This paper proposes the overload reduction method for the connection information audit processor in ATM switch. Based on this method, we design the simple IPC exchange method and non-stop auditing method for IPC loss. We evaluate the performance about the proposed Audit method. At the result of evaluation, we figure out that the p개posed audit method reduces the load of call control processor because of a fewer IPC and prevent stopping audit function for IPC loss because of requesting the lost connection information again. Therefore, we confirm that the proposed audit method can reestablish a Mismatched connection information with a little load and elevate correctness about audit function.

We must solve problems caused by mobile computing environments for supporting efficient mobile computing services. The problem is the use of wireless medium having high error rates and low bandwidth, and the sudden network disconnection to reduce the power consumption of a mobile host and the cost of the network connection. For these problems, we proposed the architecture of the partial connection manager and designed and implemented that in this paper. In particular, The partial connection manager creates the limited number of mobile agents according to priority and sends them in parallel to server systems and combines results of them process rapidly the user request. By applying the proposed partial connection manager to the mobile computing services called cybermarket, we knew that the mobile agent technique could be suited to the mobile computing environment and overcome the partial connection problem caused by eh mobile computing environment.

XML is a standard markup language for exchange and storage of formed or well-formed information in World Wide Web. Because the source data of XML message for exchange of information in World Wide Web is stored in legacy database, it is necessary for the easy connection between XML application and database system. In Oracle8i, 9i, Informix and SQL2000, DBMS vendors make upgrade to DBMS for using XML. This method of upgrade between XML application and database system is Platform-dependent and DBMS-dependent. Also It is necessary for the method of the platform- and DBMS-independent connection between XML application and database system. The methods for the connection between XML DTD and RDB schema are studied for the easy connection between XML application and database system. But the study for the easy connection between XML DTD and ORDB schema is a little. For multimedia application, we use the extended DBMS from RDBMS. It is necessary for the study to the transformation from XML DTD to ORDB schema. In this paper, for easier connection between XML application and database system, we propose the method of the transformation from XML DTD to ORDB schema using Object Model.

Ubiquitous city which was appeared since 2006 is defined as "The city provided the ubiquitous city service anytime and anywhere using ubiquitous urban infrastructure to improve the city's competitiveness and quality of life" under ubiquitous city construction law. To realize the ubiquitous city, the city has to be constructed efficiently based on the spatial information. And connection of information achieve effective synergy. In this study, applied multilateral analysis to spatial information and administrative information to implement u-service focused on MACCA(Multifunctional Administrative City Construction Agency). Study about main function and product data with connection process of Korean Land Spatialization System and administrative information System was performed. Also, details of u-service and method of acquiring necessary data were derived. In Addition, the information connection possibility for efficient u-service realization was suggested by linkage analysis method to utilize the related information infrastructure jointly.

Connection management function of the TINA which is developed by TINA-C provides network connection services such as setup modification and release of connections. The connection management function provides these services to network operators to the fault management function that provides backup-path and to the performance management function that provides load-balancing. The connection management function necessarily requires a routing algorithm to set up a new connection. In this paper we propose a new routing algorithm named QTHR (QoS and Traffic parameter based Hierarchical Routing) for TINA based connection management of ATM/B-ISDN network. And we implemented the QTHR and analyzed the performance of the QTHR.

HTTP/1.1 standard reduces latencies and overhead from closing and re-establishing connections by supporting persistent connections as a default, which encourage multiple transfers of objects over one connection. HTTP/1.1, however, does not define explicitly connection-closing time but specifies a certain fixed holding time model. This model may induce wasting server's resource when server maintains conn ection with the idle-state client that requests no data for a certain time. This paper proposes the mechanism of a heuristic connection management supported by the client-side under persistent HTTP, in addition to HTTP/1.1's fixed holding time model on server-side. The client exploits the tag information within transferred HTML page so that decides connection-closing time. As a result, the mechanism allows server to use server's resource more efficiently without server's efforts.

In a deep neural network (DNN)-based speech enhancement, using global and local input speech information is closely related to model performance. Recently, a nested U-Net structure that utilizes global and local input data information using multi-scale has bee n proposed. This nested U-Net was also applied to speech enhancement and showed outstanding performance. However, a single skip connection used in nested U-Nets must be modified for the nested structure. In this paper, we propose a multi-level skip connection (MLS) to optimize the performance of the nested U-Net-based speech enhancement algorithm. As a result, the proposed MLS showed excellent performance improvement in various objective evaluation metrics compared to the standard skip connection, which means th at the MLS can optimize the performance of the nested U-Net-based speech enhancement algorithm. In addition, the final proposed m odel showed superior performance compared to other DNN-based speech enhancement models.

단일 망으로 다양한 서비스를 제공하기 위하여 하나의 스위치에서 다수의 제어소프트웨어를 지원해야 한다. 이를 위하여 스위치의 제어 인터페이스를 표준화하려는 시도가 활발하다. 본 논문에서는 다수의 스위치를 단일 제어기로 제어하는 ATM 연결 제어 방법을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 방법으로 제어망과 트랜스포트 망을 분리함으로써 유연한 망의 구성이 가능해지고, 병렬 스위치 제어를 통하여 시그널링의 효율을 꾀할 수 있다. 이를 위하여 단일 스위치를 통한 복합 연결 (compound connection)에 대하여 단일 제어 인터페이스를 통한 제어가 가능한 원소 연결(atomic connection)로의 변환 모델 등을 제시한다.

현재 웹페이지들 대부분은 자료를 데이터베이스에 저장하고 클라이언트측의 특정페이지 요구에 데이터베이스에 연결해 요청에 맞는 리소스를 찾아서 클라이언트측에 다시 보내주는 형식을 취하고 있다. 이러한 일련의 과정 중에서 데이터베이스와 커넥션을 맺는 부분은 매우 많은 시간이 걸리는 작업이다. 본 연구에서는 데이터베이스 접속과 해제를 JDBC Connection Pool 기법을 이용하여 최대한 줄임으로써, 같은 시간에 처리할 수 있는 DBConnection의 성능을 최대한 향상시켰다.

Given a linear connection ∇ and its dual connection ∇^*, we discuss the situation where ∇ + ∇^* = 0. We also discuss statistical manifolds with torsion and give new examples of some type for linear connections inducing the statistical manifolds with non-zero torsion.
