Various display devices become widespread now. Endeavoring to provide high-quality user experience, sharing contents becomes a hot issue in recent years. In this paper, a Contents Sharing System based on Users Context is proposed, which can provide pervasive contents sharing services on multiple devices with disregard for the device differences. This system supporting automatical contents sharing according to users' context, and intelligent content-fault recovery to provide an intelligent platform for users sharing service seamlessly without additional manual operations. Also we points out the problems and considerations about this proposed system which will be improved in the later research.

본 연구의 목적은 정보역량으로 측정된 SCM 정보성과에 정보특성이 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 검증하고자 함이다. 본 연구에서 사용된 변수는 정보품질, 운영적 정보공유, 전략적 정보공유, 정보역량이다. 본 연구모형은 SPSS 21과 SMART-PLS 2.0을 이용하여 구조방정식 모형으로 분석되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 본 연구는 정보품질과 운영적 정보공유, 전략적 정보공유, 정보역량간의 영향관계를 밝혀내었다. 또한, 기대한 바와 같이 정보공유는 정보역량으로 측정된, SCM 성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구의 주요 시사점은 정보특성과 SCM 정보성과간의 존재하는 관계를 실증적으로 검증하였다는 것이다. 이러한, 본 연구는 향후 SCM의 성공적인 실행을 원하는 연구자들과 실무자들에게 견실한 관리지침을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

This paper examines the effects of environmental uncertainty, structural decentralization, formalization, complexity and task interdependence on the information sharing through information system. 197 firms in Korea are surveyed and analyzed to investigate the relationship between the contextual variables and the information sharing. The result of multiple regression analysis shows that task interdependence, structural decentralization, complexity are significant factors to influence on the Information Sharing. Also, additional analysis shows that task interdependence, structural decentralization are major factors in service industry, and task interdependence, structural complexity are in manufacturing industry.

A load sharing algorithm is one of the important factors in computer system. In sender-initiated load sharing algorithms, when a distributed system becomes to heavy system load, it is difficult to find a suitable receiver because most processors have additional tasks to send. The sender continues to send unnecessary request messages for load transfer until a receiver is found while the system load is heavy. Because of these unnecessary request messages it results in inefficient communications, low cpu utilization, and low system throughput. To solve these problems, we propose a self-adjusting evolutionary algorithm for improved sender-initiated load sharing in distributed systems. This algorithm decreases response time and increases acceptance rate. Compared with the conventional sender-initiated load sharing algorithms, we show that the proposed algorithm performs better.

현대 경제의 새로운 성장엔진은 혁신적인 기술 집약형 중소기업이다. 그러나 많은 중소기업들이 비대칭 정보 문제로 인해 자금 조달에 애로를 겪고 있다. 중소기업에 대한 정보를 공유하면 이러한 비대칭 정보의 문제를 완화할 수 있다. 이 논문은 한국의 중소기업 신용정보 및 기술정보 공유시스템에 대해 설명한다. 그리고 Karapetyan and Stacescu(2013)에 기초하여 중소기업정보 공유가 은행의 신용분석 활동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대해 이론적으로 분석한다. 중소기업에 대한 정보 공유가 확대되면 은행의 정보집합이 늘어날 뿐 아니라 은행의 신용분석 활동이 촉진되는 효과가 있다. 이에 따라 정부는 중소기업정보의 생산 및 공유를 활성화하기 위해 다양한 유인책을 제시할 필요가 있다.

본 연구는 우리나라 사이버위협 정보 공유의 활성화를 위해 사이버위협 정보를 제공하는 데에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 연구하였으며, 특히 제공하는 정보의 중요도에 따른 제공의도를 비교해보았다. 연구방법은 정보보호 관련 실무자들을 대상으로 정보공유시스템의 이용자 측면에서 온라인 설문 및 실증분석을 실행하였다. 연구 결과, 간단한 정보에 대해서는 오로지 최고경영자의 태도만이 정보 제공의도에 영향을 미쳤다. 반면 중요한 정보에 대해서는 최고 경영자의 태도뿐만 아니라 정보평가체계, 민간화, 법적처벌 완화의 순으로 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 국내 사이버위협 정보공유시스템의 문제점을 파악할 수 있으며, 개선사항의 우선순위와 정보 공유 시스템의 개선 전후 정보 제공의도의 변화를 확인할 수 있다.

정보통신망과 컴퓨터 기술의 발전은 수많은 정보 및 지식을 생산해 내는 기반이 되었고, 최근 대중화가 가속화 되고 있는 스마트디바이스는 사용자가 원하는 정보와 지식을 쉽게 획득할 수 있는 도구로 사용되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 인터넷 정보와 소셜네트워크를 활용한 스마트 디바이스 기반의 지식공유 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템은 사용자 질의에 대해 인터넷 정보 검색, 축적된 지식 검색, 소셜네트워크 상의 지인 답변 기능으로 구성된다. 제안한 시스템의 효용성 분석을 위하여 사용자 만족도 평가를 실시하였다. 실험결과 스마트디바이스를 이용한 지식공유 시스템이 일반 정보검색엔진에 비해 통계적으로 유의미한 만족도를 나타냈다.

Nowadays, a knowledge management becomes more important as it recognizes and utilizes a industrial knowledge as a significant sources for the improvement of enterprise competitiveness. Moreover, a industrial value tends to be evaluated by a knowledge value. In this study, influencing factors (processes, compensation system, leadership and information technology) on the knowledge sharing for strategies in foodservice Enterprise were investigated. For processes, it was important that the sharing and collecting factors for restaurants in hotel, the knowledge sharing and collecting for family-restaurants, the knowledge utilization and collecting for fast-food restaurants and the knowledge utilization and sharing for special restaurants. In compensation system, both mental and physical compensation were not related with the knowledge sharing in hotel-restaurants. On the other hands, the knowledge sharing in family-restaurants, fast-food restaurants and special restaurants was highly affected by the mental compensation, which indicated that food-service. Enterprise should lay emphasis on mental compensation than physical compensation. In industrial cultures, the influencing factors on the knowledge sharing were rational culture and progressive culture for restaurants in hotel and fast-food restaurants, and for special restaurants and family- restaurants, respectively. The ordering leadership was important factor for restaurants in hotel, fast-food restaurants and family-restaurants, while the knowledge sharing in special restaurants was more influenced by the supporting leadership. For information technology, it was important that the information utilization for restaurants in hotel, special restaurants and fast-food restaurants, and both information utilization and ability for family-restaurants.

도로와 지하시설물에 대한 정보공유체계구축은 정보공유미흡으로 인한 각종 안전사고방지 및 중복투자방지를 위해서 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 지자체단위의 정보공유체계 구축방안으로 기본도 일원화(l/l,000수치지형도), 공유항목의 선정, 메타데이터 표준안 설정, 정보공유체계구축안을 제시하였다. 정보공유체계 구축안은 전용망을 이용한 분산형과 인터넷망을 이용한 웹기반형을 제시하였다. 또한 지자체에서 도로기반시설물에 대한 정보공유체계를 구축할 경우 적용할 수 있는 추진방안을 제안하였다.

This paper proposes and implements a mobile service and web service integration for utilizing public bicycle sharing system NUBIJA. The NUBIJA system is operated by Changwon City, GyeongNam since 2008 and maintains 247 unattended bicycle sharing terminal on the city. Average users per day of the NUBIJA are more than 8,000 and many users want to get more services from their mobile phones. We implemented realtime mobile bicycle rental and return information service. The informations are acquired from each terminal kiosks and we integrated the information and location based services(LBS) on iOS and Android platform. In this paper, we described an integration services between web and mobile application and shows graphical user interface for highly customized on mobile platforms.
