With the advent of the 4th Industrial Revolution, there is a rising interest in the impact of these changes on Korea's trade. While the previous studies related to the 4th Industrial Revolution are very limited in the field of trade research, this study attempts an empirical analysis regarding the effect of the use of the 4th Industrial Revolution technology on the performance of exporters, based on the data of the Survey of Business Activities during 2017-2019 by the Korean government statistical office. Through the empirical analysis in combination with the propensity score matching (PSM) and the difference-in-difference (DID) analysis, this research confirms that the use of the 4th Industrial Revolution technology has a positive effect on the export performance of Korean exporters.

Recent efforts of government to improve economic performance and increase employment through industrial convergence are being promoted actively. However, unfortunately, we have little of quantitative study on the following questions; (1) what is the rate of industrial convergence progressed?, and (2) what is the rate of total effects of industrial convergence spreaded?, and (3) which is the No. 1 industry in the magnitude of inductive effect of industrial convergence? In this study, we have measured and analyzed quantitatively the following questions using patent citation; (1) how is industrial convergence progressed?, and (2) how much has industrial convergence a effect on all industry?, and (3) what is the rate of the inductive effect of industrial convergence? In doing so, decision about industrial convergence has been made using patent citation and the effect of industrial convergence is drawn from convergence I/O table which made by patent citation.

The bullwhip effect is known as the significant factor which causes unnecessary inventory, lost sales or cost increase in supply chains. Therefore, the causes of the bullwhip effect must be examined and removed. In this paper, we develop two analytical tools for the bullwhip effect control in supply chains. First, we develop the quantitative models for computing the bullwhip effect in a three-stage supply chain consisted of a single retailer, a single distributor and a single manufacturer when the fixed-interval replenishment policy is applied at each stage. The quantitative models are developed under the different conditions for the demand forecasting and share of customer demand information. They are validated through the computational experiments. Second, we develop a simulation-based decision support system for the bullwhip effect control in a more diverse dynamic supply chain environment. The system includes a what-if analysis function to examine the effects of varying input parameters such as operating policies and costs on the bullwhip effect.

The effect of SIMS analysis conditions such as mesh grid, offset voltage and ion species on the in-depth profile for bismuth titanate thin film was examined in terms of charging effect and detection limit. The results shows that the use of offset voltage -40 V reduces the charging effect and the detection limit. The employment of mesh grid in sample preparation leads to the reduction of the charging effect in small amount, but deteriorate the detection limit. Utilization of primary $O^-$ ion for SIMS analysis of bismuth titanate thin film showed almost the same effect as using offset voltage -40 V. However, it takes approximately triple acquisition time than using $O_2{^+}$ ion due to the poor beam current of the source in the experiment.

Purpose - This study aims to examine the relationships between the acceptance of the 4th industrial revolution logistics technology, logistics safety behavior, and logistics safety performance, as well as the moderated mediating effects of logistics safety behavior through safety culture in Korea. Design/methodology - Research models and hypotheses were established based on prior research related to the 4th industrial revolution logistics technology, logistics safety, and logistics performance. The survey was conducted on the employees of logistics companies, and reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, discriminant validity analysis, structural equation model analysis, and mediating effect analysis were performed. In addition, the moderated mediating effect analysis applying SPSS Process Model No. 7 was conducted. Findings - Usefulness and sociality of the acceptance of the 4th industrial revolution logistics technology had a significant effect on logistics safety behavior. Ease of use, sociality, and efficiency had meaningful effect on logistics safety performance. And in the relationships between the acceptance of logistics technology and logistics safety performance, logistics safety behavior had a significant mediating effect. But the moderated mediating effect of safety behavior through safety culture was not significant. Logistics companies can improve logistics safety performance through the utilization of new logistics technologies such as intelligent logistics robots, autonomous driving technology, and artificial intelligence, etc. Originality/value - This is the first study to analyze the relationships between the acceptance of logistics technology in the 4th industrial revolution and logistics safety. In addition, previous studies analyzed mediating effects or moderating effects, but this is the first study to identify the moderated mediating effects of safety behavior through safety culture. In other words, it has originality in terms of research methodology.

Inkjet technology has various merits as a direct patterning process in plenty of industrial applications, but critical issue such as coffee ring effect should be overcome for the application to an industrial manufacturing process. In this paper, we introduced the morphological analysis of inkjet printed pattrerns on the characristics of inks and substrates. In case of Triethlene Glycol Monoethly Ether based ink, the coffee ring effect was observed. However, an ethanol based ink showed the round shaped morphology under the same printing conditions and surface conditions. An ink consisted of the solvent with high boiling point results in coffee ring effect. This experimental results showed that the morphological change of the printed droplet is caused by the main solvent of ink, rather than the metal content, viscosity and surface tension.

Standard Industrial classification is a key factor of technology spillover effect. It is the result of the empirical study that is the IC(industrial classification) which influences the technology spillover effect by way of interaction term, or moderating effect combing independent variables and moderators. As relatively high technology industry is more important than the low counterpart in R&D management system. And the result of the study says that Government should support SME's considering the IC moderating effect and different subsidies which is appropriated to the SME's IC(industrial classification). This way of Government subsidy will improve the efficiency of industrial policy effect of SME's.

To evaluate existence value of green area through industrial area worker＇s consciousness estimation, result that achieve is as following. According as green area amount of green area decreases, assessment about existence value of green area decreased. Environment that industrial complex worker can work in agreeable psychology need to increase green area in some form to be formed. Existence of green area enhances conscious value about visual improvement effect such as good environment, seasons change, and green quantity, and is judged that green area is exerting positive effect to consciousness regarding environment improvement effect such as cooling sensation, wind control, and noise decrease.

The ratio of Industrial Accident in Korea has been inclined to decrease for recent ten years since industrialization beginnings of Korea. But it is still in high level viewed from international comparison. Up to now, we depended on classical method Accident as the phenomenical and inductive result. And we searched for the counter plan in the basis of the result by this method. But, in this research, we analyzed the distinctions which the structure of the occurrence of Industrial Accident using new model in order to approach the cause of Industrial accident of Korea more basically. In this new model, I am going to arrange the controllable variables in the factors of Industrial Accident and to analyze the effect of these controllable variables in the structure of Industrial Accident.

In this study, we explored consumers' the privacy attitudes and Internet activities on the expectations of the fourth industrial revolution. Furthermore, we examined the moderating effect of Internet activities between the privacy attitudes and the expectations of the fourth industrial revolution. Research data are 2018 Korea media panel survey provided by Korea Information Society Development Institute. As a result, concerns about privacy were negative on the expectations of the fourth industrial revolution. Consumer's internet activities had a positive effect on the expectations of the fourth industrial revolution. Concerns about privacy have a negative effect on the expectations of the fourth industrial revolution, but active internet activities have mitigated it or turned it into a positive. This study will contribute as basic data for more active responses in the economic structure facing the 4th industrial revolution.
