Recently, as safety accidents by reagents increase in laboratories, systems are being developed to safely manage reagents. The existing system monitoring and manages the reagent through the web page, but the internal environment change of the reagent cabinet is considered or the remote monitoring and control function is insufficient. In order to solve this problem, this paper predicts the deterioration of the reagent loaded in the reagent cabinet. And we propose a system that can monitoring and control remotely. It predicts the deterioration of the reagent through the temperature attached to the inside of the reagent cabinet, the value measured by the humidity sensor and the validity period of the reagent, and sends a alert message to the manager. The manager monitoring and controls the reagent cabinet through the application. By predicting the deterioration of the reagents and remotely managing the reagents cabinet it is thought that safety accidents can be reduced.
Digital environment that is represented to Internet is displacing business way of industry and business achievement way with the fast speed being giving great change on life whole. Ocean waves are the driving force for the sediment transport and the beach process. However, wave actions are nonlinear and non-stationary, and the response of the beach is inconsistent in terms of reaction rate and magnitude. Therefore, the beach process is difficult to predict accurately. The purpose of this study is to identify the correlations between the shoreline change and ocean waves observed in the east coast of Korea. The relation of the beach width obtained from video monitoring at five sandy beaches and the wave data obtained from nearby wave monitoring at three points was analyzed. Although the correlations estimated over the whole data sets was not significant, the correlations estimated based on the seasonal period or wave conditions provided more noteworthy information. When the non-exceedance probability of the wave height was greater than 0.99, the wave period and beach width showed strong negative correlations. In case the non-exceedance probability of the wave period was greater than 0.99, the wave height and beach width showed strong negative correlations as well. Furthermore, the erosion rate of the beach width increased when the primary wave direction was close to normal to the coastline. Little significant seasonal or monthly change was found between the beach width and the wave, but it was greatly affected by intensive events such as typhoons. Thus, it is necessary to analyze in detail the wave height or period level explaining the change of beach width for more relevant and practical information.

Atmospheric aerosols, small particles in the atmosphere, are one of the important parameters in climate change and human health. Additionally, accurate estimates of aerosol species are increasingly important in environmental impact assessment studies. Recent advances in global satellite remote sensing provide powerful tool for air quality monitoring. This study explores the potential usage of satellite derived data such as atmospheric aerosols for air quality monitoring as well as climate change study. The objectives of this study is to understand the general features of the global distribution of type dependent aerosols. A detailed spatio-temporal variability of the each different satellite dataset shows the variation of the global zonal average and specific geographical regions where the strong emission sources are located. Especially, significantly large aerosol amounts are observed in Asia and Africa because of the desert dust storm, anthropogenic and biomass burning emissions.
Purpose - This article's aim is to examine how the utilization of existing and future decision-support systems will lead to a change in the auditing process. Research design, data, and methodology - An information system is a special decision-support system that combines information obtained from various sources and communicates among them to help in assessing appropriate complex financial decisions. This paper analyzes techniques such as data and text mining as components of decision-support systems to be used in the auditing process. Results - We present views about how existing decision-support systems will lead to a change in audits. Auditors, who currently collect significant data manually, will in the future move towards management through complex decision-support systems. Conclusions - Although some internal audit functions are integrated into systems of continuous monitoring, the use of such systems remains limited. Thus, instead of multiple decision-support systems, a unified decision-support system can be deployed for this that includes sensors integrated within a company in different contexts (e.g., production, sales, and accounting) that continually monitors violations of controls, unusual patterns, and unusual transactions.

Rapidity and accuracy are important considerations when a drone is employed in a wide surveillance area to detect a target. They are more important when the scope of application is a search and rescue operation or the monitoring of natural disasters, which may require prompt warnings and response. During the actual operation of a drone, rapidity and accuracy are associated with the change in the altitude of the drone. The aim of this study is to analyze the characteristics of drones at varying altitudes and prove that altitude is a relevant factor in the performance of drones. Herein, the characteristics of the drone at varying altitudes were analyzed through several search simulations. The results suggest that a high-altitude drone is relatively advantageous compared to a low-altitude drone in a probability-based target search, and that the search altitude is also a very important and fundamental factor in target search by drones.

When the injection molding system molds some plastic products, defective product rate will be increased if plastic materials have some excessive moisture content. Therefore, it is very important to control the dehumidification and drying of plastic material. Since the moisture content of the plastic material may change from time to time depending on the material and the molding process, it is necessary to observe the change in real time and maintain a constant moisture content. To solve these problems, I proposed a smart factory system model for plastic molding in this paper. In addition, I designed the interface module to be installed in the dehumidifying dryer which is the core of this process. In addition to this, performance tests were conducted to check the effectiveness and the results were verified as valid.

The most useful criteria and selection procedures of biological indicators have been developed in Korea because they have taken into account local and national concerns on biological responses against climate change. On the basis of these criteria and selection procedures, 100 climate-sensitive biological indicator species were selected to predict biodiversity distribution shift by climate change and manage biological resources integratedly at the national level. It is expected that selection and monitoring of biological indicators by climate change will provide significant information to prepare protective strategies of vulnerable species against climate change and adaptive policies under the changing environment in Korea. In this paper, we have reviewed what kinds of criteria were considered in selecting bioindicators to assess responses of biological organisms against climate change. Definition and selection steps of bioindicators were proposed, and the 100 species of climate- sensitive biological indicators were selected out of 33,253 taxa reported in Korea.
Natural and artificial land features are very dynamic, changing somewhat repidly in our lifetime. It is important that such changes are inventoried accurately so that the physical and human processes at work can be more fully understood. Change detection is a technique used to determine the change between two or more time periods of a particular object of study. Change detection is an important process in monitoring and managing natural resources and urban development because it provides quantitative analysis of the spatial distribution in the population of interest. The purpose of this research is to detect environmental changes surrounding an area of Mountain Moscow, Idaho using Landsat Thematic Maper (TM) images of (July 8, 1990 and July 20, 1991). For accurate classification, the Image enhancement process was performed for improving the image quality of each image. A SPOT image (Aug. 14, 1992) was used for image merging in this research. Supervised classification was performed using the maximum likelihood method. Accuracy assessments were done for each classification. Two images were compared on a pixel-by-pixel basis using the post-classification comparison method that is used for detecting the changes of the study area in this research. The 'from-to' change class information can be detected by post classification comparison using this method and we could find which class change to another.

In this paper, we wish to accomplish generation equipment's heighten stability and believability through remote monitoring and control of PV system. This paper describes the design of the monitoring system for sensing the monitoring data and indirect controlling of the PV system. Most of the conventional monitoring system depend on the special hardware and software. Basic design goal of monitoring system is to provide the convenience for the user and the portability for the system. In order for the system to fulfill its requirements, it was designed using Labview GUI facility based on the Windows 2000 environment of IBM PC compatible and Add-on card based on the TCP/IP protocol. Advantage of the monitoring system are a personnel expenses curtailment effect, free of the place restriction and unmanned system of the generation plants, etc..
