The constraint condition of the loop filter is persented for the convergence of the random jitter accumulation fo the 2-nd order PLL (phase-locked loop) circuit used in digital regenerative repeater. This condition is confirmed under the assumption that the number of repeater chain is 5, bandwidth is 100. 0KHz, the power spectral density of white Gaussian noise is 1.0x10**-6 [W/Hz]. Also, it is shown that if the condition is satisfied, the accumulated random jitter and the alignment jitter will have the saturation characteristics.

A comparative study of two capacitance methods to measure the effective channel length in deep-submicron MOSFETs has been made in detail. Since the reduction of the overlap capacitance in the accumulation region is smaller than the addition of the inner fringe capacitance at zero gate voltage, the capacitance method removing the parasitic capacitance in the accumulation region extracts a more accurate effective channel length than the method removing that at zero gate voltage.

The advancement of realistic visual effects technology provides increasingly immersive experiences and consumer satisfaction with content. The explosion and destruction effects in live-action films and animations are some of the most frequently used visual effects, but they are relatively difficult to execute, so it is challenging to make them look realistic. This study tested a method of effectively realizing computer-generated explosions and destruction. Experiments for this study are as follows: first, the interlink according to density accumulation of the fluid; second, the interlink according to the temperature accumulation of the fluid; and third, the interlink according to the distance between the fluid and the involved objects. This study was conducted to identify an optimal solution for producing computer-generated explosions and destruction.

인공위성을 이용한 원격탐사 기술의 비약적인 발전과 함께 지리, 해양 정보 등 사회전반에서 사용되는 영상 데이터량이 급속히 증가하고 있다. 따라서 대용량 원격탐사 영상의 해석을 위해서는 육안 검사보다 영상처리 기술을 이용한 자동화 방법이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 인공위성 원격탐사 영상의 적조영역에 대해 GLCM(Gray Level Co-occurrence Matrix)을 이용하여 질감 정보를 취득하고, 이 데이터로부터 주성분 분석을 통해 적조영역을 자동으로 검출하는 방법에 대해 제안하였다. 기존의 적조영역 검출은 원격탐사 영상의 해색(sea color) 한 가지 특징에 의한 방법이 대부분이었으나 본 연구에서 GLCM의 질감 정보 8가지를 이용해서 2개의 주성분 누적 영상으로 변환시켰다. 연구결과 2개의 주성분 누적 영상의 백분율 분산 값은 90.4%였으며, 이를 해색 한 가지만을 이용한 적조영역 검출방법과 비교했을 때 보다 나은 결과를 나타내었다.

현대인의 피로누적과 스트레스로 인한 근육 뭉침이나 어깨 결림과 같은 고통을 호소하는 사람들을 위해 힐이, 피로회복 개념으로 안마에 대한 욕구가 계속 증가하고 있다. 이를 위해 안마의자가 개발되고 있으나 한국인의 체형에 맞지 않아 가장 효율적인 안마를 제공하지 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 관련연구로 안마, 어셈블러, 안마강도, 한국인의 체형을 분석하고 효율성을 극대화하기 위한 기능을 분석하였다. 또한 한국인 체형에 맞는 동작제어기 및 알고리즘을 개발하였다.

스타는 우리들의 삶과 무척이나 밀착해 있다. 이들이 만든 소비문화가 수용자대중의 의식에서부터 행동에 이르기까지 커다란 영향을 미치는 것만 보아도 그렇다. 스타의 경제적인 역할도 크다. 이들은 소비문화를 확산함으로써 기업들의 상품판매를 촉진하고, 이윤 실현을 돕는다. 더구나 스타는 사람들의 일상에 깊숙이 침투해 있다. 이렇게 스타들이 인기를 바탕으로 사람들의 일상적인 담론을 지배하는데 이런 힘을 두고 스타권력이라 한다. 이에 필자는 스타권력이 어떻게 형성되고, 어떻게 자본 축적에 기여하는지 조사했다. 이 연구는 3가지 연구 문제를 설정하여 스타권력의 자본주의적 성격을 규명하고자 했다. 이 글은 정치경제학을 분석의 틀로써 이용했다. 스타의 정치경제학이란 스타가 자본 증식에 기여하는 한편 지배이념을 확산하는 기능을 행태를 비판하는 학설이다. 논의 결과 스타권력은 경쟁을 통해 인기를 얻고 이에 기초하여 시장에 영향을 준다. 그럼으로써 스타권력은 수용자대중의 일상적 담론을 지배하는 힘을 가진다. 이것이 스타권력의 원천이다.

RF 채널 분포효과를 위한 전압 종속 외부 게이트 커패시턴스가 사용된 High resistivity(HR) silicon-on-insulator(SOI) RF accumulation-mode MOS 버랙터의 대신호 모델이 새롭게 개발되었다. 이 모델의 전압 종속 파라미터들은 정확한 S-파라미터 optimization을 사용하여 추출되었고, 이를 피팅하여 empirical 모델 방정식을 구축하였다. 이러한 새로운 대신호 RF 모델은 넓은 전압영역에서 측정된 Y11-파라미터 데이터와 20 GHz까지 잘 일치함으로써 정확도가 검증되었다.

This study was fulfilled in the purpose of proposing construction strategies of Internet shopping-mall through the analysis of consumer moving line in Internet shopping-mall. This study was executed in two stages: theoretical study, qualitative study. In the theoretical study, hypothetical Internet shopping behavior model were constructed. Five internet shopping behavior types of apparel : purchase, searching purchase, prepurchase deliberation, information accumulation, opinion leadership and recreation were constructed. Next, consumer decision process were extracted from previous studies and a hypothetical internet shopping behavior model was constructed on the base of consumer decision process and Internet shopping behavior types. And then, through the qualitative study, Internet shopping behavior types were identified and hypothetical model was confirmed after adjustment. For qualitative study, 30 subjects were sampled by focus sampling and investigated by in-depth interview and observation. Seven internet shopping behavior types of apparel were found by the qualitative study: cautious purchase by price comparison, searching purchase, special low price purchase, impulse purchase, prepurchase deliberation, information accumulation and recreation-oriented. On the base of these behavior types, Internet shopping behavior model was adjusted and completed. Finally, according to the results of this study, Internet shopping construction methods that made customer's loyalty high and marketing strategy of Internet shopping-mall were proposed.

크기가 n인 하이퍼큐브 다중컴퓨터를 위한 대표적인 동적인 재분배 방법인 DEM(Dimension Exchange Method) 기법으로 양자화된 부하를 분배할 때 분배 후 각 프로세서가 갖는 부하의 크기는 최악의 경우, logn~단위부하 만큼 분배오차를 갖게 된다. 이러한 오차를 억제하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 두 프로세서간에 부하를 분배할 때, 가능하면 동일 유형(홀수개 또는 짝수개)의 단위부하를 동일 방향으로 재분배하는 기법을 제안하였다. 그 결과 최대 분배 오차를 LCEIL logn over {2} RCEIL 까지 줄일 수 있었다. 시뮬레이션에 의한 실험을 통해 기존 DEM 방법에 비해 약 30% 정도 시스템의 속도가 향상됨을 보임으로써 제안된 기법이 DEM 기법보다 타당성함을 입증하였다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate a causal relationship between the mode of production and change of rural society. While dominant theories of social change have stressed variation of contingencies and periodical contexts, this theoretical paper drives a new insight paralleling diverse theoretical arguments of each mode of production with rural and urban changes. Investigating the drifts of intellectual ideologies of the mode of production, we get through diverse paradigm shifts of the production accumulation and its trigger effects on rural change. More specifically, the present study investigates change of rural society by way of investigating such fluctuations of societal changes as ancient society, slavery society, feudal society, industrial society, post-industrial society, and information society. We find that transportation and communication technologies have had a key role in the changes, however, the effects of the technologies on social changes have been different between rural- and urban-society. While we take it for granted that flexible accumulation in post-industrial society and time-space compression and informatization in information society will reduce developmental gap between rural- and urban-society, we also found that there have been big differences of actual application of the technologies between theory and reality in each era of mode of production.
