the line center images of two lines. The length of the structure is about 4200 km and the width is about 350 km. We determined its line-of-sight velocity using the Doppler shift of the centroid of the Ti II line ($6559.6{\AA}$, close to the $H{\alpha}$ line) and determined horizontal velocity using the NAVE method. we also investigated the magnetic configurations using the Stokes I, Q, U, and V maps of the IRIM. As a results, we found that it has a high blue-shift velocity (~2km) faster than the photospheric features and has a strong horizontal component of the magnetic field. Based on our findings, we suggest that it is associated with small flux emergence, which occurs very close to the pore. Even though it is very small structure, this kind of magnetic configuration can be in chare of the upper chromosphere heating, especially above the pore.

  • Wireless mesh network, which is an access network technology, adopts ubiquitous features of ad-hoc network that includes capabilities of self-configuration and self-management. This paper proposes a scheme which enables nodes along route in wireless mesh network to authenticate data and verify data integrity. The scheme distinguishes infra-node, which is a network device used to form mesh network, and user node in ad-hoc network, which operates functions as a sender, receiver or relayer, to deploy different authentication scheme. That is, hop-based authentication scheme along route forming wireless backbone differs from authentication scheme for user nodes in route over MANET. The proposed scheme is less complex than previously proposed schemes from the repects of security setup procedures and managements. In addition, the scheme is able to reduce transmission delay from a source to a destination owing to fast authentication over wireless backbone.

  • This paper illustrates and analyzes system structure, link budget and cell coverage to accommodate Korea environment about LMDS systems that are expected to play an important role as the future wireless infrastructure of the information superhighway. In the mean time, many parameters used for the analysis apply to the allocated frequency bandwidth (Up-stream : 24.25GHz-24.75GHz, Down-stream : 25.5GHz-27.5GHz) of Ministry of Information and Communication. The modem and channel coding must be developed to accommodate specifications of DAVIC protocol. The materials about atmospheric phenomena refer to apply specifications of ITU-R. This paper will be need to disign the network structure and system configuration of LMDS system.
