패킷 비디오 네트워크상의 실시간 무기준법 동영상 화질 평가방법 (Realtime No-Reference Quality-Assessment Over Packet Video Networks)

  • 기존의 무기준 동영상 화질 평가는 디코딩 픽셀 단에서 평가와 전송 에러를 고려한 비트스트림단에서 화질 평가 방법으로 나눌 수 있다. 기존의 방법은 추가 데이터 필요하고 복잡도와 평가 정확도등의 문제가 있어 실제적인 실시간 화질평가에 적용하기에 문제가 많다. 본 연구에서는 실시간 비디오 전송 환경에서 이용될 수 있는 간단하면서도 정확도가 높은 무기준법 화질 평가 방법을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안된 무기준법 화질평가 방법은 양자화 파라미터, 전송에러정보, 움직임 벡터정보를 이용한다. 제안된 방법을 검증하기 위해서, ITU-T P.910 ACR(Absolute Category Rating)을 사용하여, 기존의 전체 기준법과 주관적 화질 평가 대비의 상관도를 비교하였는데 제안방법이 85%이상의 상관도를 보여 주었다.

토지적성평가 체계의 개선방안 연구 (The Study of Land Aptitude Assessment System Improvement Plan)

  • The purpose of this study is to understand the appropriateness of land aptitude assessment system and to draw up the improvement of this method. The land aptitude assessment system is used to evaluate the effective demand of land development and land conservation. But, this assessment system has the technical problem of selection standards because the land development and the land conservation are against each other. In terms of the relation between development and conservation of land aptitude assessment system, development was increased rapidly as the economic pressure of local government. The application of the land aptitude assessment system using GIS methods was very useful for local plan. However, this system need to improve the selection standards of GIS parameters and statistical methods for the desirable land assessment system.

국토환경성평가 지표를 이용한 환경용량 산정모델 개발 (A Development of Environmental Capacity Estimation Model Using the National Environmental Assessment Indicators)

  • Land resources should be managed not only for human utilizations but also for environmental preservation. Based on that, environmental capacity should be estimated in both environmental and developmental ways. This study was performed for developing an estimation model for relative environmental capacity, considering both Development Tolerance Index(DTI), which shows environmental and ecological conservation value and is based on national environmental assessment indicators of the Korea Ministry of Environment, and Development Attractiveness Index(DAI), which shows topographical characteristics and geographical accessibility. The relative environmental capacity in this study can be helpful to coping with the conflict in planning and managing the use of land resources. The relative environmental capacity in this study, however, did not include either environmental or ecological sensitivity of land resources. This limitation should be solved through further research.

중소규모 웹어플리케이션 개발업체 신뢰성평가를 위한 신뢰도 메트릭의 설계 및 유효성 검증 (Reliability Metrics Design and Verification for the Acquisition of Small and Mid-Sized Web Application)

  • Software reliability prediction is a statistical method to put in place a timely software development practice useful for objective assessment of bidders. The current study suggests one research method that enables reliability assessment of such previous projects by studying user satisfaction and project management history. If incorporated into the existing acquisition process, the reliability assessment method will further enhance objectivity and accuracy in bidder selection process. The GQM(Goal Question Metric) paradigm was used to identify assessment metrics for bidder evaluation and questionnaires were collected from users to create user satisfaction indexes. In addition, 'weight of evidence', the most appropriate categorical method, was used to isolate attributes of each variable that may contribute to reliability assessment.

공학교육인증을 위한 정보보호학 프로그램의 교과 기반 학습성과 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on Course-Embedded Assessment for Program Outcomes of Information Security Program for Engineering Education Accreditation)

  • 본 논문에서는 공학교육인증제를 운영하는 정보보호학 프로그램에서 교과 기반의 학습성과 평가 체계를 활용하여 프로그램의 재학생들이 졸업 시점에 갖추어야 하는 핵심 성과인 프로그램 학습 성과에 대한 달성도를 평가하는 방안을 제안한다. 본 논문의 교과 기반 학습 성과 평가 사례에서는 프로그램의 교육 목표에 부합하는 프로그램 학습 성과를 설정하고, 교과 기반 평가 자료를 포함한 직간접 평가 도구를 이용하여 프로그램 학습 성과 평가 체계를 기술한다. 그리고 교과기반 프로그램 학습 성과 평가를 위한 루브릭 및 평가 절차, 수행 준거의 설정, 이수 체계에 따른 프로그램 학습 성과에 대한 기여도가 높은 탐침(Probe) 교과목의 선정, 탐침 교과목에 대한 교과목 학습 목표의 설정 및 성취 수준을 측정하기 위한 평가 도구별 루브릭을 설명한다. 이어 탐침 교과목의 학습목표별 필기시험 및 프로젝트 평가 도구의 문항을 기초로 교과기반 학습 성과 평가를 수행하고, 평가 결과로부터 성취도 수준의 분석과 개선 사항 도출하는 과정을 보임으로써 제안하는 교과 기반 학습 성과 평가 방안의 효용성을 입증한다.

  • As the development of total management systems for sites along with site environmental information is becoming standard, the system known as the Site Information and Total Environmental database management System (SITES) has been developed over the last two years. The first result was a database management system for storing data obtained from facilities, and a site characterization in addition to an environmental assessment of a site. The SITES database is designed to be effective and practical for use with facility management and safety assessment in relation to Geographic Information Systems. SITES is a total management program, which includes its database, its data analysis system required for site characterization, a safety assessment modeling system and an environment monitoring system. It can contribute to the institutional management of the facility and to its safety reassessment. SITES is composed of two main modules: the SITES Database module (SDM) and the Monitoring & Assessment (M&A) module [1]. The M&A module is subdivided into two sub-modules: the Safety Assessment System (SAS) and the Site Environmental Monitoring System (SEMS). SAS controls the data (input and output) from the SITES DB for the site safety assessment, whereas SEMS controls the data obtained from the records of the measuring sensors and facilities. The on-line site and environmental monitoring data is managed in SEMS. The present paper introduces the procedure and function of the M&A modules.

토지적성평가의 운용방법에 관한 실증적 연구 (An Experimental Study on the Applied Method for Land Suitability Assessment)

  • 본 연구에서는 도시관리계획 중 도시계획시설의 설치를 위한 평가체계 II를 중심으로 토지적성평가 제도를 보다효과적으로 수행할 수 있는 개선방안을 강구하기 위하여 사례연구를 수행하고 평가수행과정에서 나타나는 문제점의 합리적인 기술적 제도적 개선방안을 강구하였는데, 적성평가 결과인 종합적성 값은 개발적성등급으로 평가되어 도시관리계획을 입안할 수 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 현재의 토지적성평가 수행방식은 지역여건을 반영할 수 있다는 원칙은 있지만, 이에 대한 구체적인 평가방법이나 명확한 기준의 부재와 원자료의 전산화 및 전문인력이 부족한 상황으로, 지역적 특수상황을 반영할 수 있는 평가요인이 적성등급의 판정에 상당한 영향을 줄 수 있는 요인임을 감안하여 지역간 개발격차나 지역여건의 차이를 평가지표에 반영할 수 있는 실행적 방안의 마련이 필요하다.

Study on Net Assessment of Trustworthy Evidence in Teleoperation System for Interplanetary Transportation

  • Critical elements in the China's Lunar Exploration reside in that the lunar rover travels over the surrounding undetermined environment and it conducts scientific exploration under the ground control via teleoperation system. Such an interplanetary transportation mission teleoperation system belongs to the ground application system in deep space mission, which performs terrain reconstruction, visual positioning, path planning, and rover motion control by receiving telemetry data. It plays a vital role in the whole lunar exploration operation and its so-called trustworthy evidence must be assessed before and during its implementation. Taking ISO standards and China's national military standards as trustworthy evidence source, the net assessment model and net assessment method of teleoperation system are established in this paper. The multi-dimensional net assessment model covering the life cycle of software is defined by extracting the trustworthy evidences from trustworthy evidence source. The qualitative decisions are converted to quantitative weights through the net assessment method (NAM) combined with fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) and entropy weight method (EWM) to determine the weight of the evidence elements in the net assessment model. The paper employs the teleoperation system for interplanetary transportation as a case study. The experimental result drawn shows the validity and rationality of net assessment model and method. In the final part of this paper, the untrustworthy elements of the teleoperation system are discovered and an improvement scheme is established upon the "net result". The work completed in this paper has been applied in the development of the teleoperation system of China's Chang'e-3 (CE-3) "Jade Rabbit-1" and Chang'e-4 (CE-4) "Jade Rabbit-2" rover successfully. Besides, it will be implemented in China's Chang'e-5 (CE-5) mission in 2019. What's more, it will be promoted in the Mars exploration mission in 2020. Therefore it is valuable to the development process improvement of aerospace information system.

작업치료사의 임상 경력에 따른 작업치료직무 중요도에 관한 조사 (A Survey on the Job Importance of Occupational Therapists According to Length of Clinical Career)

  • Purpose : This study examined the differences in occupational therapists' jobs depending on their past clinical careers using a survey of the importance of occupational therapy tasks in South Korea. This survey sought to provide fundamental data for strengthening occupational therapists' capacities and developing clinical training programs for therapists' future careers. Methods : An online survey was used to collect data from 93 South Korean occupational therapists. The subjects were divided into three groups for the analysis of the importance of occupational therapy tasks, depending on the length of their clinical careers: less than 3 years, from 4 to 6 years, and over 7 years. Results : A within-groups comparison of task importance found that "occupational therapy evaluation" was most important in all three groups. In between-groups comparisons, "patient information check", "assessment planning and establishment", "sensory function assessment", "social skills assessment", "developmental function improvement", "basic daily activities training", "social skills improvement", and "patient education" demonstrated statistically significant differences (p<.05). Each group showed different priorities. In the less-than-3-years group, "understanding of patient's needs" was most important, followed by "arm function improvement", "arm function assessment", "nerve, musculoskeletal, and motor-related functional improvement", and "basic daily activities training". In the 4-to-6-years group, "arm function assessment" was most important, followed by "basic daily activities assessment", "patient's needs", "arm function improvement", and "patient information check". In the over-7-years group, "understanding of patient's needs" was most important, followed by "patient information check", "basic daily activities assessment", "basic daily activities training", and "sensory function assessment". Conclusion : This study found that what occupational therapists consider important in their jobs varies according to their past clinical career and that occupational therapists with more than 7 years' experience are more aware of the importance of diverse fields of occupational therapy. Differentiated education that considers length of career and a range of training programs for more experienced occupational therapists will be needed in the future.

도로 서비스수준 평가를 위한 통합적 지표 개발 (A Development of Integrated Evaluation Criteria for Level of Service on Urban Roadways)

  • 본 연구는 도로이용 만족도를 평가하기 위해 기존의 통행속도, 지체 등의 정량적인 부분 뿐만아니라 교통정보, 교통안전 등의 정성적인 부분을 고려한 통합적인 서비스 평가지표를 개발하는 것이다. 새로운 평가지표는 기존의 연구결과와 전문가, 도로이용자의 설문을 통해 ANP분석방법을 이용하여 평가항목 및 가중치를 개발하였다. 개발된 평가지표를 검증하기 위하여 뇌파검지기를 통한 도로 이용자 운전 시 느끼는 정도를 측정하여 원인을 분석하여 비교한 결과 기존의 평가지표인 속도는 35%정도의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났고 교통안전, 교통정보 등의 요인에도 많은 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구에서 제시한 통합적인 평가지표는 기존의 도로이용 서비스 만족도보다 이용자측면에서 평가할 수 있고,- 도로의 미관, 교통정보, 교통안전 등의 시대의 요구를 반영할 수 있는 지표의 개발이라는데 의의가 있다.
