Therefore, this study attempted to analyze how the features of online experience services affect customer satisfaction by crawling structured and unstructured data from the online experience web site newly launched by Airbnb after COVID-19. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the structured data generated by service users on a C2C online sharing platform had a positive effect on the satisfaction of other users. In addition, unstructured text data such as experience introductions and host introductions generated by service providers turned out to have different subjectivity scores depending on the purpose of its text. It was confirmed that the subjective host introduction and the objective experience introduction affect customer satisfaction positively. The results of this study are to provide various implications to stakeholders of the online sharing economy platform and researchers interested in online experience knowledge management.

  • Purpose As the number of SNS users increases, the importance of SNS advertisement is also increasing. Thus, the purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of factors on effectiveness of SNS advertising, and expand research on users' attitude and behavior intention toward SNS advertising. Design/methodology/approach This study was designed to examine the structural relationships among SNS service attribute, users' cognitive characters, psychological factors, users' attitude and behavior intention toward SNS advertising. Concretely, SNS service attribute was presented as online interactivity, and users' cognitive characters were presented as perceived relevance and perceived intrusiveness. In addition, psychological factors were presented as presence experience and message credibility, users' attitude toward SNS advertising was presented as advertisement attitude and users' behavior intention was presented as WOM. Findings The results showed that online interactivity has a positive effect on presence experience and message credibility, but perceived intrusiveness has a negative effect on presence experience and message credibility. Perceived relevance has a positive effect on presence experience, but does not have significant effect on message credibility. Presence experience and message credibility have positive effects on advertisement attitude and WOM, and advertisement attitude also has a positive effect on WOM. Based on the results from this study, academic and practical implications can be drawn. First, the study extended the scope of research about SNS advertising through focusing on SNS service attribute and SNS users' cognitive characters and identified the relationship between presence experience, message credibility, advertisement attitude and WOM. • This study deals with development of an evaluating tool for flow experience and presence to evaluate interactive digital contents. The tool is able to measure the grade of flow and presence by surveying with their factors which are known to affect flow experience and presence. One of reasons for reducing flow experience and presence in 3D digital contents is that the experience in the virtual world is different from user's prerequisite learning in the real life. The recent interactive contents using physical movement of users as an input is possible to provide unsafe situation to users due to the different experience. The suggested flow measurement tool is able to evaluate presence and flow experience of an interactive 3D contents as well as flow and presence factors are possible to use as a general guideline for all stages of producing interactive 3D digital contents.

  • The purpose of the study is to identify the relationship among the variables related learner's satisfaction, flow experience and self-directedness and verify the path model of causal relationship among those variables in web based computer e-learning. Based on the theoretical rationale, we hypothesized the path model including learner's satisfaction as outcome variable, flow experience and self-directedness as causal and mediating variables. A total of 193 students were participated in this study and the main results showed as follows: 1. Learner's self-directedness showed significant (p<.01), indirect effect on learner's satisfaction mediated by flow experience and the flow experience showed significant (p<.01), direct effect on learner's satisfaction; 2. Among 7 constructs of self-directedness, 'creative approach', 'love of learning', 'self-confidence as a learner' showed significant (p<.01), indirect effects on learner's satisfaction mediated by 'clear goals' construct among flow experience.

  • The purpose of this research is to study how an elderly male lives after the experience of bereavement, and to understand the experience's essence. The researcher picked 3 elderly men living alone after separation by death as test subjects and gathered information through in-depth interviews. The analysis of the information was done based on the three-dimensional space of narrative presented by Clandinin and Connely(2000), and it restructures the common experience under five meanings. The mutual themes of 'It's the life of a sinner, but not wanting to be seen as a widower to others', 'The fear for death, and the preparation for after death', 'Trying to stay alive for the children', 'Entering the world to find meaning in a gloomy life', and 'A lone goose lost in search of social warmth' came from the research results. The essence of the experience studied with the mutual themes as basis came out to be 'A struggle to take flight again after one broken wing'. This research has a major significance in that elderly males' experience of bereavement was studied in the dimension of time continuity, and that individual social interactions that are made by elderly males to continue their lives after the experience of bereavement were studied.

  • Dementia is known as the most feared disease by the elderly. As Korea becomes an elderly society, the importance of preventing dementia has increased. However, most games to prevent dementia focus only on the function of prevention. Therefore, this study proposes a mobile dementia prevention game focusing on the user's entertainment experience by selecting those in their 60s as the user class. A survey of user interests and related literature was conducted, and based on the survey, a prototype was produced by applying the theme of barista job experience. As a result, users can experience the entertainment value according to their interests while improving four cognitive abilities effective in preventing dementia through games. Through this, this study expects an entertainment experience of preventing dementia for users in their 60s.

  • This research identifies specific user experience factors that have positive impact on user's behavior intention to use so that a new technology called stretchable display(SD) can be accepted and spread in the market. To show how these factors can be applied to SD home appliances, a few concrete designs have been suggested. In the first stage of the research, the initial concept of innovative product design with stretchable display was derived by developing a scenario that solves the expected experience by home product users through the attributes of the SD technology. In the second stage, a scenario of the product to which a stretchable display was applied was suggested to investigate the expected experience factors that influence the behavior intention to use. As a result of the analysis, users showed a positive intention to use for the factors of Functionality of Space and Life Support, Presentation of Preferences, and Customization of Emotions, provided by the product with SD technology applied. In the next stage, based on the verified user experience factors, multifunctional kitchen appliances design, smart furniture design with flexible surfaces, and smart interior wall tile design have been derived. After all, the differentiated transformable interface designs shown through this process have been suggested as three-dimensional soft-physical button design and attachable design for multi-curved soft furniture. This study is significant as it emphasizes a user-centered design process over a technology-centered approach, enhancing market acceptability and focusing on design features aligned with the user's expected experience.

  • This purpose of this study is to verity the impact of new logistics factors on the Intention of use and consumer happiness, the mediating effect of perceived benefits, and provide suggestions on how to improve the level of new distribution. Based on the previous theories of online experience, off-line experience, logistics experience, perceived benefits, Intention of use and consumer happiness, the study puts forward 6 key research hypotheses. Reliability and validity tests were carried out by using data collected on new logistics factors on the Intention of use and consumer happiness. The hypotheses are verified through structural equation modelling. The study on the impact of new logistics factors on the Intention of use and consumer happiness and the mediating effect of perceived benefits, indicates that online experience, off-line experience, logistics experience have positive effects on perceived benefits, the perceived benefits has positive effects on Intention of use and consumer happiness, and the Intention of use has positive effects on consumer happiness. Moreover, perceived benefits as the mediating variable have effects on the relationship between online experience, off-line experience, logistics experience and the Intention of use and consumer happiness. The study extended the existing previous studies to provide theoretical and practical implications by verifying the relationship between new logistics factors and the Intention of use and consumer happiness.
