The purpose of this study is to identify the impact of informatization minds of college students majoring in sports on information development efforts and academic achievement. Accordingly, a survey was conducted on 200 college students majoring in physical education at D University, and 197 students were selected as the final effective samples. Data processing was conducted using SPSS 23 for frequency analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis. The results are as follows: First, recognition of the necessity of informatization education, a subfactor of the informatization mind, has a positive impact on informatino development efforts. Second, recognition of the necessity of informatization education, understanding and utilization of informatization concepts among sub-factors of informatization minds have a positive impact on the major learning achievement. Third, all the conversational factors in the informatization mind have a positive impact on study problem resolution. Fourth, information development efforts have a positive impact on the major learning achievement and the study problem resolution. Therefore, efforts are needed to increase the information mindset of college students major in sports.

Objectives: The Indonesian government issued large-scale social restrictions (called Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar, or PSBB) at the beginning of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic to control the spread of COVID-19 in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi (Greater Jakarta). Public compliance poses a challenge when implementing large-scale social restrictions, and various factors have contributed to public non-compliance with the regulation. This study aimed to determine the degree of non-compliance and identify the factors that contributed to public non-compliance with the PSBB in Greater Jakarta, Indonesia. Methods: This was a quantitative study with a cross-sectional design. A total of 839 residents of Greater Jakarta participated in this study. Data were collected online using a Google Form, and convenience sampling was undertaken. Univariate and multivariate analyses were performed to explore the relationships between public non-compliance with the PSBB regulation and socio-demographic variables, respondents' opinion of the PSBB, and social capital. Results: A total of 22.6% of subjects reported participating in activities that did not comply with the PSBB. The variables that most affected non-compliance with the PSBB were age, gender, income, opinion of the PSBB, and social capital. Conclusions: Strengthening social capital and providing information about COVID-19 prevention measures, such as washing one's hands with soap, wearing masks properly, and maintaining social distancing, is essential. Robust public understanding will foster trust and cooperation with regard to COVID-19 prevention efforts and provide a basis for mutual agreement regarding rules/penalties.

Recently, many software companies are trying to improve the software quality and project outcome with more costs and efforts in development time. In the software convergence and integration environments, it is required efforts to gain high quality of software. In other words, it is required to utilize software engineering knowledge and technology for higher software quality and better software project productivity. The Software development productivity can be varied by software process capability according to building a framework for software development, selection and use of appropriate technology, human resource management. Software process capability will influence software project outcome which is the general opinion. This study provides empirical evidence about software engineering efforts and investment approach to lead software project performance. We measured the software engineering efforts by SW engineering level and analyzed the corelation between software engineering level and schedule deviation. And, we verified that this performance is affected by the size of software company. As a result, software process capability is important to build a infrastructure and develop systematically software project. The higher software engineering level can lead to improved software project performance.

The Korean textile industry the driving force of Korea's economic development, is faced with difficulties due to domestic and foreign influences. The purpose of this paper is to examine what measures are necessary for overcoming such difficulties. As the first step, We conducted a month-long survey, in August 2003, of 157 small-medium firms operating in the Korean textile industry to collect information about difficulties that they face in carrying out their business. According to the result, small firms performed badly in sales and facility investment efforts for 2003 due to worldwide economic depression. They, however, actively pursued new technology development in order to improve their competitiveness. Profits and productivity decreased with reduced sales, and their view on the next year’s perspective is also very unfavorable. Especially many firms intend to maintain or even lower the level of sales goal for 2004, reflecting the sluggish market environment. According to the survey, under such circumstances, as many as 74% of firms wanted to turn the tables through the development of highly sensuous material and improved marketing efforts. One of potential answers to this problem, which is suggested by the survey, is to establish a consulting service institution to provide promptly marketing data and information on textile and fashion market and trend in Italy. Especially, firms surveyed have shown a great deal of interest in Italian consulting service for new textile material developments. While they want the service for high value-added product development, they are reluctant to do so because of the uncertainty of its future effects and high consulting fees.

급격한 환경 변화에 대응하기 위하여 많은 기업들은 지속가능경영을 기반으로 기업의 성과를 향상시키기 위해 노력을 기울이고 있다. 이러한 변화에 민첩하게 대응하고 생존하기 위해서는 무엇보다도 기업성과에 미치는 영향 요인을 파악하여야 한다. 본 연구에서는 Kaplan and Norton(1992)에 의해 소개된 Balance Score Card(BSC) 관점의 기업성과를 활용하여 지속가능경영 노력을 수행하고 있는 기업에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 문헌고찰 결과 본 연구에서 채택된 요인 및 독립변수는 경제적 노력(효율성 제고, 윤리 확대), 환경적 노력(환경경영, 에너지 관리), 그리고 사회적 노력(소비자 보호, 지역사회 기여도)으로 구성되었다. 회귀분석을 통한 가설 검정 결과 효율성 제고, 윤리경영, 에너지 관리, 소비자 보호, 지역사회 기여도가 기업성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과 시사점은 지역사회 기여도와 소비자 보호 노력은 기업의 경쟁력을 결정한다. 다양한 커뮤니케이션 강화를 통하여 사회적 책임경영 실현과 소비자 및 지역사회 공헌활동을 추구할 수 있는데, 이를 통하여 지역사회 기여도와 소비자 보호 노력은 기업의 지속가능경영의 원동력이 된다. 효율성 제고 노력은 생산성 및 수익성 등 지속가능한 기업성과를 결정하는 주요 요인이 된다. 경영 분석을 통하여 지속가능한 성장기반을 강화하여 지속적인 기업성과를 추구할 수 있는 원동력이 된다. 환경적 요인 중 에너지 관리 노력은 지속가능한 기업 성과에 영향을 미친다. 글로벌 경쟁시대를 맞이하여 지속가능경영 노력은 기업성과에 지대한 영향을 미치는 요인으로 등장하였다. 경제적, 환경적, 사회적 노력의 기본 틀을 중심으로 균형과 조화를 이루면서, 국제적 기준에 부합되고 해당 기업에 적절한 지속가능경영 노력을 수립, 추진해야 할 것이다.

In recent years, social media that has emerged with the development of network technology has changed the channels of information dissemination. The social Q&A community is a platform for knowledge-sharing activities in a question-and-answer manner based on Web 2.0. In knowledge-sharing activities, valuable new knowledge continues to be produced and will surely bring great benefits to individuals or businesses. In the social Q&A community, the user's subjective factors play a crucial role in influencing the user's continued use and participation in knowledge-sharing activities. In order for users to actively participate in knowledge-sharing activities in the community, it needs to grasp their subjective ideas. This study explores the issue of sharing knowledge by users of the social Q&A community "Zhihu", or how to drive community revitalization efforts from these. The three factors self-efficacy, self-development motivation, and social comparison tendencies were derived, and identify their relationship with knowledge-sharing activities and community-boosting efforts through empirical analysis. In addition, the influence of knowledge acquisition on knowledge provision was investigated through sense of reciprocity. Implications of the study findings and the future research directions were also discussed.

Currently, advanced countries such as European countries and Japan invest lots of efforts to develop improvement of electric power production and supply, environmental countermeasure, and renewable energy development. Accordingly, Korea has been putting efforts to all kinds of electric related technical development based on the mid-long term plan. Further, it is necessary to increase effectiveness of R&D investment by propelling joint research activities with advanced countries for development of important technologies. Based on this background, this study tries to find thought-provoking suggestions of energy projects, programs and policies. For a comparative analysis, Japan which is similar to Korea in terms of market size and policies, and EU where joint research has been actively carried out among nations are analyzed and compared to policies and joint R&D activities of Korea.

Since software development team members have been more geographically spread due to the globalization of business and Internet technologies, the management of deliverables and communication efforts for developing high-quality software products on time is becoming more complicated. Among the functional requirements for collaborative software development management, the manipulation of shared information objects is essential for the collaborative work among distributed development team members. This paper proposes an integrated information object management framework comprised of a so-called BOC (Bill Of Class) scheme and a standardized software part dictionary for managing shared information objects efficiently among distributed co-workers. In order to manage these complex information objects, the proposed framework adopt product structures represented by Bills Of Materials (BOM) as stems for integrating the various information objects. Based on the proposed framework, a collaborative software development management system (CSDMS) is implemented, and the functionalities and the structure of the system are also described in this paper. The proposed system provides sufficient functionalities for the change management of information objects and the management of their relationship to other objects rather than existing system.

The present study focuses on the activities and efforts of the National Mission for Manuscripts (NMM) in the Uttar Pradesh region, which is known for its vast area, population, and rich cultural heritage. The aim is to examine the digitization work carried out by the NMM in this area, as digitization plays a crucial role in preserving our country's rich ancient heritage. The importance of safeguarding cultural heritage is universally acknowledged, and digitization serves as a vital tool in this endeavour. Through digitization, we can protect and preserve our heritage for future generations. The government has implemented several commendable initiatives for manuscript digitization, and the NMM stands as a prominent organization dedicated to the conservation of cultural heritage. The NMM possesses a diverse range of cultural heritage resources, including photographic slides, photographs, digital images, photo-negatives, motion pictures, audio spools, microfiche, LP records, endangered manuscripts, audio and videotapes, digital images, microfilms, digital audio and video files, and more. The mission has undertaken extensive digitization efforts to conserve and provide access to a significant portion of its collection. This study is unique as it explores the digital conservation and digitization practices of a premier institute working in the field of art and cultural heritage in Uttar Pradesh. With its extensive network of institutions, the mission aims to cover all manuscripts, digitize them, and consolidate them on a common platform for easy access and utilization.

Recently, rising of the convergence of technologies such as IT, GIS, GPS, and Sensors is developing the new information environment which enables man-to-man, man-to-object and object-to-object to exchange information anywhere and anytime. The Korean government has made great efforts to implement the virtual government with development of the next generation technologies continually and dynamically. These efforts for implementing e-government can be summarized by the citizen centered, integrated services, the customized personalization, the intellectual services, and the integration and cooperation between each offices for providing those services. Therefore, we wish to present the model of wide-area intelligent information systems which can provide services to form the future of this virtual government with GIS infrastructure in this study.
