증강현실을 적용한 관광지 사물인식 실감체험 앱 콘텐츠 구현 (Implementation of Realistic Experience Application Contents for Tourist Spots Object Recognition Using Augmented Reality Technology)

  • 최근 증강현실 기술은 스마트폰 증가추세에 따라 사용자 중심의 상호작용을 지원하는 형태로 발전하고 있다. 논문에서 우리는 관광지 사물인식 기술과 사용자의 위치 정보를 이용하여 실감체험이 가능한 어플리케이션을 구현하였다. 개발 시스템은 스마트폰의 GPS와 비콘 정보를 이용하여 사용자와 관광지 사물의 현 위치를 파악한 후, 두 지점간의 거리와 방향을 계산하여 해당 관광지의 실감체험 콘텐츠를 제공한다. 실감체험 앱을 통하여 우리는 제주를 찾는 관광객들에게 제주의 문화에 대한 이해와 감동을 주는 한편, 무명 관광지의 자원화 가능성을 높이고, 제주 관광의 이미지를 개선하는 효과를 기대할 수 있다.

텍스트매체 사용에 있어서 매체 경험이 매체 인지와 의사소통과정에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Medium Experience on Medium Perception and Communication Process)

  • The objective of this study is to examine the media richness theory and the social information processing model by analyzing the effect of media experience on media perception and communication process. To accomplish this objective, a laboratory experiment was conducted. The independent variable was text medium experience and a face-to-face medium was added as a control group. The dependent variables were medium perception and communication process. Medium perception includes perceived richness, medium feeling, task satisfaction, and communication satisfaction. Communication processes were also analyzed to compare each treatment group. The results can be summarized into two facts. First, face-to-face group showed higher perceived richness than text medium group. And experienced text medium group perceived their text medium richer than inexperienced text medium group. Second, experienced text medium groups showed more interactions between subjects than inexperienced text medium group. Experienced text medium group also showed more agreements and meta-communication which could be found in face-to-face group. The result of this study supported media richness theory by finding that face-to-face medium was perceived richer than text medium, And the results also proved social information processing model by comparing experienced text medium group and inexperienced text medium group. The text medium, although thought to be the leanest one, could be perceived richer if users had lots of experience on it.

Research and Design of Functional Requirements of Shared Electric Bicycle App Based on User Experience

  • Intelligent applications are crucial for increasing the popularity of shared urban electric bicycles (EBs). Building an application platform architectural system that can satisfy independent user operations is critical for increasing the intelligent usage of shared EBs. Consequently, we collected online reviews of shared EB applications, conducted semantic processing and sentiment analysis, and refined the positive and negative review data for each function. The positive and negative review indices of each function were calculated using the formulae for positive and negative review indices of product functions, thereby determining the functions that need to be improved. Each function of the Shared EB application was improved according to its business process. The main contributions of this study are to build a user requirement architecture system for the Shared EB application with five dimensions and 22 functions using the Delphi method to design the user interface (UI) of this application based on user satisfaction evaluation results; to create a high-fidelity dynamic interaction prototype and compare user satisfaction before and after improving the Shared EB application functions. The testing results indicate that the changes in the UI significantly improve the user experience satisfaction of the urban Shared EB application, with the positive experience index increasing by 69.21% and the negative experience index decreasing by 75.85% overall. This information can be directly used by relevant companies to improve the functions of the Shared EB application.

The Impact of Omnichannel Shopping Experience and Channel Integration on Customer Retention: Empirical Evidence from China

  • Creating a new retailing environment to meet the seamless experience requirements of consumers is a challenge for Omnichannel-related businesses. Based on the "appraisal-emotion-response" chain, the purpose of this research is to explore the psychological mechanism of omnichannel integration influencing customer retention and the moderating effect of customer showrooming experience. This research uses a structural equation model in partial least square software to analyze a two-stage survey (Study 1: n = 210; Study 2: n = 342) conducted in China. The results show that channel control experience has three dimensions: perceived channel attribute familiarity, channel type matching, and cross-channel access convenience; consistent interactive experience has two dimensions: information cross-channel consistency and cross-channel service support. Furthermore, both channel control experience and consistent interactive experience are favorable for customer retention through increased customer satisfaction (transactional and retailer satisfaction). Finally, customer showrooming experience positively moderates the relationship between consistent interactive experience and customer satisfaction. This research proposes a self-regulation process model to explain how omnichannel integration enhances consumers' experience, finally leading to consumer retention. The findings contribute to the omnichannel retail business literature and provide management implications for Asian retailers to implement an omnichannel business strategy.

  • Continuous usages of Internet Protocol Television(IPTV) is regarded as one of key factors for IPTV success. Quality improvement and increasing user satisfaction are generally contributed to intention to continue using of innovation technology. We classify the quality constructs into information quality, service quality, system quality, and experience quality and find how these constructs affect on user satisfaction and intention to continue using of IPTV. We perform factor analysis to IPTV users by developing a causal relationship model and defining measurement variables for the constructs. Through regression analysis, we found information quality and experience quality are significant to affect on intention to continue using of IPTV.

The Influence of User Experience Elements of Digital Music Access Platform on User Loyalty: Mediation Effect of Usefulness Perception, Epidemic Perception

  • With the popularity of mobile Internet and smart phones, the domestic digital music access platform has entered a period of rapid development. Existing studies in the academic circle have shown that experience has a positive impact on user perception and loyalty. However, the research on the relationship between brand loyalty, user perception and user experience of Internet products has not received much attention. Starting from the brand loyalty theory and user experience theory, this paper explores the mechanism of user experience, user perception and brand loyalty of digital music access platform. Based on the development status of digital music access platform in China, the purpose is to explore how the user experience of the mainstream digital music access platform can affect Usefulness Perception, Epidemic Perception. And to explore how the Usefulness Perception, Epidemic Perception can affect users' brand loyalty. also further explore the role of users' perception in this process to understand the relationship between brand and user experience. In practical operations, 398 formal questionnaires were issued online to collect first-hand data, and reliability analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis and hypothesis analysis were carried out successively on the data in the later stage. Through research, it is found that the user experience of digital music access platform has a partial significant impact on the perception and loyalty of applications. The visual presentation and emotional feelings of digital music access platform are positively correlated with the perceived usefulness of applications. The visual presentation and emotional feelings of digital music access platform are positively correlated with the perceived popularity of applications. The e perceived usefulness and perceived popularity of the digital music access platform are positively correlated with the loyalty of the application. Through this research, it has certain guiding significance to the promotion of digital music access platform's brand loyalty degree.

체험경제이론에 의한 북큐레이션 교육 프로그램이 지각된 가치와 지속적 참여 의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on Effect of the Book Curation Education Program Using Experiential Economy Theory on Perceived Value, Continuous Participation Intent)

  • 본 연구는 체험경제이론을 반영한 북큐레이션 교육 프로그램을 개발, 실행한 후에 프로그램에 대한 인식이 지각된 가치와 지속적 참여 의도에 미치는 영향력을 분석하려는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서 개발한 북큐레이션 교육 프로그램은 체험경제이론에 따른 4가지 요소 즉, 오락적 경험, 교육적 경험, 현실 도피적 경험, 심미적 경험을 교수·학습 활동에 반영하였다. 이 연구는 프로그램의 효과를 측정하기 위해 프로그램에 참여한 195명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 이를 분석한 결과, 연구가설 1(북큐레이션 교육 프로그램의 경험에 대한 인식이 프로그램의 지각된 가치에 영향을 미친다)은 심미적 경험과 오락적 경험이 유의한 것으로 나타났으며, 연구가설 2(북큐레이션 교육 프로그램의 경험에 대한 인식이 지속적 참여 의도에 영향을 미친다)는 교육적 경험을 제외한 다른 모든 요인이 유의미한 것으로 나타났다.

  • Purpose As the 4th Industrial Revolution proceeded, attempts to direct and utilize information technology such as robots and drones in plays have been active. Information technology, such as AI or media art, which is applied in the production of theater productions, shapes the possibility of expressing the difficulty of actors, the effectiveness of dramatic effects, and the illusion. Despite the inconsistent effects of information technology on theatrical studies, little has been done despite the fact that the research on what factors affect the audience's satisfaction through the play. Hence, The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the characteristics of information technology and theater, especially audience's revisit intention. Design/methodology/approach The research model combining the theory of task-technology fit and the experience-economic model is presented. Findings The results of the empirical analysis suggest that the fit of information technology and theatrical task enriches the audience's experience and has a beneficial effect on the dissemination and export of contents management of art management in terms of revisit as a consumer and production of theatrical performing arts. This leads to the conclusion that task-technical fit and experiential economy could be applied to the field of performing arts in theater. It may also give useful implications to related producers such as producers, directors, and actors.

  • UX (User Experience) Design was an interdisciplinary approach in humanities, engineering, science and design. We classified the roles of user experience; requirement analysis which are user research, constraints analysis and direction analysis, concept design, information architecture, physical UI, graphical UI, sound UI, Olfactory UI, prototype, evaluation, launch, localization, and knowledge management/UI DB. User research methods were classified by the relation of designer, user, and product/service. We reviewed three issues of UX design; complexity management, efficiency management, and mapping management.

직원경험 요인 파악 및 직무 만족도에 끼치는 영향력 분석 (Identification of Employee Experience Factors and Their Influence on Job Satisfaction)

  • 기존에 우수한 인재를 유치하기 위한 기업들의 경쟁이 심화됨에 따라, 직원들의 직무 만족도 관리가 중요해지고 있다. 이에 많은 기업의 관리자들은 직원들의 일상적인 경험과 고충을 파악하여 직무만족도를 개선하기 위해 투자하고 있다. 그러나 직원 경험에 대한 충분한 이해의 부족으로 관리자들의 투자는 효과를 보지 못하고 있다. 본 논문은 전 세계적으로 가장 큰 직장인 커뮤니티인 글래스도어의 직원 리뷰와 기업 평점을 활용하여 직원 경험의 세부 요인들과 직무 만족도 간 관계를 조사한다. 이때 K-평균 군집화, Sentiment LDA Topic Modeling 등 텍스트 마이닝 기법을 활용하여 직급에 따른 주요 경험을 추출하고, DistilBERT 감성 분석을 통해 각 직원경험 요인의 감성점수를 측정한다. 이후 도출된 직원 경험 요인과 감성 점수를 계량적으로 분석하여 각 직원 경험 요인과 직무 만족도 간의 관계를 파악한다. 그 결과, 조직 관리자와 일반 직원의 직장 내 경험에는 상당한 차이가 있는 것으로 발견되었다. 또한 고객관계, 자율성 등은 관리자의 만족도에 영향을 미치지 않는 등, 직무 만족도에 영향을 미치는 직원경험 역시 직급 간 상이했다. 본 연구는 직업적응이론을 기반으로 텍스트 마이닝과 계량 모델링 방법을 이용하여 직원경험의 주요 요인을 확인하고 이를 검증함으로써 관련 연구분야의 문헌을 확장한다. 더불어, 본 연구결과는 직원들의 직무 만족도 개선을 위한 인사관리 전략에 활용될 수 있으며, 궁극적으로는 기업의 생산성을 개선할 것으로 기대한다.
