The purpose of this study is to construct a value-oriented sizing and cost estimation model for system integration projects. In particular, this study is to build a system architecture design and integration cost model, and a network design and implementation cost model. Unlike software development projects, system integration projects include knowledge-intensive professional services on system architecture and network design areas. Because of these work's high invisibility, the cost of these services is hard to estimate and measure. Therefore, we need to develop value-oriented cost models. This study presents 6 value-oriented cost models, and tests statistical significance of these models with real system integration project data. The results show that cost factors on these models are valid, and models are statistically significant. Future work is needed to integrate various cost models and apply the whole model to field projects to increase model's prediction accuracy.

The uses of drones are increasing despite the fact that many of us are still skeptical. In the near future, the data that will be created and used by them will be very voluminous, hence the need to find an architecture that allows good identity management and access control in a decentralized way while guaranteeing security and privacy. In this article, we propose an architecture using hyperledger fabric blockchain platform which will manage the identity in a secure way starting with the registration of the drones on the network then an access control thanks to Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and membership service provider (MSP) to enable decision-making within the system.

Objectives: This research presents the design and development of a software architecture using natural language processing tools and the use of an ontology of knowledge as a knowledge base. Methods: The software extracts, manages and represents the knowledge of a text in natural language. A corpus of more than 200 medical domain documents from the general medicine and palliative care areas was validated, demonstrating relevant knowledge elements for physicians. Results: Indicators for precision, recall and F-measure were applied. An ontology was created called the knowledge elements of the medical domain to manipulate patient information, which can be read or accessed from any other software platform. Conclusions: The developed software architecture extracts the medical knowledge of the clinical histories of patients from two different corpora. The architecture was validated using the metrics of information extraction systems.

무기체계 연구개발 프로세스를 위한 형상/정보관리시스템은 오랜 연구개발 과정에서 생산되는 문서, 도면, 구성품정보, 구조정보 등에 대한 동시공학 및 협업적 업무를 지원해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 웹 환경에서 운영되는 무기체계 연구개발 형상/정보관리시스템을 구현하기 위한 CBD (Component Based Development) 개발 및 모델링 방법론에 관한 논문으로서 기존의 연구에서는 일반적인 MVC 모델을 사용한 3계층의 시스템 아키텍처를 구성하는 반면 본 논문에서는 J2EE 환경하의 EJB 구조를 기반으로 한 4계층 시스템 아키텍처를 정의하였다. 본 논문에서는 4계층 시스템 아키텍처를 통하여 모델 계층과 제어 계층을 각각 두 단계로 세분화하여 컴포넌트의 속성을 구체화할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였으며, 컴포넌트 기반으로 시스템 개발 업무를 수행하여 각 개발 단계별 표현 모델에 대한 시스템 결과물을 산출하여 실제 시스템을 구현하였다.

서울시의 건축물 정보를 관리하기 위하여 항공사진을 촬영하고 판독을 실시하여 판독현황도를 제작하고 있다. 그러나 판독현황도는 인쇄된 형태이며 수기로 제작되어 많은 오류를 포함하고 있으며, 갱신에도 어려움이 많다. 본 연구에서는 판독현황도의 수치화를 수행하기 위하여 도면 스캐닝에 의한 방법, 정사영상 및 진정사영상을 활용하는 방법, 수정도화에 의한 방법, LiDAR 자료를 이용하는 방법 등을 적용하고 비교 분석하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 수치수정도화에 의한 수치 판독현황도를 제작하는 것이 건축물 정보의 정확도와 경제성 측면에서 타당한 방법임을 제안할 수 있었다.

본 논문에서는 마르미-III 개발방법론을 기반으로 하여 시스템 개발 프로젝트를 수행함에 있어, 프로젝트 초기 "요구획득(requirement)" 단계에 어떻게 하면 보다 효과적으로 고객의 요구사항을 관리하여 요구관리(requirements management) 목표를 달성하고, "아키텍처(architecture)" 단계의 원활한 진행을 보장할 수 있을지 그 적용 사례를 소개하고자 한다.

In order to improve the reliability of cost estimation results using CBR, there has been a continuous issue on similarity measurement to accurately compute the distance among attributes and cases to retrieve the most similar singular or plural cases. However, these existing similarity measures have limitations in taking the covariance among attributes into consideration and reflecting the effects of covariance in computation of distances among attributes. To deal with this challenging issue, this research examines the weighted Mahalanobis distance based similarity measure applied to CBR cost estimation and carries out the comparative study on the existing distance measurement methods of CBR. To validate the suggest CBR cost model, leave-one-out cross validation (LOOCV) using two different sets of simulation data are carried out. Consequently, this research is expected to provide an analysis of covariance effects in similarity measurement and a basis for further research on the fundamentals of case retrieval.

In the KIOST MOERI model ice basin, a lot of experiments to find the material properties of model ice and model ship tests are being performed. And therefore many data information was produced, yet it was saved as excel data format. In order to manage and use the data more effectively and systematically, a proper database management is required. To make realistic engineering DBMS(database management system), understanding of test process, the usage of data, design of data schema and computer language and system management are required. In this paper, basic design process and usage of DBMS based on network and multiple user concept is introduced.

디지털 콘텐츠 재화가 증가됨에 따라 이를 관리하기 위한 콘텐츠 관리 시스템에 새로운 콘텐츠 서비스를 추가하거나 기존 콘텐츠 관리 시스템 간에 통합하는 경우가 빈번하게 발생한다. 효율적인 시스템 통합을 위해 본 논문에서는 이 기종으로 구성된 두개의 콘텐츠 관리 시스템을 마이크로서비스 아키텍처 기반으로 통합 콘텐츠 관리 시스템을 설계하여 개발 간 기존 시스템의 중단 없이 재활용이 가능하고, 효율적으로 통합이 가능하며, 확장성을 가진 시스템을 구현하였다. 이를 통해 구현된 시스템의 소요되는 자원 사용량을 측정하고, 기존 미들웨어를 사용한 시스템 통합을 방식 간의 차이점을 분석하였다.

멀티캐스트 서비스들이 점차 다양해지고, 서비스 사용자의 폭도 넓어지고 있다. 이에 비례하여 공격자들의 주목을 받게되고 정보의 누출 가능성도 높아진다. 따라서 멀티캐스트 서비스 활용과 동시에 그에 대한 보안 연구도 함께 이루어져야 한다. 본 논문에서는 멤버의 동적인 가입 탈퇴가 발생하는 그룹에서 효율적인 그룹 관리를 적용하여 안전한 멀티캐스트 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 구조를 제안한다. 제안한 구조는 한 명의 송신자와 다수의 수신자로 구성된 멀티캐스트 통신 상황에서, 보안 측면을 고려하여 많은 이용자들에게 안전한 멀티캐스트 서비스를 제공할 수 있다. 시뮬레이션을 통하여 기존의 구조와 성능을 비교·분석한 결과, 제안하는 구조는 멤버 관리가 효율적이고, 전송 지연을 줄이면서 보다 안전하게 데이터를 전송할 수 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다.
