The purpose of this study is to present an activation model of the culture program and reading activity at public libraries in Seoul City. For this purpose it is to review theoretical basis on public library culture program and reading activity, and to analyze the present status of them and then to introduce the case of Nowon Children's Library Culture Program and Reading Activity as a form of the characteristic program of public library supporting the culture and reading activities in Seoul City.

본 논문에서는 한화 109조 원을 돌파하는 전 세계 게임 시장에서 매출의 중요성에 대해 제시한다. 게임을 홍보할 수 있는 수단인 인터넷 방송과 게임 구매를 결합시킨 ESD 방식에 대한 조사 내용 및 분석한 결과도 제시한다. 이전에 존재하지 않았던 구매방식으로 사용자가 더욱 편리한 방법으로 게임을 구매하여 게임의 판매 수익을 증대시키고 인터넷 방송과 스트리머의 효율성을 높여 게임 개발사, 유통사, 스트리머, 사용자 모두 상부상조하여 부가가치까지 얻을 수 있는 방법도 함께 제시한다.

본 논문에서는 국내 게임 시장 규모에서 다른 부분에 비해 떨어지는 콘솔 게임 시장의 발전방향으로 클라우드 기반의 콘솔게임기술에 대한 내용 제안한다. 콘솔게임의 새로운 패러다임의 방향은 사람들이 콘솔의 가장 큰 단점으로 꼽은 기기의 가격으로 인한 경제적인 부담을 덜어내며 부피의 간소화의 효과 또한 기대한다. 이러한 기대로 단점을 보완하여 콘솔 게임을 대중화 시킨다면 자연스레 시장의 확장으로 이어지며 이러한 시장 확장 상황에서 기업들의 정책 방향을 연구할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

Although several studies show close relationships between social capitals and their performances, a little is known about specific social capitals and their effects on organizational culture and behaviour leading to their innovative outcomes within small and medium sized enterprises(: SMEs). This study examines some dimensions of social capitals and their influences on creating innovative culture and employees' behaviour. The importance of these are regarded as an imperative for SMEs to overcome the inequality of financial leverage and competitive power over resources. For the empirical analysis, survey data were collected from 51 domestic SMEs and analyzed by partial least squares(: PLS) that is one of popular structural modeling and multi-variate projection techniques to latent variables. The findings confirm a positive support of social capitals and their influences on the innovative culture and bahaviour. This result implies that managing the capability of social capitals is important for SMEs to develop the innovative culture and bahaviour and create a competitive advantage.

The Result of the study can be summarized as follows : (1) Korean culture and public library look extremely wasted equally. Judging from this fact, I believe that it is impossible for public library can contribute to development of Korean culture. (2) But, public library can contribute to development of culture in the cultural environment that mental desire is prior to physical wants. This cultural environment can be built up with reading of good books. Therefore, if class to reading education and diverse reading education programs can be activated in a large portion of the nationwide public libraries and the majority of a local resident are capable of improving their creativity power, thinking power and imaginative faculty, public library can contribute to produce such cultural circumstances. (3) Quality, culture, a human and mind receive mu6 respect in Korean Society as advanced civil, democratic and industrial society in the future. The Society will be influenced by reason and rational culture will be suitable to this society. Creativity power, thinking-power, imaginative faculty, intelligence and power of information management are demanded to the greatest degree for the development of idea and new technology in the society under the control of rational culture. So, lifelong education with library use is the most fruitful and inexpensive way for the improvement of these powers.

A cross sectional survey method was used to determine the utilization of e-resources and their influence on the reading culture of 119 undergraduate students registered with the JD Amin library of Federal University Dutse. The data collected was analysed using both descriptive (frequency counts and means) and inferential statistics (regression analysis). The research found that databases (mean=4.00) and e-journal (mean=4.00) are available to the undergraduate students. It further found that e-resources are often utilized by the undergraduate student, with social media (mean=4.00), databases (mean=4.00) and e-journal (mean=4.00). the most commonly used e-resources. It was also found that erratic power supply (mean=3.91) and inability to seek, obtain and evaluate information (mean=3.67) are the prominent factors hindering the utilization of e-resources. The regression analysis rejected the null hypotheses of the study where it shows that the level of utilization of e-resources have positive statistical correlation (r=0.772) with the reading culture of undergraduate students. The study proposed a conceptual model for the sustainable reading culture of students by libraries providing of e-resources. The general conclusion of the research is that e-resources are necessary tools and are moderately available and adequately utilized for influencing reading culture. The study recommended that Internet facilities should be made available to undergraduate students to facilitate more utilization of e-resources.

The objectives of this study is to develop evaluation indicators for the quantitative evaluation of construction safety culture level in order to prevent accidents by evaluating the level of safety culture and each safety culture elements of the construction site and to present the areas that should be focused on improvements. In this study, it was presented assessment indicators of the construction safety culture by analyzing previous studies for safety culture, by categorizing items as an important element of safety culture hierarchically and by reflecting the opinion of the construction site professional personnels using AHP analysis methodology. The assessment indicators of the construction safety culture were structured the details of the leadership, systems, and personal characteristics and derived weighted value by the pairwise comparison to quantify the detail assessment indicators in order to assess the construction safety culture level. This study presents a safety culture assessment indicators for the construction site to suggest directions for improving the construction site safety culture and prevent the accidents of the construction site by derived via a safety culture assessment of construction site.

Remote sensing image segmentation plays an important role in realizing intelligent city construction. The current mainstream segmentation networks effectively improve the segmentation effect of remote sensing images by deeply mining the rich texture and semantic features of images. But there are still some problems such as rough results of small target region segmentation and poor edge contour segmentation. To overcome these three challenges, we propose an improved semantic segmentation model, referred to as MRU-Net, which adopts the U-Net architecture as its backbone. Firstly, the convolutional layer is replaced by BasicBlock structure in U-Net network to extract features, then the activation function is replaced to reduce the computational load of model in the network. Secondly, a hybrid multi-scale recognition module is added in the encoder to improve the accuracy of image segmentation of small targets and edge parts. Finally, test on Massachusetts Buildings Dataset and WHU Dataset the experimental results show that compared with the original network the ACC, mIoU and F1 value are improved, and the imposed network shows good robustness and portability in different datasets.

The purpose of this research are to develop patterns for integrated culture and arts education program in libraries. In order to conduct the research, I analyzed the status of the culture and arts education programs in domestic and U.S. libraries. The basic aim of the culture and arts education program in libraries is based on a nature of the library. I presented the patterns of a integrated culture and arts education programs (experience-understanding-communication). Also, I presented a various culture and arts education programs in based cultural facilities of a region.
