모바일 결제시스템에서 지각된 위험이 사용자의 신뢰 및 지속사용에 미치는 영향 (The Impact Perceived Risk on User's Trust and Continuance Intention in Mobile Payment Systems)

  • 최근 IT 기술의 발전과 스마트폰의 보급으로 인해 모바일을 통한 다양한 서비스가 제공되고 있다. 최근 들어 모바일 기기를 활용하여 금융 서비스를 제공하는 핀테크(Fintech) 서비스가 큰 이슈가 되고 있다. 하지만 사실상 모바일 금융결제 서비스는 사용자들에게 널리 이용되고 있지 못하는 실정이다. 특히, 사용자가 서비스를 이용하고자 할 때 나타나는 사용자의 위험 요소는 모바일 금융결제 서비스 이용 확대를 저해하는 매우 중요한 요소 중의 하나이며 결국 해당 서비스의 신뢰를 확보하지 못해 지속적인 사용을 저해시키는 요인으로 나타나게 된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 모바일 결제시스템을 사용할 때 나타나게 되는 지각된 위험요소를 파악하고 이를 기반으로 사용자의 신뢰와 지속사용의도에 어떤 영향을 끼치는지 살펴보고자 설문을 진행하였으며, 연구결과 사용자의 지각된 위험 요인이 사용자의 신뢰 및 지속사용의도에 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났다.

O2O를 활용한 신선한 농산품 전자상거래의 지속적 사용의도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Continuance Intention of O2O Fresh Agricultural Products E-Commerce)

  • Purpose - This study focuses on the continuance intention of O2O fresh agricultural products e-commerce. By literature review, this paper looks through the classical theories which are often applied to study use behavior and continuance intention on the electronic commerce area. Ultimately based on the expectancy theory, Technology acceptance model, success model as well as trust model, a model of the continuance intention of fresh products O2O electronic commerce application is established. Research design, data, and methodology - Among users Chinese consumers have been chosen who have use experience as the research objects. From October 2, 2018 to November 2, 2018, 685 questionnaires in total were collected by the online release and collection. Expect for the negative questionnaires, the remaining 650 pieces of data are statistically analyzed. The collected data were firstly be analyzed by SPSS Ver. 25 on its frequency, reliability and exploratory factors. Then AMOS Ver. 25 is applied to the Confirmatory Factor Analysis, Discriminant Validity and hypothesis testing of the Structural Equation Modeling. Finally, the following research conclusions could be obtained from the hypothesis testing. Results - Firstly, in the extended IS model, quality factor for hypothesis testing, service quality, information quality and delivery quality have obviously present positive influences on satisfaction respectively. Secondly, in the hypothesis testing part of ECM-ISC model and UTAUT model, all hypotheses have presented accepted results. Especially from expectation confirmation to usefulness perception, the influence factor achieves 12.603, In the hypothesis of continuance intention, the influence factor of social influence on continuance intention is 7.748 and also it is the most remarkable one. Conclusions - The results show that the service quality of O2O fresh agricultural products e-commerce has the greatest impact on satisfaction, while the perceived usefulness of consumers has the most significant impact on O2O fresh agricultural products for sustainable use intention. This thesis makes up for the blank of O2O fresh food e-commerce for sustainable use intentions, and provides a theoretical basis for consumers' sustainable use behavior, and practical enlightenment for the sustainable development of O2O fresh agricultural products e-commerce.

암호화폐 거래소의 e-서비스품질이 만족과 지속사용의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of e-Service Quality on Satisfaction and Continuance Intention in Cryptocurrency Exchange)

  • 전 세계적으로 암호화폐의 거래가 활발하고 폭발적으로 화제를 불러일으키고 있지만 암호화폐 거래소와 관련된 연구는 전무한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 암호화폐 거래소의 e-서비스품질(정보품질, 거래품질, 디자인품질, 안전품질), 만족, 지속사용의도 간의 영향관계를 알아보고자 선행연구들을 바탕으로 변수들을 구성하였다. 암호화폐 거래소 실사용자를 대상으로 설문이 이루어졌으며, 최종적으로 설문지 180부를 분석에 사용하였다. SPSS 24와 AMOS 21 통계프로그램을 이용하여 실증 분석하였다. 신뢰도와 타당성 분석 결과 모든 측정변수들은 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 확인되었다. 경로분석을 통한 가설검정 결과, 첫째 암호화폐 거래소의 e-서비스품질(정보품질, 거래품질, 디자인품질, 안전품질)은 유의수준 1%와 5%에서 만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 암호화폐 거래소의 e-서비스품질(정보품질, 거래품질, 디자인품질, 안전품질)은 유의수준 1%와 5%에서 지속사용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 암호화폐 거래소의 만족은 유의수준 1%에서 지속사용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

중국 모바일 인스턴트 메시징 서비스의 지속사용 의도에 관한 실증연구 (An Empirical Study on User's Continuance Intention Towards Mobile IM Service in China)

  • 최근 카카오톡, 라인, 위챗 등과 같은 모바일 인스턴트 메시징(IM) 서비스는 낮은 전환비용으로 인해 치열한 경쟁을 펼치고 있다. 따라서 서비스 업체 입장에서는 모바일 IM 서비스 이용자의 지속적인 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 파악하는 것이 무엇보다도 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 네트워크 효과(network externalities)와 인지된 서비스 품질을 모바일 IM 서비스의 지속적인 사용의도의 외생변수로 고려하였다. 여기서 네트워크 효과는 직접 효과(네트워크 크기)와 간접 효과(보완적 서비스)를 모두 포함한다. 중국 모바일 서비스 사용자를 대상으로 실증분석을 수행한 결과 '네트워크 크기'는 '인지된 유용성'에, '보완적 서비스'는 '인지된 즐거움'에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 '인지된 서비스 품질'은 예상대로 '고객만족' 뿐만 아니라 '인지된 유용성'과 '인지된 즐거움' 모두에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 인지된 유용성 및 인지된 즐거움은 '고객만족'을 통한 간접적인 영향 이외에도 '지속적인 사용의도'에 직접적으로도 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

스마트폰 기반 모바일상거래의 실용적가치와 지속이용의도 (Utilitarian Value and its Effect on Continuance Intention in Smartphone-based Mobile Commerce)

  • Purpose In 2016, the market size of mobile(m-) shopping goes beyeond more than half of a total of online shopping. People use smartphones as the main device for m-commerce. Under the circmustances, this study attempts to address why people prefer to use smartphone-based m-commerce. In other words, it is necessary to understand the main value that smartphone-based m-commerce creates. Drawing on the studies of consumption value, this study focuses on utilitarian value in predicting customers' continuance intention in the context of smartphone-based m-commerce, recognizing that utilitarian value is a key extrinsic motivation in the goal-oriented, performance-oriented shopping contexts. Furthermore, this study identifies factors affecting customers' utilitarian value from the perspective of benefits and costs, following the notion that it represents the result of evaluating a trade-off of benefits and costs caused by smartphone-based m commerce. More specifically, in this study, ubiquitous service, location-based service (LBS), transaction speed, and price utility belong to the benefit dimension, whereas technology anxiety and cognitive effort belong to the cost dimension. Design/methodology/approach To test the proposed hypotheses, the study conducted partial least squares (PLS) analysis with a total of 294 data collected on users with experience in smartphone-based m-commerce. Findings The results show that first, utilitarian value is increased by the benefits, such as ubiquitous service, transaction speed, and price utility. However, LBS has no direct effect on utilitarian value. Second, the noteworthy finding is that ubiquitous service and LBS greatly increase transaction speed. Third, technology anxiety and cognitive effort considered as the cost dimension are negatively associated with utilitarian value but their impacts on it are non-significant. Finally, the results support the argument that utilitarian value is a determinant of continuance intention. Overall, the findings imply that utilitarian value greatly depends on the peception on benefits rather than the aspect of cost in smartphone-based m-commerce. Overall, the findings offer new insight into the studies of m-commerce by considering and verifying the impacts of its benefits and costs simultaneously.

공공데이터 서비스의 지속이용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (Factors Influencing the Continuance Intention of Public Data Services)

  • 다양한 잠재력을 지니고 있는 공공데이터의 특성에도 불구하고 서비스의 활용 확대를 위한 연구는 물론 데이터에 대한 이해가 부족한 일반 이용자를 대상으로 한 연구도 거의 이뤄지지 않았다. 본 연구는 기대일치이론에 기반하여 어떠한 전자서비스 품질 요인이 공공데이터 서비스의 지속이용의도에 영향을 미치는지 검증하였다. 분석 결과 만족도는 하나의 요인으로 합쳐진 이해가능성 및 효율성에 대한 기대 일치와 지속이용의도 간을 부분 매개하였으며, 지각된 유용성에 대한 기대 일치와 지속이용의도 간 관계는 완전 매개하였다. 서비스가 제공하는 정보에 대한 이해와 유용성이 충족될수록 이용 의지가 높아진다고 볼 수 있다. 이에 서비스의 질적 발전을 위해, 자신만의 정보 사전을 구축할 수 있는 전자 책갈피 기능과 서비스 이용자의 자유로운 커뮤니티 공간을 제언하였다. 더불어 일반 이용자 관점에서 전자서비스의 설계 시 어떤 부분에 집중해야 하는지 근거 자료를 제공하였다는 점에서 연구 의의를 지닌다.

IT컨설팅에서 인지적 신뢰와 정서적 신뢰에 관한 연구 (Cognitive and Affective Trust in IT Consulting Service)

  • IT consulting is becoming a norm rather than exception in this age of smart work and information revolution. As IT consulting is one of the knowledge intensive services requiring high credence on both sides, maintaining a good trustful relationship is critical in sustenance of strategic partnership between business firms and IT service firms. Trust is known to be one of the salient constructs in service relationships. In this study, building from the social psychology literature, trust is conceptualized as two dimensions : cognitive and affective trust. Using two dimensions of trust as mediators, a research model is constructed for IT consulting specific context : relationship continuance intention as the dependent construct while expertise, service performance, reputation, relationship satisfaction and value similarity as antecedents of cognitive and affective trust. 145 data points were collected through a survey of IT service client project managers retrospectively asking their experience with IT consultants. Findings suggest that cognitive trust is associated with perceived level of expertise and service performance while affective trust with relationship satisfaction and value similarity, respectively. Interestingly, the paths from reputation are found to be statistically insignificant towards both dimensions of trust, indicating IT service context would be more practically outcome oriented than any other professional service context. Also, cognitive trust seems to maintain stronger influence on relationship continuance intention as anticipated. Implications and limitations are discussed at the end.

Strategic Approach to Privacy Calculus of Wearable Device User Regarding Information Disclosure and Continuance Intention

  • The healthcare and fitness wearable-device market is considered as the driving force of the entire wearable device market. However, there are concerns with respect to information privacy because wearable devices constantly collect sensitive data such as individuals' health information. Thus, there is a need for a comprehensive understanding from the perspective of information privacy concerns and related behavior. This study investigates factors considered in the privacy calculus of wearable fitness devices, and verifies differences obtained by the privacy calculus process according to the frequency of exercise. The results obtained from a survey of 248 undergraduate students in Korea revealed that service providers should consider users' interests and exercise characteristics in order to mitigate their privacy concerns and encourage continuous use of wearable devices. This study provides useful insights pertaining to users of wearable fitness devices, and targets researchers and practitioners.

Exploring Barriers Affecting e-Health Service Continuance Intention in India: From the Innovation Resistance Theory Stance

  • Although existing studies on e-health have usually focused on e-health services adoption intention, there is a dearth of studies on the barriers that affect e-health services retention intention especially in India. Additionally, although studies have mostly focused on utilizing expectation-confirmation model to understand innovation related barriers, innovation resistance theory (IRT) has been overlooked. As Indian e-health service providers face stiff challenges due to customer's unwillingness to continue using the service, there is a need to bridge the research gap that exists in this context. This mixed-method study, based on responses received from 289 participants and 1154 online negative reviews from e-Health providers in India, examines the barriers from the IRT stance. Results of this study reveal a notable negative association between tradition, value and financial barrier and intention to continue using e-health services. Additionally, continuance intention affects recommendation. The study concludes with various implications and scope for future research.

사용자 신뢰와 의인화가 ChatGPT의 지속적인 사용 의도에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of User Trust and Anthropomorphism on the Continuance Intention to Use ChatGPT)

  • Purpose The purpose of this study is to empirically investigate the factors that influence users' continuous intention to use ChatGPT based on the Expectation Confirmation Model(ECM). Drawing from the literature, this study identifies anthropomorphism and trust as key characteristics of generative AI and ChatGPT. Design/methodology/approach The research model was developed based on ECM and literature research to investigate the impacts of anthropomorphism and trust on continuous intention of using ChatGPT. In order to test the hypothese, a total of 193 questionnaires were collected and analyzed for the structural equation modeling with SmartPLS 4.0. Findings The study's findings show that all proposed hypotheses were supported, suggesting that the ECM is a valid framework for examining continuous intention of using ChatGPT. Moreover, the study stressed the crucial role of anthropomorphism in the model, showing the positive impact on expectation confirmation, perceived usefulness, and trust in ChatGPT. Also, trust positively affects perceived usefulness. These findings provide valuable insights for enhancing user satisfaction and continuous usage intention, serving as a foundation for development strategies for ChatGPT and similar AI-based systems.
