  • Character of the technology that is going to lead the next generation convergence network which has been discussed recently can be represented by Integrating and Convergence. As Wireless Telecommunication and Broadband Transport Technology make rapid progress for several years, and those of two important technical advance, Integrating, Convergence will combine with the latest terminal technology. so it becomes a big issue of utmost importance. This paper, therefore, investigates the network deployment strategies and relating technology toward Broadband Convergence Network(BcN) and makes a survey of up-to-date technique based on Telecom Service businesses which have been required.

  • Korea's laws regarding ICT must follow the Void for vagueness doctrine, the Principle of forbidden general delegation, the Principle of justification of system and the Principle of balancing test in the Constitution. The Act for the Promotion and Convergence and so on of Information and Communication in the Future should be improved as follows. It is desirable to improve the part where the principle of system justification of the Constitution is problematic in relation to existing laws. It is desirable to improve the ICT's policies on industry and convergence technologies so that they are well balanced between promotion and regulation of ICT's industries. It is desirable to improve the information service policy and legislative makeup relationship between various government agencies related to ICT. It is therefore desirable to improve the institutional complement to the post-regulatory framework for the protection of users of ICT in the future. It is desirable to create a device to replace the functions of the Information Service Budget Council in the special law of ICT.

  • In 2011, Government introduced "IT Convergence Technology Prediction Survey 2025". This report includes 10 ICT industries. Convergence was combined with a word 'digital'. Digital convergence means a service or new product which appeared through fusion of unit technologies in information and communication regions. The effects of convergence technologies and social phenomenons are visualized in overall regions of society such as economy, society, culture, etc. In this paper, we described a prospects and technologies needed in digital convergence environment. And we described IT-Building, IT-Car, IT-Medicine, IT-Textile which was related with our lives in today among 10 ICT industries.

  • The Research on the ICT(Information & Communication Technology) is proposed the category to IT839 strategy by Government. Government is driving to researching on technology about IT839 Strategy. By transforming this category and research information into Semantic Web environment, it is possible to search function utilizing knowledge base and information object by use of TBox and ABox. In this regard, this study proposes technology for generation of Semantic Web Document about ICT Research Information. The ontology is constructed by using category to IT839 Strategy. The features of framework proposed in this study is to have used a skill to directly map Ontology instance and in case of inability of direct mapping, proposed a skill to establish reliable Semantic Web Document by suggesting indirect mapping skill using mechanical study. In addition, it is possible to establish low cost/high quality Semantic Web Document about ICT research information.

  • P2P(peer to Peer) network is a distributed network architecture composed of participants that make a portion of their resources directly available to other network participants, without the need for a central server. Currently, convergence network industry using wired and mobile are grows rapidly. So P2P protocols will be used between mobile and wired network. But current P2P protocols are focused on the wired networks only and there are no simulators for performance analysis of mobile P2P. In this paper, we design a P2P simulation system for performance analysis of P2P protocols in mobile, wired and convergence networks. It is constructed by a well-known mobile network simulator and wired based P2P protocol simulator. Finally we have implemented a smart TV test-bed using our P2P test-bed for convergence networks.

  • In this paper an inter-layer protocol, referred to as a Multi-Network Selector (MNS) is proposed for multiband maritime networks. A MNS is located between the data-link layer and the network layer and performs vertical handover when a ship moves another radio network. In order to provide seamless data transfer to different radio networks, the MNS uses received signal strength (RSS) and ship's location information as decision parameters for vertical handover, which can avoid ping-pong effect and reduces handover latency. In addition, we present related issues in order to implement the MNS for a multiband maritime network.

  • In this paper, we find a suitable methodology for Korean Sentiment Analysis through a comparative experiment in which methods of embedding and natural network models are learned at the highest accuracy and fastest speed. The embedding method compares word embeddeding and Word2Vec. The model compares and experiments representative neural network models CNN, RNN, LSTM, GRU, Bi-LSTM and Bi-GRU with IKEA review data. Experiments show that Word2Vec and BiGRU had the highest accuracy and second fastest speed with 94.23% accuracy and 42.30 seconds speed. Word2Vec and GRU were found to have the third highest accuracy and fastest speed with 92.53% accuracy and 26.75 seconds speed.

  • Dynamic sensor network(DSN) technology which is based on swarming flight type air node offers analyzed and acquired information on target data gathered by air nodes in rotation flight or 3 dimension array flight. Efficient operation of dynamic sensor network based on air node is possible when problems of processing time, data transmission reliability, power consumption and intermittent connectivity are solved. Delay tolerant network (DTN) can be a desirable alternative to solve those problems. DTN using store-and-forward message switching technology is a solution to intermittent network connectivity, long and variable delay time, asymmetric data rates, and high error rates. However, all processes are performed at the bundle layer, so high power consumption, long processing time, and repeated reliability technique occur. DSN based on swarming flight type air node need to adopt store-and-forward message switching technique of DTN, the cancelation scheme of repeated reliability technique, fast processing time with simplified layer composition.
