  • 미래 핵심인 SW산업의 국제 경쟁력 확보를 위하여, SW 분야의 세계적인 기술변화에 대응하고 향후 SW 산업의 분석 및 설계를 주도할 아키텍트 수준의 SW 기술 인력 양성이 요구된다. 그러나 현재의 상황은 일정 수준의 경력에 따른 SW 기술 인력이 일반관리자로 전직하는 경향을 보이고 있다. 이러한 현실을 해결하고 SW 기술 인력의 질적 수준을 제고하기 위해서 국내 SW 기술 인력의 체계적이고 효과적인 성장방향을 제시하는 것이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 국내 SW 기술 인력의 체계적이고 효과적인 성장방향을 제시하면서, 고급 SW 분석/설계 인력의 경력 경로를 제시하며 이를 실현할 수 있는 방만을 제시하고자 한다.

CONSTRUCTION EDUCATIONAL GAME FOR K-12

  • The future competitiveness of construction industry is dependent on K-12 students. However, unfavorable images of construction industry have negative influence on K-12 students' decision-making of their career. This negative image makes them not want to find out what actually happens in construction industry. Consequently, it is important to give K-12 students the opportunity to know what construction employees actually do in their job. Studies show that K-12 students who encounter the job early-on are more likely to choose it as their career. In this context, this paper proposes construction educational game in which it can serve as a medium for capturing K-12 students' interest in Construction Management (CM). Based on the literature reviews, challenges of construction educational game for K-12 students which are edutainment, hands-on experience and social interaction, are derived. To address these issues, conceptual model and scenario are designed. Based on designed scenario, prototype of Simulation based Construction Game in Virtual World (SCGVW) is developed in Second Life (SL) and applicability test to K-12 students are implemented. This paper concludes with a discussion of the lessons learned and the future development steps of the construction educational game for K-12 students.

치위생(학)과 남학생 전공만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Affecting on Major Satisfaction of the Male Students in Department of Dental Hygiene)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 치위생(학)과에 재학 중인 남학생들의 학과적응과 진로만족도가 전공만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하여, 남학생의 진로지도 개발 및 전공만족도를 향상시킬 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하기 위함이다. 대상자는 서울, 강원도, 경상도에 소재한 4개 대학의 치위생학(과)에 재학 중인 남학생 102명을 편의 추출하였다. 연구 취지에 동의한 93명의 남학생을 대상으로 2019년 9월부터 10월까지 약 4주간 웹사이트를 이용해 자기기입식 설문조사를 수행하였다. 남학생의 전공만족도 전체 평균은 5점 만점에서 3.32점, 학과적응은 3.48점, 진로만족도는 3.08로 나타났다. 학과적응과 진로만족도가 전공만족도에 미치는 영향을 검증하기 위하여 다중 회귀분석을 실시한 결과 독립 변수인 학과적응(β=0.410)과 진로만족도(β=0.457)는 전공만족도에 유의미한 양의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다(p<0.001).

대학생의 부모에 대한 심리적 애착과 진로미결정의 관계에서 사회부과적 완벽주의의 매개효과 (The mediating effect of socially imposed perfectionism in the relationship between parental attachment and career indecision in college students)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 대학생들의 부·모 애착과 진로미결정의 관계를 알아보고 부·모 애착과 진로미결정의 관계에서 사회부과적 완벽주의가 영향을 미치는 것으로 가정한 모형의 적합도 및 변인들의 영향력을 살펴보고 검증하는 것에 있다. 이를 위해 전국의 4년제에 재학중인 대학생 250명을 무선표집하여 온라인 설문을 실시했으며, 자료분석은 SPSS Win 25.0을 사용하여 3단 회귀 방식으로 매개분석 하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부·모에 대한 심리적 애착이 진로미결정에 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나, 부모와 안정적으로 애착관계를 잘 형성할수록 진로결정에 대한 어려움이 줄어든 다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 둘째, 부·모에 대한 심리적 애착과 진로미결정의 관계에서 사회부과적 완벽주의의 매개효과를 확인하였다. 이는 부와 모에 대한 심리적 애착이 안정적으로 잘 형성될수록 사회부과적 완벽주의와 진로미결정은 낮아진다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 진로 상담 실제 및 후속 연구에 대한 시사점을 논하였다.

한국 직장여성의 일상 상황별 추구하는 자기이미지와 선호 패션스타일 (The Preferred Fashion Style and Self-image that Korean Career Women's Seek According to Daily Situations)

  • The objectives of this study are to identify the self-image and preferred fashion styles that Korean career women seek in different daily situations, and to propose a positioning map in accords with the findings. The study conducted a survey and in-depth interviews. The study used twenty items of self-image adjectives extracted from existing studies, and eighteen fashion style stimuli collected by examining women's wear brands. The study surveyed 329 career women. Their daily situation was classified into five situations; external meeting and presentation, ordinary work, wedding and family gathering, blind date or date, and meeting with friends and acquaintances. The analysis results of this study showed that self-image and fashion style preferences are relevant to daily situation. The image most sought in external meetings and presentation was the 'Elegant' image, and the image most sought in meetings with friends and acquaintances was the 'active' image. Women on dates or blind dates sought the 'feminine' image the most, however they preferred to avoid this image during external meetings and presentations. Among fashion styles, the 'elegant/classic' style was most preferred, and the 'sexy/avant-garde' style had the lowest preference among all the styles. 'Mannish' was preferred in ordinary work and meeting with friends and acquaintances, however, it was shown as having the lowest preference level in blind dates or dates. The 'romantic/natural' style was highly preferred in meeting with friends and acquaintances, however it had a low level of preference for external meetings and presentations. This study has significance in providing practical information to utilize in fashion industry by identifying the relationship between self-image and preferred fashion style sought by career women according to daily situation, and using the results to propose a positioning map.

영화제작인력들의 해외활동 참여욕구에 관한 연구 : 이분형 로지스틱 분석 및 한계효과분석을 중심으로 (A Study of Film Crews' Needs to Participate in Overseas Production : On the Basis of Binary Logistics Analysis and Marginal Effect Method)

  • 본 연구는 숙련된 영화제작인력의 해외제작 및 합작작업 참여의 활성화는 국내 영화산업현장의 열악한 처우와 경력장애 문제로 인한 이직문제를 감소시킬 수 있는 대안이 될 수 있다는 인식을 토대로 영화제작인력들이 해외활동에 참여하여 활동하고자 하는 욕구 정도와 이에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 실증적으로 규명하고 함의를 모색하였다. 본 연구를 위해 다양한 영역에서 활동하고 있는 영화제작인력 402명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 얻은 자료를 SPSS와 STATA를 사용하여 이항 로지스틱 및 한계효과분석을 실시하였다. 자료분석을 통해 발견한 주요사실들은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 응답자(영화제작인력)의 약65%(263명)이 해외활동 참여하고자 하는 욕구를 표명하여, 상당수의 영화제작인력들이 해외프로덕션과의 활동기회를 기대하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 영화제작인력들이 해외활동에 참여하고자 하는 욕구를 가지게 하는데 긍정적인 효과를 미치는 주요 요인들로는 전문역량, 예술가 정체성, 한류 지속인식, 그리고 경력장애 등으로 밝혀졌다. 즉, 전문역량이 높을수록, 예술가로서의 정체성이 뚜렷할수록, 한류가 지속될 가능성에 대해 긍정적인 기대를 할수록, 그리고 경력장애 문제를 심각하게 인식할수록 해외 제작 및 합작작업 활동에 대한 참여욕구가 보다 더 분명하게 드러났다.

간호사들의 임상근무의 어려움 관련 주요 요인과 임상근무 활성화 방안 분석 - 현장에서 근무하는 간호사 대상 - (The main difficulties related factors of nurses' clinical work and clinical work plan activation analysis - focus on the nurses working in the field -)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the degree of difficulty and turnover of nurses working in the field and to derive clinical work activation and supply policy improvements. Data was collected from December, 2014 to January, 2015, from 23 hospitals, and participants were 3,887 nurses working in the field, Survey details : the difficulty of the clinical work of nurses working in hospitals, turnover intentions status and policy proposals for clinical research work enabled General characteristics, difficulties in clinical working, turnover intention and clinical work plan activation are frequency analysis. The difference between each of the variables in accordance with the general characteristics are one-way ANOVA analysis, Correlation analysis of the variables is also a Pearson correlation coefficients. 'difficulties in clinical working' was a statistically significant difference depending on the type of hospital, nursing class, number of beds, location, age, position, employment, gender, working form, working department, salary, career, and degree level. 'turnover intention' was a statistically significant difference depending on nursing rate, number of beds, region, age, position, sex, shifts, departments, annual income, and career. 'policy recommendation' was a statistically significant difference depending on type of hospital, nursing rate, age, position, employ, shifts, departments, annual income, degree level and career 'difficulties in clinical working' is 'turnover intention' (p<.001), 'policy recommendations' (p<.001) and had a significant positive correlation. and 'turnover intention' had a "policy recommendation" significant positive correlation with the relationship (p<.001) The most difficulties point of the nurses working in the field are the environment, such as shift, urgent and dangerous. Major policy proposals are improve treatment such as wages, and welfare.

농업교육 참여자의 인식변화에 대한 탐색적 연구 - 청소년 농생명산업 진로체험 프로그램 - (An Exploratory Study on Awareness Change of Participants in Agricultural Education - Focused on the Agricultural Career Program for Adolescents -)

  • It is more important than ever to have talent with innovative capacities for sustainable agriculture and rural areas, but adolescents's interest in and understanding of agriculture and rural areas is very low. Therefore, this study analyzed the experiences of participants in the Agriculture Career Exploration Activities Program. and suggests strategies to improve and revitalize agricultural education based on these findings. First, Institutions and facilities that run agricultural education programs need opportunities for self-checks. Second, it is necessary to develop various contents and its distribution channels to enable the experience related to it in daily life. Third, it is important to provide experience in the middle school curriculum, which requires the use of a system such as the Free Semester System. Fourth, education and promotion to parents and teachers is also important, as it has a direct impact on youth's perception of it.

의류판매원의 직무관련 변인이 직무만족과 직무성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Job Related Variables on Job Satisfaction and Job Performance of Apparel Salespeople)

  • This study examined the differences in job related variables, job satisfaction and job performance against demographic characteristics and the impacts of job related variables on job satisfaction and job performance. A questionnaire survey collected data from september $1^{st}$ and $7^{th}$ 2011. A convenience sample was drawn from salespersons working for department stores in Daegu and Pohang. A total of 337 responses were complete and usable questionnaires. Data were tested through factor analysis, t-test, ANOVA, and regression analysis, using SPSS 21.0. The results of this study are as follows: First, six factors were extracted from job related variables (positive reaction of customer, career of salespeople, interpersonal relations, influence of salesperson, customer complaints, overwork). Second, there were significant differences in job related variables, job satisfaction, and job performance according to age, marital status, average monthly income, work period, and job position. Third, regression analysis between job related variables and job satisfaction showed that the most influential predictor of job satisfaction was career of salespeople, followed by interpersonal relations, influence of salesperson, customer complaints, and overwork. The most influential predictor between job related variables and job performance was positive reaction of customer, followed by career of salespeople, interpersonal relations, influence of salesperson, and customer complaints.

Job Satisfaction of Industrial Women Specializing in STEM in The Busan-Ulsan-Gyeongnam Region

  • A survey was conducted on 300 working women(one woman/company) who specialize in STEM(Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) in the Busan region(south of Korea) to determine their job satisfaction. The overall response of women working in industry is relatively positive although they do experience a certain limit as female workers. The serious difficulties are long work hours and restriction of behavior in consequence of being the minority. Respondents anticipate an increase in number of working women in the STEM field due to the enforcement of women resource policies in Korea. Survey results about career development show that some of the most important factors in professionalism are responsibility, gumption and cooperation. The expectation of promotion is very low. Sexual discrimination is distinctly appearing in wages and promotions. If they decide to quit their job in the midstream, the key reason is in the difficulties of compatibility between home and occupation. Survey results about job satisfaction to work in industry reveal that 31.0% of respondents are satisfied because their job is consistent with their specialty; 30.7% of respondents are working where they wanted. Among respondents who intend to change their job, only 20.7% of respondents wanted to keep their specialties. Two factors involved in the respondents' satisfaction during work are special technical achievement and practical application of their knowledge. But, they are unsatisfied in terms of implementing their leadership.
