Based on the premise that perspectives or the frame of cognition may affect the ways that family practitioners support or intervene in families, this study aimed to investigate the perspectives of Certified Healthy Family Specialists (CHFS) on family practice in the Healthy Family Support Centers. A total of 9 CHFSs gave information about their beliefs and perspectives on family practice in in-depth interview. Additionally, 5 CHFS participated in focus group interview and gave information about their values, beliefs, and perspectives on family practice. Through qualitative analyses, four perspectives were found to be explicitly or implicitly carried by CHFSs: System theory perspective, Strengths perspective, Family cognition perspective, and Public intervention perspective. These four perspectives are currently leading themes of family research and are prospected to prevail in family support and intervention practices in the Healthy Family Support Centers in South Korea. Based on the results of qualitative analyses, directions and range of influence in perspectives on family practice perceived by CFHSs were discussed. In this study, the subject of Healthy Family Project, the CHFSs' aims, and emphasis on family practice were dealt with, and developmental direction establishment related to the Healthy Family Support Centers and CFHSs in the dimension of practice and policy in the future were implied.

Factors affecting depression during clinical practice were stress and the quality of sleep. Therefore, effective management methods that can relieve the stress of nursing college students during clinical practice and improve the quality of sleep and active nursing strategies that can prevent depression should be sought.

This study was conducted to evaluate the association between knowledge of Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), perception of infection control and practice of infection control among dental hygienists. The questionnaires consisted of 9 demographic questions, 10 questions about COVID-19 knowledge, and 36 questions about perception and practice of infection control. The study analyzed 120 participants' data gathered from May 1 to May 31, 2021. For data analysis, T-test, ANOVA, and Pearson correlation were used. As a result, COVID-19 knowledge was 6.59 out of 10, the perception of infection control was 3.57 out of 4 and the practice of infection control was 3.55 out of 4. The COVID-19 knowledge(r=0.485) and perception of infection control(r=0.614) were significantly positively related to practice of infection control. To improve the practice of infection control in the dental field, education of infection control should be mandatory for dental hygienists. Also, the practice of infection control following "Dental Infection Control Standard Policy & Procedure" must be mandatory.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore practice-based evidence for health promotion in vulnerable populations with hypertension in primary health care settings. Methods: Two methodological procedures were adopted for this triangulation study. In the first phase, the sample was obtained from the computerized clinical data repository of a community nursing center. A total of 286 clients were assessed for hypertension as an actual circulation problem as coded in the Omaha System. In the second phase, a qualitative focus group was surveyed through semi-structured interviews conducted by nine advanced practice nurses who had been serving the hypertensive patients. Results: The community nurses provided essential primary healthcare services including health teaching guidance and counseling, and surveillance to vulnerable populations living in medically underserved community. There was a significant positive correlation between knowledge and behavior (r=.53, p<.01), between knowledge and health status (r=.40, p<.05), and between behavior and health status (r=.48, p<.01). Conclusion: This triangulation study encompassed not only quantitative findings from the computerized records of clients but also other information acquired from advanced practice nurses.
