Continuance Intention Toward Second-generation Mobile Instant Messaging App of LINE in Taiwan

  • The second-generation mobile instant messaging (SMIM) proliferates with various relationship management functions: group chats, audio/video chats, file sharing, real-time location sharing, and nonverbal graphics, such as emojis and stickers. This study integrates the important but often overlooked affordances theory into innovation diffusion and proposes an SMIM continuance intention model. SMIM is a social affordance platform for users to develop new friendships and maintain their relationships. Integrated diffusion of innovation and affordance theoretical frameworks, this study investigates the influence of four factors on the success of using SMIM apps to improve friendship development and relationship management. Data were collected from 231 participants using a survey questionnaire in a public university in Taiwan. The findings confirm the effects of friendship development and relationship maintenance on the intention of users to continue using SMIM apps. Implications for research and practice are discussed.

  • Initial prevention activities and rapid propagation conditions is the most important to prevent diffusion of water pollution. If water pollutants flow into streams river or main stresm located in environmental conservation area or water intake facilities, we must predict immediately arrival time and the diffusion concentration to the proactive. National Institute of Environmental Research developed water pollution incident response prediction system linking dam and movable weir. the system is mathematical model which is updated daily. Therefore it can quickly predict the arrival time and the diffusion concentration when there are accident of oil spills and hazardous chemicals. Also we equipped with mathematical model and toxicity model of EFDC(Environmental Fluid Dynamics Code) to calculate the arrival time and the diffusion concentration. However these systems offer the services of an offline manner than real-time control services. we have ensured the reliability of data collection and have developed a real-time water quality measurement data transmission device by using the data linkage utilizing a mode bus communication and a commercial SCADA system, in particular, we implemented to be able to do real-time water quality prediction through information infrastructure of the water quality integrated management business created by utilizing the construction of the real-time prediction system that utilizes the data collected, the Open map, the visual representation using charts API and development of integrated management system development based on web maps.

  • A new color image segmentation scheme is presented in this paper. The proposed algorithm consists of image simplification, region labeling and color clustering. The vector-valued diffusion process is performed in the perceptually uniform LUV color space. We present a discrete 3-D diffusion model for easy implementation. The statistical characteristics of each labeled region are employed to estimate the number of total clusters and agglomerative hierarchical clustering is performed with the estimated number of clusters. Since the proposed clustering algorithm counts each region as a unit, it does not generate oversegmentation along region boundaries.

  • This paper presents a simulation methodology for the poly-silicon oriented TCAD(technology-CAD) system. A computer simulation environment for the poly-silicon processing has been set up with the proper adoption of the two-stream model for ion-doping, diffusion, and defects inside of grain and on the grain boundary. After the simulator calibration, simulation results for the poly-silicon diffusion hat shown a good agreement with the SIMS data.

  • 가상 면접은 현대 사회에서 필수적인 기술이지만, 상호작용의 부족으로 인해 한계가 존재한다. 현실적이고 현장감 있는 가상 면접을 구현하기 위해서는 면접관을 자동으로 생성하여 다양한 상황에서의 면접을 진행할 필요가 있다. 본 논문은 Stable Diffusion 기반의 프롬프트 엔지니어링을 통해 가상 면접관 생성에 대한 연구 결과를 제시한다. 프롬프트 엔지니어링은 Stable Diffusion 모델이 생성하는 결과의 품질을 향상시킬 수 있으며 다양한 조건에 따른 실험 결과를 제시한다.

Three-Dimensional Face Point Cloud Smoothing Based on Modified Anisotropic Diffusion Method

  • This paper presents the results of three-dimensional face point cloud smoothing based on a modified anisotropic diffusion method. The focus of this research was to obtain a 3D face point cloud with a smooth texture and number of vertices equal to the number of vertices input during the smoothing process. Different from other methods, such as using a template D face model, modified anisotropic diffusion only uses basic concepts of convolution and filtering which do not require a complex process. In this research, we used 6D point cloud face data where the first 3D point cloud contained data pertaining to noisy x-, y-, and z-coordinate information, and the other 3D point cloud contained data regarding the red, green, and blue pixel layers as an input system. We used vertex selection to modify the original anisotropic diffusion. The results show that our method has improved performance relative to the original anisotropic diffusion method.

  • In this paper, a band-pass filter is implemented with the diffusion and difference processes by using the diffusion neural network model. The center frequency of this band-pass filter can be varied by iterations of the diffusion and difference operations, and the selectivity can be determined by iterations of the difference operation. We propose an efficient algorithm that can generate various band-pass filters using arbitrary diffusion and difference iterations. This algorithm needs only simple operations of diffusion and difference.

  • 본 논문에서는 잉여금이 양의 추세모수를 갖는 확산과정을 따라 움직이고, 두 가지 유형의 보험청구가 있는 리스크 모형을 소개한다. 두 유형의 보험청구 금액은 서로 독립이고, 각각 지수분포를 따른다고 가정한다. 유형 I의 보험청구는 잦은 빈도로 발생하지만 청구 금액은 적고, 유형 II의 보험청구는 상대적으로 드물게 발생하지만 청구 금액이 많다고 가정한다. 적미분 방정식을 세워 잉여금이 없어지는 파산확률을 구하고, 각 유형에 의한 파산확률과 확산과정에 의해 자연적으로 파산이 이루어지는 확률을 함께 구한다. 또한 예제를 통해 두 유형의 보험청구와 확산과정이 전체 파산확률에 미치는 영향을 수치적으로 비교 분석한다.

  • The purpose of this study was to explore the factors influencing acceptance (e.g., comprehension,) and diffusion of information recipients' by depending on the authenticity of news. Specifically, this study has examined the effects of the news contents(political vs. general), need for cognition(high vs. low) and authenticity of the News(real news vs. fake news) on both acceptance and diffusion of news. Based on previous work, this study has developed a conceptual model to present each research hypothesis and tested it by conducting experiments as the follows. As a result, according to the authenticity of the news and the contents of the news (political and general), the acceptance of political contents was high regardless of the authenticity of the news, and the acceptance of real news was higher than that of fake news. However, in the proliferation (comment), both the political contents and the general contents showed the characteristic of spreading (commenting) fake news rather than real news. contrary to this, the cognitive level did not show any significant difference in acceptance (understanding) and proliferation (comment, sharing, recommendation). This study provides academic implications in that it examines the influences of accepting (comprehension) and diffusion (comment, sharing, recommendation) of real news and fake news. It also provides practical implications for responding to fake news and new marketing strategies in an environment where contents are delivered through diverse social media.

RFID의 확산에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구: 혁신확산이론 관점에서 (A Study on the Factors Influencing RFID Diffusion: In the Perspective of Innovation Diffusion Theory)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 RFID의 확산에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하는 것이다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해서 혁신 확산이론과 RFID에 대한 이론적 배경을 바탕으로 연구모형과 가설을 설정하였다. 본 연구에서 제안된 연구모형은 RFID를 도입한 73개 기업을 대상으로 Smart PLS 2.0 통계패키지를 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과, 표준화, 정보시스템 하부구조는 RFID 통합에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 지각된 이점, 조직간 협업, 경쟁적 압력은 RFID 사용에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 RFID 통합은 RFID 사용에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 RFID의 확산에 관한 다양한 시사점을 제공할 것이다.
