The recent H.264/AVC video coding standard provides a higher coding efficiency than previous standards. H.264/AVC achieves a bit rate saving of more than 50 % with many new technologies, but it is computationally complex. Most of fast mode decision algorithms have focused on Baseline profile of H.264/AVC. In this paper, a fast block mode decision scheme for P- slices in High profile is proposed to reduce the computational complexity for H.264/AVC because the High profile is useful for broadcasting and storage applications. To reduce the block mode decision complexity in P- pictures of High profile, we use the SAD value after $16{\times}16$ block motion estimation. This SAD value is used for the classification feature to divide all block modes into some proper candidate block modes. The proposed algorithm shows average speed-up factors of 47.42 ${\sim}$ 67.04% for IPPP sequences.

정보와 통신공학의 발달에 따른 지식정보화사회에서 교육 특히 교수 학습과정이 중심이 되는 교실수업은 정보통신공학(ICT)을 활용함으로써 변화되고 있다. 그러나, 정보통신 그 자체가 지식정보사회의 교육을 보장하는 것은 아니다. ICT와 교육환경과의 상호작용, 교사역할의 변화, 지식정보사회에 필요한 교수내용과 학습방법을 위한 교수전략 변화 등이 있어야 하며, 그 방향과 내용에 대한 구체적인 제시가 뒤따라야 한다. 이에 본 연구는 지식정보화 사회에서 학교교육과 정보공학과는 어떠한 관계에 있으며, 지식기반사회의 중심에 있는 정보통신공학들을 학교교육에서 적절하게 활용하기 위한 교사의 역할변화와 교수전략 방향을 탐색해 보고자 하였다. 또한, 외국의 사례와 우리나라의 7차 교육과정을 위한 ICT 환경을 살펴봄으로써 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 그 결과 본 연구에서는 첫째 지식정보화 사회의 교육을 위해서는 교실환경과 정보통신공학이 상호작용하는 환경이 되어야 하고, 둘째 ICT 교실이 만들어내는 구성주의적 교수 학습과정에서 교사는 지식전달자와 학습관리자 중심의 역할에서 벗어나 사회적이고 대화적인 사고과정을 추진하며 정보통신공학을 교수에 통합시키는 교육적 접근을 해야 하며, 셋째 비판적 사고 생산적 사고 창조적 사고를 키울 수 있는 교수전략을 구사해야 된다고 제안하였다.

The Musical Slide Show MAF, which currently being standardized by MPEG, conveys the concept of combining several established standard technologies in a single file format. It defines the format of packing up MP3 audio data, along with MPEG-7 Simple Metadata Profile and MPEG-21 Digital Item Declaration metadata; with JPEC images and optional text, and synchronizes them all together to create a slideshow of JPEC image data associated to MP3 audio data during the audio playback. The implementation of Musical Slide Show MAF can be a music karaoke file where users can sing along while listening to the music, view the JPEG slideshow and reading the lyrics; or a story-telling file where users can listen to the narrated story by looking at the related illustration slideshow of the story In this paper we present the tool to producing the Musical Slide Show MAF contents. Regardless the knowledge of user on the MAF file format, the authoring tool simplify the manner of packaging several multimedia contents into single file.

The purpose and hypothesis of the article was the need to solve the following research tasks: Analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature on the research problem. To identify and experimentally test the effectiveness of organizational and pedagogical conditions affecting the creative self-development of a distance learning student. Research methods: analysis of philosophical and psychological-pedagogical literature on the problem under study; pedagogical experiment; modeling, questioning, testing, analysis of the products of students' creative activity (essays, creative works, creative projects) and the implementation of educational tasks, conversations, observations.

Third generation mobile radio systems (3G) are currently being deployed in different regions of the world. Future systems beyond 3G are already under discussion in international bodies and forums such as ITU, WWRF and R&D programs of the European Union and in other regions. These systems will determine the research and standardization activities in mobile and wireless communication in the next years. Based on the experience of 3G future systems will be developed mainly from the user perspective with respect to potential services and applications including traffic demands. Therefore, the Wireless World Research Forum (WWRF) was launched in 2001 as a global and open initiative of manufacturers, network operators, SMEs, R&D centers and the academic domain. WWRF is focused on the vision of such systems the Wireless World - and potential key technologies. This paper describes the international context of activities on systems beyond third generation, the goals, objectives and structure of WWRF, the user perspective as the starting point for a future system design and the key enabling technologies for the Wireless World.

The advent of Third Generation (3G) communication systems, with their ability to process real-time multimedia applications and their large bandwidths, will greatly enhance mobile Internet access. Not only does Wideband Code Division Multiple Access (WCDMA) and cdma2000 radio technology offer an advantageous density for voice in terms of spectral efficiency, it also supports higher rates and offers differentiated levels of duality of Service (QoS) for data applications. The early introduction of packet and multimedia technologies will be a key element in realizing a quick and successful return on the operator's investments in Universal Mobile Telecommunications System (UMTS) and cdma2000.

최근 유무선 통신 네트워크의 확산 및 고속화에 따라 인터넷 기술을 활용한 높은 수준의 확장성을 제공하는 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스(Cloud Computing Service) 이용이 증가하고 있다. 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스란 네트워크, 서버, 스토리지, 응용프로그램 등 다양한 컴퓨팅 자원들의 공유된 풀에 네트워크로 접근하여 언제든지 편리하게 사용 가능한 컴퓨팅 방식으로써 컴퓨팅 환경의 가상화라는 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스의 본질적인 특성으로 인해 디지털 포렌식 관점에서 사건 수사 시 데이터를 확보하는 일 자체가 어려운 현실에 직면했다. 본 논문에서는 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스에 대한 디지털 포렌식 관점의 연구와 IaaS 형태의 클라우드 컴퓨팅서비스 중 시장 점유율의 대부분을 차지하고 있는 AWS(Amazon Web Service)와 Rackspace에 대한 증거데이터 수집 및 분석방안을 제시한다.

The 23GHz 1-state LNA was designed by using MPIE numerical analysis and conventional design EEsof softwares. The circuit was designed using conventional tools but analyzed and modified by using numerical MPIE tools. he matching sections was designed with parallel coupled filter-type, which gives impedance matching and DC blocking and has small discontinuities. THe FET chip is directly attached to the graound metal. The designed LNA gives 5.8dB gain and 2.5dB noise figure withoug considering the loss and impedance shift of connectors that degenerate the gain and noise figure considerably. this results gives very promising characteristics for our design process and matching schemes and fabrication technologies.

With increasing the using of wireless technologies in essential fields such as the medical application, this paper proposes different scenarios for the transmission of images over wireless networks. The paper uses the IEEE ZigBee 802.15.4 for applying the proposed schemes. It is a Wireless Personal Area Network (WPAN). This paper presents a novel chaotic interleaving scheme against error bursts. Also, the paper studies the proposed interleaver with the convolutional code with different constraint lengths (K). A comparison study between the standard scheme and proposed schemes for image transmission over a correlated fading channel is presented. The simulation results show the superiority of the proposed chaotic interleaving scheme over the traditional schemes. Also, the chaotic interleaver packet-by-packet basis gives a high quality image with (K=3) and reduces the need for the complex encoder with K=7.

The increasing ubiquity of wireless networks and decreasing cost of hardware is fueling a proliferation of mobile devices. These devices are enabling a new revolution in mobile technology, not only running locally on them, but running on cloud as a service as well. From web browsing, email, or video conferencing, presentations to movie and music entertainment or games, multimedia applications, mobile cloud enables providing such diverse applications. Many technologies have been designed to address the limited hardware and performance in thin client PC. However, with the assorted network and graphic condition, those proposed technologies is obligated to alter aim to adapt mobile cloud. In this paper, we provide a survey of client technology on a Server that can be sufficed the requirements of Mobile Cloud. We also analyze each technology and classify with its individual difficulties and challenges.
