본 논문에서는 패키지 투어에 참여하는 여행자들을 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 가상 울타리 기반의 여행자 관리 애플리케이션을 제안하고 설계한 결과를 제시한다. 제안하는 애플리케이션은 특정 관광지 방문시에 투어 가이드가 가상 울타리 범위를 지도 상에 설정하고서 여행자들이 이 범위를 이탈하는 지 여부를 관리할 수 있고, 다른 관광지로 이동할 때에는 투어 가이드를 중심으로 한 원형의 가상 울타리를 설정해 이 범위를 벗어나는 여행자가 있는지를 실시간 모니터링 할 수 있도록 한다. 이러한 두 가지 패키지 투어 활동에 가상 울타리 기술을 적용하게 되면 투어 가이드는 여행자들 관리에 따른 부담이 줄어들어 더욱 알찬 패키지 투어를 진행할 수 있을 거라 기대한다.

This paper presents a window-based load management system (LMS) package developed as a decision-making tool in the competitive electricity market. The presented LMS package can help the users to monitor system load patterns, analyze their past energy consumption and schedule the future energy consumption. The LMS package can also provide the effective information on real-time energy/cost monitoring, consumed energy/cost analysis, demand schedule and cost-savings. The developed LMS package can be used to establish the optimal demand schedule and consumption strategy.

In this paper, we showed parasitic effects in the millimeter wave package, and proposed a suppression method of parasitic effects using Si lossy layer. From CB-CPW used as a transmission line of the MIMIC package, PPL mode is generated and this causes the parasitic effects considered from this paper. Parasitic effects caused by PPL mode such as resonance, radiation, and crosstalk in the single and multi-chip package ran affect to the performance of MIMIC seriously. To suppress these parasitic effects, we adapted Si lossy layer $\rho$ . The PPL mode can be suppressed by the lossy layer, and it eliminates the parasitic effects. It is expected that showed results ran be used as luxurious data for design MIMICs and various types of millimeter wave applications.

본 연구를 통하여 화학 방사능 재난 발생 시 통합대응이 가능한 민방위담당관을 위한 새로운 프로그램 패키지를 개발하였다. 개발을 위하여 화학재난 대응시스템과 방사능재난 대응시스템을 통합하는 방향을 모색하였다. 이 프로그램은 625개의 화학 및 방사능재난 시나리오를 탑재하고 있으며 이를 통해 재난에 대한 보다 체계적인 지역 공공보호 계획을 개선할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 또한, 실시간으로 재난 정보를 공유함으로써 재난으로부터 발생할 수 있는 피해를 최소화 할 수 있다.

본 연구의 목적은 KESLI 참여기관이 패키지형 전자저널을 구독하는 데 도움을 주고, 패키지형 전자저널의 선정을 위해서 반드시 고려되어야 할 평가요소를 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 기존의 관련 연구에서 나온 전자저널의 선정기준들을 문헌적으로 고찰하고, KESLI 참여기관의 구체적인 전자저널 평가요소를 출판사나 대행사에서 제시한 컨소시엄 참여 제안서와 계약 및 구독조건을 토대로 선정하고자 한다. 그 결과 전자저널 평가요소로 10개의 평가범주에 따른 34개의 세부 평가요소를 선정하였다. 이러한 평가요소는 개별 도서관이 새로운 패키지형 전자저널을 선정하거나 구독중인 전자저널 패키지의 계속구독 여부를 결정할 때 참고할 수 있는 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

유비쿼터스(Ubiquitous) 정보화 사회에서는 공간정보에 대한 실제적인 모습과 정확한 위치정보가 요구되고 있다. 공간정보의 대국민 서비스가 이뤄지기 위해서는 공간정보의 표준화가 필요하다. 국제표준(International Standard)은 세계 각국에서의 각종 규격 기술 용어 등의 호환성을 확보하고 상호교역을 촉진시키기 위해 일정한 기준과 표준 형태를 국제 간 합의를 통해 규정해 놓은 것을 말한다. 국제표준안은 국제표준화기구(ISO : International Organization for Standardization)에서 제정하고, 지리정보분야의 국제 표준안은 ISO TC(Technical Committee) 211 에서 담당한다. ISO TC 211에서 추진 중인 토지행정도메인 모델(LADM : Land Administration Domain Model)은 토지와 관련된 행정 법, 공간 측량 등의 국제표준화를 제정하여 각 국가의 토지 관련 시스템과 데이터를 효율적으로 관리하고자한다. 본 논문에서는 토지행정도메인 모델 부분 중에서 측량과 관련된 표준화 진행 상황과 내용을 소개하고 국내지적정보모델을 비교 연구하였다.

본 논문은 가상 울타리 기술을 이용한 패키지 투어 관리 애플리케이션의 설계와 구현 결과 그리고 성능 평가 결과를 담고 있다. 개발한 애플리케이션은 투어 가이드용과 여행자용으로 구성되며, 여행지 방문시 투어 가이드가 정한 가상 울타리 범위 내에 여행자들이 존재하는 지를 실시간 모니터링이 가능하고, 범위 이탈시 여행자에게 알림을 제공하는 기능을 가진다. 여행지간 이동시에도 투어 가이드를 중심으로 일정 범위의 가상 울타리 자동 생성되어 여행자 관리가 가능한 특징을 가진다. 부가적으로 여행 스케줄 관리, 투어가이드와 여행자의 현재 위치 정보 제공 등이 포함되어 있다. 개발한 애플리케이션의 성능 평가를 위해 투어 가이드와 여행자 간의 이벤트 전달에 따른 응답 시간과 정확도를 측정하였으며, 그 결과 최소 0.0047초에서 최대 7.3초 사이의 응답 시간과 100%의 정확도를 보여주고 있어 만족할 만한 성능을 제공함을 할 수 있었다. 패키지 투어에 가상 울타리 기술을 적용하면 투어 가이드에게 여행자들 관리에 따른 부담을 줄여 더욱 알찬 패키지 투어를 진행하는 데 도움을 줄 수 있을 거라 기대한다.

We demonstrate a $2.1\;{\times}\;1.0\;{\times}\;0.1cm^3$ sized compact transmitter using LTCC System-in-Package (SiP) technology for 60GHz-band wireless communication applications. For low-attenuation characteristics and resonance suppression of the SiP, we have proposed and demonstrated a coplanar double wire-bond transition and novel CPW-to-stripline transition integrating air-cavities as well as novel air-cavities embedded CPW line. The fabricated transmitter achieves an output of 13dBm at a RF frequency of 62GHz, an IF frequency of 2.4GHz, and a LO frequency of 59.6GHz. The up-conversion gain is 11dB, while the LO signal is suppressed with the image rejection mixer below -21.4dBc, and the image and spurious signals are also suppressed below -31dBc.

Although many employees in the logistics/small package express companies are using mobile information systems. there is little research on the individual impacts of adopting mobile information systems in the distribution area. Therefore, this study attempts to develop the research model to evaluate individual impacts on using mobile information systems which are frequently utilized in logistics and small package express companies. In order to propose the research model, we attempt to incorporate technology acceptance model and IS success model to evaluate individual impacts on using mobile information systems. To verify the research model, we collected 225 data from staffs who have mobile IT system in distribution and logistics area. We also verified the validity and reliability by using SEM(structural equation modeling). As a results, we found that system use, cognitive judgement and attitude can be the key variables to improve individual impacts by using mobile information system. We further found that perceived usefulness can be ere of the Imp factors to improve the individual impacts. Based on out findings, we can understand that this research model can provide a deeper understanding of individual impacts of mobile information systems.

The electrical characteristics of MQFP packages have been measured in RF regime. The s-parameter of the lead frame has been measured using the test fixture on which the do-capped package was mounted. A simple lumped equivalent circuit modeling of the lead frame and the test fixture can provide reasonable model parameters up to the frequency of 200 MHz.
