민간경호원의 여가활동 참여유형 및 여가제약이 삶의 질에 미치는 영향 (Participation Types of Private Security Guards in Leisure Activities and the Effect of Leisure Constraint on Life Quality)

  • 민간경호원의 여가활동 참여유형 및 여가제약이 삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위해 서울, 경기 지역의 민간 경호업체에 종사하는 만 20세 이상의 경호원 200명을 모집단으로 편의표본추출법을 사용한 조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 17.0V 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석과 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 여가참여유형중 정(+)적인 영향을 미친 것으로 스포츠유형은 시간제약, 취미유형은 시간과 비용제약, 관람유형은 개인적제약과 사회적 제약 및 관광유형, 놀이유형은 개인적 제약요인이었다. 반면 사교형 참여유형은 개인적 제약요인과 취미요인 및 가족관계질과 사회관계질 여가관계질에 정(+)적인 영향을 미쳤다. 하지만 관람형 참여유형과 놀이관련 참여유형은 가족관계 질에 부(-)적인 영향을 미친 반면 관광관련 유형은 사회관계질에 정(+)적인 영향을 여가관계질에 부(-)적인 영향을 미쳤다. 마지막으로 민간경호원의 여가제약요인 중 시간제약요인은 가족관계질과 비용제약요인은 삶의 질 전체요인에 정(+)적인 영향력을 발휘했다. 반면 개인적, 가족적 제약요인은 여가관계질 요인에 부(-)적인 영향을 미쳤고 사회적 제약요인은 가족관계질에는 정(+)적인 영향을 여가관계 질에는 부(-)적인 영향을 미쳤다.

인라인스케이터의 인라인스케이트 의복흥미(I) (In-line Skate Clothing Interest of In-line Skaters(I))

  • The purpose of this study was to classify the In-line skate clothing interest of in-line skaters according to in-line skate involvement. The questionnaire was administrated to 124 male, 96 female in-line skaters aged over 20 living in Daegu. Data were analyzed by using Frequency, Factor analysis, One-way analysis of variance, Duncan test, T-test, Correlation analysis. The results of this study can be summarized as follows ; The factor of in-line skate clothing interest of in-line skater were classified into 5 factor, expression orientation, performance enhancement, information dependence, anti deviation, individual assertion. The in-line skate clothing interest, men have interests in performance enhancement, women have interest in individual assertion. The more experience of in-line skate they have. the more interest in performance enhancement they want. High involvement in-line skater have high cloth interesting of sub-factors which are expression orientation, performance enhancement and individual assertion etc. As a result, we need more deliberate marketing strategies for the experience degree, involvement degree and women in-line skater then men.

Stock Market Sentiment and Stock Returns

  • The behavioral finance view on the existence of asset pricing anomalies is based on two factors: investors' sentiment and limits to arbitrage. This paper tries to examine the effect of investors' sentiment on the stock price in the Korean stock market. In order to measure investors' sentiment, we constructed the sentiment index using principal component of five sentiment variables. By using sentiment index as an additional independent variable to three risk factors, impacts of the sentiment index on individual stocks and 25 portfolios sorted by BM-size are examined. Main results found are as follows: 1) not only all three risk factors show positive impacts on the return of individual stock, but also the sentiment index has a positive impact. SI alone explains 15% of individual return variation. 2) among four independent variables, the most important factor turned out to be the market risk factor and investors' sentiment has better explanatory power on stock price than the size effect. 3) after controlling the market risk factor, the coefficient of the sentiment index for the smallest size and highest book/market value portfolios is significantly positive. 4) all the coefficients of the sentiment index for 25 portfolios sorted by BM-size have significant positive value after controlling size or (and) value.

공학계열 대학 졸업자의 첫 일자리 취업성과 결정요인 탐색 (Exploring the Determinants of First Job Employment Outcomes of Engineering College Graduates)

  • This study explored the determinants of first job employment outcomes(employment status, salary, company size) of engineering college graduates using 2018 Graduates Occupational Mobility Survey(GOMS) data. Independent variables were used as variables for personal characteristics, academic background, and job preparation efforts. The priorities and interactions between the factors determining employment outcomes were identified using the decision tree analysis. The research results are as follows. First, it was found that the most important factor in determining the 'first job employment status' was 'exam preparation(public and private company, test for teacher recruitment)' among individual's job preparation efforts. Second, the most important factor in determining 'first job salary' was 'gender' among individual characteristics. Third, the most important factor in determining the 'first company size' was the experience of 'corporate job aptitude study' among individual's job preparation efforts. Based on the results of the analysis, suggestions for establishing customized career development strategies for engineering college students were presented.

금강 경관의 수면폭 변화에 따른 시각적 선호도 연구 (A study on the Visual Preference of Keum River Sceneries at Different Water Level)

  • 본 연구는 수량에 의한 수면폭의 변화로 인한 하천경관의 시각적 선호도에 미치는 선호요인을 파악하기 위하여 '주변 환경이 일정할 때 수량에 의한 수면폭은 어떠한 요인에 의해 선호되어지는가?'에 대한 연구의문에서 출발하여 금강경관의 수면폭에 미치는 선호요인을 구명하였다. 1) 수면폭 변화에 따른 금강경관의 시각적 선호요인 변수는 먼저 갑천의 경우 감정적 인자, 물리적 특성 인자, 심미성 인자, 개성적 인자 4개의 변수, 무주의 경우 감정적 인자, 물리적 특성 인자 2개 변수로서 모두 유의성이 있는 것으로 판명되었다. 모든 선호요인의 값이 증가함에 따라 시각적 선호의 값도 증가를 가져오곤 그 반대의 경우도 마찬가지였다. 2) 다중회귀모형에서 다른 조건이 불변일 경우, 갑천, 무주 모두 감정적 인자의 값이 증가할 때 전체적인 시각적 선호에 가장 크게 영향을 미치고, 다음으로 물리적 특성 인자가 두 번째로 영향을 미치는 것으로 판명되었다. 선호요인이 시각적 선호에 기여하는 상대적 중요도는 갑천의 경우 감정적인자, 물리적 특성 인자, 심미성 인자, 개성적 인자 순으로 나타났으며, 감정적 인자는 개성적 인자에 비해 4.3배만큼 중요도가 큰 것으로 나타났다. 무주의 경우 감정적 인자, 물리적 특성 인자 순으로 나타났으며 감정적 인자는 물리적 특성 인자 비해 1.1배만큼 중요도가 큰 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 두 장소 모두 감정적 인자가 가장 중요한 선호요인으로 판명되었다. 수면폭 변화에 따른 금강경관의 시각적 평가에 의한 요인분석 결과는 하천의 수면 폭 및 수량에 큰 영향을 미칠 것이다.

Impact of School Career Assistance on Improving Self-efficacy: Moderating Effects of Grit and Regulatory Focus

  • Self-efficacy is a major factor related to performance and needs to be improved in business and education field. This study explains the effectiveness of school career assistance to improve college students' self-efficacy. Furthermore, it demonstrates the moderating effects of grit and regulatory focus (promote and prevention). School career assistance is based on group support, and moderating variables in this paper are individual characteristics. In these group and individual dimensions, if the effectiveness of school career assistance varies depending on individual characteristics, schools will be able to establish self-efficacy improvement strategies more appropriate for individual students. School would understand individual characteristics such as grit and regulatory focus, then could make individual strategy for enhancing self-efficacy and performance. Hence, it is expected that the performance of school and student will improve through the self-efficacy improvement plan presented in this study.

성격 5요인 모델에 따른 개인-조직 성격 일치도가 종합병원 간호사의 직무만족과 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Individual-organization Personality Agreement using Five-factor Model on Hospital Nurses' Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment)

  • Purpose: This study was done to investigate the effects of individual-organization personality agreement using a five-factor model on job satisfaction and organizational commitment of hospital nurses. Methods: Participants were 222 nurses who had worked for more than 1 year in a university hospital. Data were collected from January 14 to 20, 2012, using self-recorded questionnaires. Collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and multiple regression methods. Results: Extraversion personality fit and the Agreeableness personality fit had a significant effect on job satisfaction. Extraversion personality fit, agreeableness personality fit, and openness personality fit had a significant effect on organizational commitment. Conclusion: Results of this study show that individual-organizational personality agreement affects hospital nurses' job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The extraversion personality fit and agreeableness personality fit of the 5 factors are identified as important variables to increase organizational performance. Based on these results, it is necessary to develop an integrated organizational personality measure model for increasing nurses' work environment satisfaction related to individual-organization personality fit.

Differences by Selection Method for Exposure Factor Input Distribution for Use in Probabilistic Consumer Exposure Assessment

  • Background: The selection of distributions of input parameters is an important component in probabilistic exposure assessment. Goodness-of-fit (GOF) methods are used to determine the distribution of exposure factors. However, there are no clear guidelines for choosing an appropriate GOF method. Objectives: The outcomes of probabilistic consumer exposure assessment were compared by using five different GOF methods for the selection of input distributions: chi-squared test, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test (K-S), Anderson-Darling test (A-D), Akaike information criterion (AIC) and Bayesian information criterion (BIC). Methods: Individual exposures were estimated based on product usage factor combinations from 10,000 respondents. The distribution of individual exposure was considered as the true value of population exposures. Results: Among the five GOF methods, probabilistic exposure distributions using the A-D and K-S methods were similar to individual exposure estimations. Comparing the 95th percentiles of the probabilistic distributions and the individual estimations for 10 CPs, there were 0.73 to 1.92 times differences for the A-D method, and 0.73 to 1.60 times differences (excluding tire-shine spray) for the K-S method. Conclusions: There were significant differences in exposure assessment results among the selection of the GOF methods. Therefore, the GOF methods for probabilistic consumer exposure assessment should be carefully selected.

인터넷 중독이 학교생활 적응에 미치는 영향 (Impact of Internet Addiction on School Life Adaptation)

  • This paper studied the impact of Internet addiction on school life adaptation of high school students. We searched the literature on Internet addiction for such research and analyzed the impact that Internet addiction has on school life fitness. The SPSS statistics program was used for Internet addiction factor analysis and the analysis was carried out through the structure equation model. The family relation, individual relation, school relation and friend relation factor were deduced to Internet addiction as a result. It was revealed that the individual relation factor among Internet addiction factors had an influence on school life fitness. It is expected that this research will prove helpful in providing preventative education for Internet addiction
