  • The significance, is to introduce a novel way to employ the improved Runge-Kutta fifth order five stage method, here after called as Modified IRK(5,5) method, for system of second order robot arm problem and variations in angles at the joints in which parameters governing with two degrees of freedom which requires lesser number of function evaluations per time step as compared to the existing ones, in order to save time and spaceAn ultimate aim of this present paper is to solve application problem such as robot arm and initial value problems by applying Runge-Kutta fifth order five stage numerical techniques. The calculated output for robot arm coincides with exact solution which is found to be better, suitable and feasible for solving real time problems.

  • The structure and dimensionality of the User Information Satisfaction (UIS) construct is an important theoretical issue that received considerable attentions. The acceptance of UIS as a standardized instrument requires confirmation that it explains and measures the user information satisfaction construct and its component. Based on a simple of 670 respondents who participated in dealing with the Public Management Information System (PMIS), this research used a confirmatory factor analysis to test the alternavtive models of underlying factor structure and assessed the reliability and validity of these factors and items in the PMIS. The result provided a support for a revised UIS model with four first-order factors and one PMIS The result provided a support for a revised UIS model with four first-order factors and one second-order (higher-order) factor in PMIS. To cross-validata these results, the author reexamined two prior data sets. The results showed that the revised model provides better model-data fit in all three data sets.

  • In this paper, we develop noninformative priors for the generalized Pareto distribution when the parameter of interest is the shape parameter. We developed the first order and the second order matching priors. We revealed that the second order matching prior does not exist. It turns out that the reference prior satisfies a first order matching criterion, but Jeffrey's prior is not a first order matching prior. Some simulation study is performed and a real example is given.

  • The most of navigation services these days, are designed in order to just provide a shortest path from current position to destination for a user. Several navigation services provides not only the path but some fragmentary information about its point, but, the data tends to be highly restricted because it's quality and quantity totally depends on service provider's providing policy. In this paper, we describe the folksonomy POI(Point of interest) recommender system using mashup in order to provide the information that is more useful to the user. The POI recommender system mashes-up the user's folksonomy data that stacked by user with using external folksonomy service(like Flickr) with others' in order to provide more useful information for the user. POI recommender system recommends others' tag data that is evaluated with the user folksonomy similarity. Using folksonomy mahup makes the services can provide more information that is applied the users' karma. By this, we show how to deal with the data's restrictions of quality and quantity.

  • Transportation allocation requires information such as storage location and order information. In order to guarantee the safe transmission and real-time sharing of information in all links, an intelligent transportation control system based on blockchain technology is designed. Firstly, the technical architecture of intelligent transportation information traceability blockchain and the overall architecture of intelligent transportation control system were designed. Secondly, the transportation management demand module and storage demand management module were designed, and the control process of each module was given. Then, the type of intelligent transportation vehicle was defined, the objective function of intelligent transportation control was designed, and the objective function of intelligent transportation control was constructed. Finally, the intelligent transportation control was realized by genetic algorithm. It was found that when the transportation order volume was 50×103, and the CPU occupancy of the designed system was only 11.8%. The reliability attenuation of the code deletion scheme was lower, indicating better performance of the designed system.

  • In this paper, we develop the noninformative priors for the linear mixed models when the parameter of interest is the ratio of variance components. We developed the first and second order matching priors. We reveal that the one-at-a-time reference prior satisfies the second order matching criterion. It turns out that the two group reference prior satisfies a first order matching criterion, but Jeffreys' prior is not first order matching prior. Some simulation study is performed.

  • This paper introduces a new type of collision attack on first-order masked Advanced Encryption Standards. This attack is a known-plaintext attack, while the existing collision attacks are chosen-plaintext attacks. In addition, our method requires significantly fewer power measurements than any second-order differential power analysis or existing collision attacks.

  • As a 'network of networks,' the Internet globally connects a huge number of regional and individual networks and provides us with new hopes and possibilities. However, a nation-state as well as the legal order of the 'state'(constitution) has limitations that are all too clear in order to regulate this new world formed by the Internet. It will soon be impossible for a single state to control these global information networks, and they will not be consistently and vertically operated and managed by anyone. As a result, ideologies or jurisdictions that support the legal order of a nation-state are no longer sufficient to control information delivery beyond borders. Furthermore, the development of the Internet and emergence of cyber space in the information society has led to the idea of 'extinction' of nation-states. Nevertheless, the conclusion that the state will be extinct due to the development of the information society is still nothing more than a hasty assumption. In other words, the information society does not indicate the end of the state. Rather, we must now clearly perceive that the object of our research and discussions must be the role and function of the nation-state in the newly emerged information society in the global aspect and international aspect, as well as in relationships with individuals or organizations that now have unimaginably strong information power. It is clear at this point that nation-states will lose the function and authority they have enjoyed or exercised to a certain degree, but this certainly does not indicate that nation-states are, and will be, unnecessary or useless. Rather, it is necessary to focus on the list of tasks that must be accepted by nation-states in the changed information society, as well as responsibilities and means to perform those tasks.

  • The measure of public information flow developed here is the number of order frequency. In the first part of the analysis, I document the general pattern of public information, with an emphasis on the intraday arrival of information. Overall, I find that public information arrival is nonconstant Consistent with earlier studies, I find that information arrival exhibits an inverted U-shape pattern across intraday trading. Over the average trading day, the flow of public information increases throughout the morning hours and then falls over the period, between 3:00 P.M. and 3:05. The second part of my analysis focuse is the relation between the public information variable and measure of intraday order frequency, specifically insignificant effect. According to time flow in the intraday trading, although the number of insignificant effect is increasing moderately, the result is remarkable in light of the aggreate nature of the public information and order frequency variable employed. The foreigner's investor group changes homogenously.
