The study of the Electro Magnetic Acceleration and Deceleration system of the Ferromagnetic Ball using the Monopole Coil Structure

  • The Electro Magnetic (EM) Acceleration and Deceleration (ACC/DCC) system of the Ferromagnetic Ball(FB) is the linear motor's final structural development which can be used for devices that conserve energy, gaming or rail gun. By accelerating the FB within the coil structure, it is difficult to utilize the FB's magnetizing feature via the ACC/DCC system. There is much monopole space inside the monopole coil. By using this particular feature of the FB, starting coil and Monopole Coil Structure (MCS) can be structurally separated and another simple electric related control system can be experimented for further development. For the purpose of development a review is needed of the control system of both basic stepper motor and BLDC motor.

  • This paper proposes an algorithm and its data structure to support real-time full-text search for the streamed or broadcasted multimedia data containing real-time stenograph text. Since the traditional indexing method used at information retrieval area uses the linguistic information, there is a heavy cost. Therefore, we propose the algorithm and its data structure based on suffix array, which is a simple data structure and has low space complexity. Suffix array is useful frequently to search for huge text. However, subtitle text of multimedia data is to get longer by time. Therefore, suffix array must be reconstructed because subtitle text is continually changed. We propose the data structure called prefix array and search algorithm using it.

  • 센서 네트워크에서 연속 질의를 처리하기 위하여 센서 노드에 질의를 전송하고 질의 색인을 구축해야 한다. 모든 센서 노드에 질의를 전송하면 질의 전송을 위한 메시지 부하가 증가하는 문제가 있다. 이 논문에서는 센서 노드에서 발생하는 데이터 영역을 이용한 트리 구조 기반의 관계도를 구성하고 구축된 관계도를 이용하여 질의 조건을 전송할 노드를 선택한다. 그리고 트리 구조를 사용하였을 때의 메시지 전송 횟수를 측정한다.

  • 디지털도서관의 전문데이터베이스 구축을 위한 마크업언어의 국제표준인 SGML을 사용하기 위해서는, 그 기술 규칙인 DTD를 먼저 개발하여야 한다. DTD의 개발은 대상 문헌의 논리구조 분석결과를 바탕으로 이루어진다. 본 연구에서는 정보관리학회지 논문기사의 문헌구조를 분석한 후, 이를 바탕으로 우리글을 대상으로 한 SGML DTD를 개발하고자 한다.

  • The bonding structure of organic materials such as fluorinated amorphous carbon films was classified into two types due to the chemical shifts. The electrical properties of fluorinated amorphous carbon films also showed very different effect of two types notwithstanding a very little difference. Fluorinated amorphous carbon films with the cross-link breakage structure existed large leakage current resulting from effect of the electron tunneling. Increasing the cation due to the electron-deficient group increased the barrier height of the films with the cross-link amorphous structure, therefore the electric characteristic of the final materials with low dielectric constant was also improved. The lowest dielectric constant is 2.3 at the sample with the cross-link amorphous structure.

  • 블루투스 베이스밴드를 효율적으로 테스트하기 위하여, 블루투스 버전 1.1에서는 TSS를 (Test Suite Structure) 제공한다. TSS에서 정의한 part.1-3의 부분에 대한 테스트를 구현함으로써 블루투스 베이스밴드가 인증을 받을 수 있는 것이다. 본 고에서는 TSS vl.0에서 제시하는 테스트 스펙에 근거하여 블루투스 베이스밴드에 대한 설계를 검증하고 테스트 하는 방법에 대해서 논한다. 또한 테스트를 수행하기 위한 다양한 시나리오와 가능성에 대해서 논한다.

  • Objective: Data exchange, interoperability, and access as a service in healthcare information management systems (HIMS) is the basic need to provision health-services. Data existing in various HIMS not only differ in the basic underlying structure but also in data processing systems. Data interoperability can only be achieved when following a common structure or standard which is shareable such as semantics based structures. We propose web-enabler: A Hadoop MapReduce based distributed approach to transform the existing huge variety data in variety formats to a conformed and flexible ontological format that enables easy access to data, sharing, and providing various healthcare services. Results: For proof of concept, we present a case study of general patient record in conventional system to be enabled for analysis on the web by transforming to semantics based structure. Conclusion: This work achieves transformation of stale as well as future data to be web-enabled and easily available for analytics in healthcare systems.

Deep Convolutional Neural Network with Bottleneck Structure using Raw Seismic Waveform for Earthquake Classification

  • In this paper, we propose deep convolutional neural network(CNN) with bottleneck structure which improves the performance of earthquake classification. In order to address all possible forms of earthquakes including micro-earthquakes and artificial-earthquakes as well as large earthquakes, we need a representation and classifier that can effectively discriminate seismic waveforms in adverse conditions. In particular, to robustly classify seismic waveforms even in low snr, a deep CNN with 1x1 convolution bottleneck structure is proposed in raw seismic waveforms. The representative experimental results show that the proposed method is effective for noisy seismic waveforms and outperforms the previous state-of-the art methods on domestic earthquake database.

A New Operator Extracting Image Patch Based on EPLL

  • Multivariate finite mixture model is becoming more and more popular in image processing. Performing image denoising from image patches to the whole image has been widely studied and applied. However, there remains a problem that the structure information is always ignored when transforming the patch into the vector form. In this paper, we study the operator which extracts patches from image and then transforms them to the vector form. Then, we find that some pixels which should be continuous in the image patches are discontinuous in the vector. Due to the poor anti-noise and the loss of structure information, we propose a new operator which may keep more information when extracting image patches. We compare the new operator with the old one by performing image denoising in Expected Patch Log Likelihood (EPLL) method, and we obtain better results in both visual effect and the value of PSNR.

  • 이 연구는 재미한인교회 웹사이트의 지역정보 메뉴가 채택하고 있는 정보구조를 살펴보고, 지역정보 메뉴에 대한 교회 웹사이트 고유의 특성을 고려한 효과적인 정보구조를 제안하고자 시도되었다. 미국아멘넷을 통해 파악한 재미한인교회 홈페이지 중에서 지역정보 하위 메뉴를 가지고 있는 12개 홈페이지를 대상으로 웹사이트의 메뉴구성을 파악하고 하위메뉴의 구성요소와 레이블을 비교, 분석하였다. 그리고 <지역정보>의 1차 서브메뉴 하에, 6항목의 2차 서브메뉴로 구성된 재미한인교회 웹사이트의 지역정보 메뉴를 제안하였다.
