  • The identity of a subject could be established by justifying the educational value of the subject from various angles. Despite the huge necessity of information subject as one of basic disciplines, it cannot be said that the subject is considered valuable as a school subject. Even though that is selected as part of the revised curriculum and has textbooks of its own, it's actually disregarded in school education. The purpose of this study was to discuss the value of information literary subject as part of academic education in conjunction with computer science education, and to shed light on the value and objects of it as a school subject based on the characteristics of computer science education.

  • It is very important thing providing basic theoretical structure to research about computer education to establish scientific identity of computer education. In addition, it will be expect to contribute qualitative improvement of computer education. As this viewpoint, I discussed about education in knowledge-information based society and the relation between knowledge, information, and ICT in this study. Through this discussion, I researched necessity and direction of computer education. Also, I researched the concept of computer subject matter education from discussion about the concept of subject matter education. In addition, I surveyed the concept, premises and elements of subject matter education, and I led the structure and direction of the computer subject matter education as subject matter education.

  • Uniform Computer Information Transactions Act (UCITA) for e-commerce in non-UCC and non-UETA transactions, promulgated in 1999. The Act Drafted by the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws. UCITA applies to contracts to license or buy software, contracts to create computer programs, contracts for on-line access to databases and contracts to distribute information over the Internet. UCITA does not apply to goods such as television sets, stereo equipment, airplanes or traditional books and publications. Goods generally remain subject to UCC Article 2 or Article 2A. Many transactions may include more than computer information. If that transaction covers non-goods subject matter, UCITA applies only to the part of the transaction which is computer information and other law applies to the other subject matter. In the event the other subject matter is goods, UCC Article 2 or 2A applies to the goods subject matter and UCITA applies to the computer information part. UCITA is coordinated with existing Articles 2 and 2A, so coverage of each to part of the transaction will be facilitated. With respect to other subject matter (primarily services) UCC Articles 2 and 2A have worked in mixed transactions with the common law applicable to the services.

  • Computer education was started first step as the subject matter at 7th curriculum. Up to the present, It grown up the research scope continuously bat has several issues about education as subject matter. This paper discusses the issues related to speciality development of computer subject matter of elementary school. It make inquiries into the present state about it and is proposed theoretical base for systematic frameworks of it First of all, It is analyzed the curriculum, information infrastructure, human resource, learner, support system, contents related to computer subject matter of elementary school. Based on it, It is proposed concept, structure, scopes of the computer subject matter and a reform measure of teacher education program.

  • In this paper, we propose a Science subject program based on programming learning to improve computational thinking ability in middle school. As the necessity of software education rises recently, the subject of information was designated as the mandatory subject in elementary, middle and high schools. In order to cultivate the ability that enables the leaners to search the knowledge in need by themselves and raise troubleshooting method, not the existing indoctrination, his thesis was willing to improve Computational Thinking ability and improve the ability of considering and thinking the matters by using scratch language. For that, this thesis developed and suggested science subject program that utilizes the programming learning.

  • The purpose of this study is to improve creative personality of elementary school students with integrated subject study program based STEAM education. On this study, I analyzed integrated subject study and STEAM, developed contents using educational robot applied integrated subject study program model. And analyzed result after applied to elementary school students. After dividing two groups-experimental group, comparison group-for this study, tested t-test. Finally I got a meaningful result statistically. There was an postive effect to improving elementary school students' creative personality by appling STEAM-based integrated subject study program.

  • When it is viewed with hierarchy as a constructional element of education of subject-matter, the objectives model of Tyler's proposed that educational objectives are the most important element which should be decided first in rotational process of curriculum. This is an answer for question of the reason of teaching computer in school and the most important foundation for upright establishing of computer education. In this study we analyzed general objectives and objectives of subject relevant to computer in the 7th curriculum according to objective resources and searched about What is desirable objectives of computer subject according to Tyler's objective resources. The desirable objectives of computer subject will be basic soil for establishing computer education and will contribute to development of systematic and unified computer curriculum.

  • Recently as the focal point of interdisciplinary integration of learner's key competencies have been increased, it was the real solution to avoid excessive curriculum and reconfiguration of curriculum to provide actual learning opportunities. The purpose of this paper was to investigate information subject-centered inclusive education strategies for 21st century key competencies extension by Delphi study. As a result by a total 3 round Delphi method, information subject-centered curriculum integration for key competencies extension was to understand why they should be integrated and what can makes it com true. This elicited the consensual agreements of experts about information subject-centered curriculum integration aims, methods, contents, and evaluations ets. As a result, this study offers strategies of information subject-centered curriculum integration applicable to elementary and middle schools.

  • In this thesis, we performed research focusing on the following details: First, questions made in the information computer subject of the employment examination for the 2009 academic year were classified into each major field and the weight and distribution of marks for each field were analyzed; Second, using questionnaire, (1) the distribution of items for major fields and opinions of the verification of teacher's ability, (2) the opinions of difficulty of the examination, the allocation of time and the proportion of subject contents and subject pedagogy; and (3) the recognitions of instructor group and examinee group were examined and the results were compared and analyzed. According to the results of this study, questions were made evenly in the fields of each subject as the intention of making the questions. Also, for each result of the questions about first examination and second examination, there were not significant difference between professor group and examinee group.

  • The purpose of this study is to develop a subject integration robot programming instruction model to improve information gifted elementary students' creativity. For this goal, we have developed a subject integration robot programming instruction model and verified its effectiveness. The developed instruction model was applied to the 5th and 6th grade elementary school students. The developed model was applied to the experimental group and ordinary robot programming instruction model was applied to the comparison group. As a result, the model was significantly enhance students' creative disposition and creative cognitive abilities. According to these results, it has been proved that the subject integration robot programming instruction model is effective to the information gifted elementary students' creative disposition and creative cognition abilities.
