Kraft pulping of Trema orientalis (Nalita) was studied in order to find kinetic data for delignification. Pulping runs were carried out in the temperature range of $160-180\;^{\circ}C$ under constant and well-defined conditions. The delignification was found to be first order with respect to residual lignin and was chemically controlled. The rate of delignification reaction was increased 1.11-1.23 for $10\;^{\circ}C$ temperature increase in the range of $160-180\;^{\circ}C$ range. A mean value of 93% of lignin was removed at the transition between bulk and residual delignification. The influence of cooking temperature on the rate constant was expressed by an Arrhenius-type equation. The obtained activation energy of the delignification reaction was 6,164 cal/mol. The transition point between bulk and residual phase was shifted to lower lignin and carbohydrate yield with the increase of temperature.

Recently, spread of Smartphones caused activation of mobile services, because of that Big Data such as clouding service able to proceed with large amount of data which are hard to collect, save, search and analyze. Many companies collected variety of private and personal information without users' agreement for their business strategy and marketing. This situation raised social issues. As companies use Big Data, numbers of damage cases are growing. In this Thesis, when Big Data process, methods of analyze and research of data are very important. This thesis will suggest that choices of security levels and algorithms are important for security of private informations. To use Big Data, it has to encrypt the personal data to emphasize the importance of security level and selection of algorithm. Thesis will also suggest that research of utilization of Big Data and protection of private informations and making guidelines for users are require for security of private information and activation of Big Data industries.

사회전반에 걸쳐 드론의 활용도와 가치가 높아지고 있다. 그러나 국내 드론업체의 기술 부족, 드론관련 규제, 기술평가 항목 부재 등 정부의 지원과 투자가 부족한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구는 대구지역 주민을 대상으로 드론산업 활성화를 위하여 강화시켜야 할 드론의 역량이 무엇인지 도출하기 위하여 통계분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 드론의 수요만족도(가격, 품질, 서비스)는 드론의 역량강화 5개요인 중 물적, 사회적, 정책적 요인이 강화될 때 드론산업 활성화로 이어지는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 우리나라 드론산업 활성화를 위해 강화시켜야 할 드론역량은 물적 요인(드론수요, 개발, 등록대수, 사업체 및 종사자 증가), 사회적 요인(국가차원의 홍보, 공교육기관 신설, 드론직업에 대한 올바른 이해와 인식), 및 정책적 요인(사생활 방지대책, 정부 재정지원, 법규와 제도 완화)이다. 이상의 3개 요인에 대하여 정부, 업계, 드론운용자가 삼위일체가 되어 개선 보완해 나아갈 때 우리나라 드론산업의 전망은 밝을 것으로 기대한다.

The Green Growth industry-becomes very important as new growth engines in the Korean economy. At the same time, the green industry export support becomes important because the export determines the competitiveness of the industry. Most export support systems in the past was a short-tenn basis but the support for green industry should be made in the long-tenn and systematically. Therefore, effective export support system for green industry are suggested in this paper. First, the green industry-related laws should be amended. Second, active technical support and financial support should be available and the restriction for domestic market activation should be removed. Lastly, the information about green protectionism should be provided with effective counterplan. As a result, the Korean green industry can have competitiveness in international markets. and help Korean products improve Korea Premium.

이 연구의 목적은 지역문화진흥을 위한 정책부문들에 지역문화산업이 연계되어 활성화될 수 있는 정책대안을 모색하고자 한다. 연구방법은 지방문화진흥의 정책들과 지방문화산업에 관한 정책을 연계하여 그 활성화를 위한 대안을 모색한다. 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지역문화진흥과 연계하여 지역문화산업을 활성화해야 한다. 1) 지역문화산업은 생활문화센터 등 시설이나 주민들의 생활문화 동호회 활동과 연계해야 한다. 2) 문화도시 및 문화지구의 지정 과정에서 지역의 산업적 여건을 고려해야 한다. 3) 지역문화진흥기금을 조성하고자 할 때, 지역문화산업 정책을 연계시켜야 한다. 4) 지역문화진흥을 위한 전문인력의 양성에 있어서 지역문화산업과 관련시켜야 한다. 둘째, 지역문화산업 활성화에 대한 장애요인들을 제거하고 촉진요인들을 활용해야 한다. 1) 문화산업의 범위를 명확하게 규정함으로써 문화산업정책의 목표를 구체화하고 명확히 해야 한다. 2) 문화산업정책에 있어서 여러 기관들에 분산되어 있는 역할을 명확히 규정하고, 상호 협력체계를 구축해야 한다. 3) 문화도시와 문화지구의 지정에서 문화산업의 개념요소들을 반영하고 지역문화산업을 브랜드화 해야 한다. 4) 관광산업과 같은 지역문화산업의 배경산업을 활용하도록 한다. 5) 지역문화산업 발전을 위한 거버넌스 체제를 구축하고 활용해야 한다. 지역문화산업의 활성화의 궁극적인 목적은 지역문화진흥에 기여하고자 하는 것이다. 이 연구의 결과가 지역문화산업을 활성화는 정책대안으로 활용되어서 지역문화 진흥에 기여하기를 기대한다.

무선 브로드밴드 기술의 발전은 산업계 전반에 다양한 변화를 안겨주고 있다. 새로운 무선 브로드밴드 기술의 등장으로 인해 기존 산업의 경쟁력은 강화되었고 새로운 융합형 서비스와 신생산업들이 등장하게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 차세대 무선 브로드밴드 산업의 동향을 분석하고 이를 활성화시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해, 먼저 최근 무선 브로드밴드 산업의 동향을 분석하였고, 무선 브로드밴드 산업 성장에 영향을 주는 요소로 무선 네트워크 기술, 콘텐츠, 서비스를 파악하였다. 파악된 요소별로 차세대 무선 브로드밴드 산업의 동향을 조사하였고, 네트워크 기술 발전을 성장 동력으로 하는 무선 브로드밴드 산업의 선순환 성장 모형을 제시하였다. 끝으로 무선 네트워크 기술 개발 관점에서 무선 브로드밴드 산업을 활성화시킬 수 있는 방안들을 기술하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 차세대 무선 브로드밴드 산업에 대한 통찰력 있는 시각을 제공하며 향후 무선 브로드밴드 산업을 발전시키는 제도방안 수립에 도움을 줄 것으로 기대된다.

mVoIP 서비스는 WiFi, WiBro 및 3G 이동통신망 등을 통해 고속 이동 중에 100Mbps급의 전송률을 갖는 IP 네트워크로서 무선 데이터 서비스에 초점을 맞추어 개발된 기술이다. 2010년부터 급속히 대중화되기 시작한 스마트폰과 2011. 7월부터 본격 개시된 4G-LTE 서비스로 인해 mVoIP(mobile VoIP) 서비스가 급격한 성장세를 보이고 있다. 이 연구에서는 칩셋/모듈/단말 등의 기술개발 동향과 아울러 시장수요 분석을 통한 국내외 시장동향 조사 등을 토대로 mVoIP 서비스 산업 활성화 방안을 제시한다. mVoIP 서비스는 모바일기기에 App을 다운로드하여 소프트웨어적으로 혹은 WiFi 네트워크를 통해 서비스를 제공할 수 있다. 따라서 제품개발 측면에서 커다란 변화는 없는 편이다. 4G-LTE의 경우 당연한 부가서비스로 제공될 것으로 예상되는바 시장원리 및 수요니즈에 입각한 서비스 전개가 필요하다.

유럽에서 지리적 표시제도는 약 100여 년 전부터 도입되었던 것과는 달리 우리나라에서의 지리적 표시제도는 보편적이지 않은 개념이다. 최근 들어서야 지리적 표시제도에 대한 연구가 진행되고 있으나, 국내 도입이나 활성화 방안에 대한 학술적 논의는 부족한 실정이다. 지리적 표시제도는 지역 활성화, 소비자보호, 경제효율성 측면에서 장점이 있다. 더욱이 우리나라의 농수산물이 유럽에 비해 지리적표시를 통해 보호해야할만한 가치가 부족한 것도 아니다. 이에 지리적 표시제도 선진국들의 사례를 면밀히 검토하여 우리나라에도 지리적 표시제도를 정착시켜야 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 지리적 표시제도의 현황과 해외의 전통술 보호를 위한 지리적 표시제도 활용 정책에 대해 살펴본다. 프랑스는 와인, 일본은 사케, 독일은 맥주와 같이 한 나라를 대표하는 술이 세계적으로 사랑을 받고 있는 것처럼 우리나라의 막걸리 또한 지리적 표시제도를 활용하여 막걸리산업의 성장을 이룰 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

현재 대학에서 수행하고 있는 대표적인 산학협력 교육은 현장에서 직무능력을 향상시키기 위한 현장실습이다. 현장실습의 목적은 전문성을 훈련할 수 있는 기회를 제공하고 취업시장에서 경쟁력을 높이며 이론과 실무를 연계하는 것이다. 이러한 현장실습은 학생들의 실무능력을 증대하기 위해 진행되고 있지만 현장실습 업체와 참여 학생들의 능력에 따라 차이가 많이 발생한다. 심한 경우, 현장에서의 실습 수행이 어려워 단순작업에 학생들을 투입하는 현상이 발생한다. 이러한 현장실습의 문제점으로 인하여 본래의 현장실습의 취지를 달성하지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 따라, 본 논문에서는 Base camp를 이용하여 현장실습의 대한 실습능력을 강화시키고 현장실습을 활성화 시킬 수 있는 방법을 제안하였다.

The information technology(IT) development of telecommunication, along with the informationalization over the world, enables the firms to process their inner and outer operations through Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) system. And the concept of logistics has become more important to the enterprises in strategic sense because it had aggrandized itself to more comprehensive and integrative concept. Also the world shipping market is more competitive than any other market. In these environment, to maintain competitve power, shipping firms process operations by Logistics Information system(LIS), And then, reduce the working processes, working time and its costs. So the LIS has become more important in developing our national logistics system and industry. Therefore, this study purposes on empirically analyzing the activation factors of shipping LIS and the relationship these factors with logistic performances in the shipping industry. Considering environments of Shipping logistics information system, this study sets up the research model and hypothesis to examine the activation factors of shipping LIS and the relationship these factors with logistic performances. We used the field data on the 163 numbers of firms(29 overseas shipping companies and 133 forwarding Agency) to get the empirical evidence. According to the study results, The shipping LIS activation factors which the sample firms recognized as important: were top manager's support, well structured communication channel, strategic plan's connection and inner informationalization level. And IS organization ＆ human resources, IS discipline ＆ training, software development, IS organizational alignment, database management system, information standardization, competitive advantage, financial support and government support represent partially significant. Also, the current shipping LIS's main problems are expensive system cost, standardization of working process's, institution's imperfection and system's interaction defect. So these problems must be improved to activate shipping LIS.
