12-18개월 영아의 애착 행동 특성 연구 (Attachment Behavior Characteristics of Infants in the Strange Situation Procedure)

  • The attachment of Korean infants with their mothers was analyzed by individual attachment and interaction behaviors. The Strange Situation was used with 35 12- 18-month-old infants. Results were similar to the findings of Ainsworth et al(l978), in that exploratory and attachment behavior systems of Korean infants changed depending on separation with their mothers. Then again we could discover the orginal attachment characteristics of Korean infants. Korean infants showed meaningful differences in individual attachment and interaction behaviors from the second separation(episode 6), and the difference between attachnet type were also definite from the second separation. Also, the recovery of exploratory behavior from episode 7 with the advent of a stranger was a distinguishable characteristic compared to Ainsworth et al(l978). This empirical evidence mandates the inclusion of episodes 6 in future studies on attachment of Korean infants.

  • 본 연구는 개인의 역할 외 행동을 보다 구체적으로 살펴보기 위해, 조직시민행동을 조직 및 개인의 두 가지 차원으로 구분하였다. 또한, 이를 이끌어 낼 수 있는 투입요인으로 임파워링 리더십을 선정하고, 신뢰의 매개역할을 살펴보았다. 이를 밝히기 위해, 대구 경북의 제조업 종사자를 중심으로 설문조사를 수행하였고, 구조방정식을 통해 가설을 검증하였다. 연구 결과, 임파워링 리더십은 개인 지향 및 조직지향 조직시민행동에 유의한 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 신뢰는 임파워링 리더십과 개인 및 조직 지향 조직시민행동의 관계를 부분매개 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 조직 내 조직시민행동을 유발할 수 있는 구체적인 실행 지침이 될 것이며, 나아가 조직시민행동의 연구의 영역을 확장시킬 것이다.

The Effects of Fit and Social Construction on Individual Performance

  • This study examines the effects of information and communication technologies on individual performance. The literature has paid a considerable amount of attention to social influence as a determinant of individual behavior. We combine task-technology fit with concepts from adaptive structuration theory to specify social influence. In our model, we suggest that individuals should receive support from proper social construction to have additional performance improvement. Empirical data from 317 individuals across 43 teams in 10 companies is used to assess the theoretical model. Our theoretical model received support from the data.

대기업 구성원의 장기지향성이 감성활용과 변화 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향 (Employee's Long Term Orientation's Effect on Change Oriented Organizational Citizenship Behavior with Emotional Regulation Mediating)

  • 본 연구는 기업 구성원의 장기지향성이 변화 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향 및 감성활용의 매개효과를 살펴보았다. 홉스테드 연구에 의하면 동아시아국가 중 한국은 장기 지향성이 높은 국가로 나타났으며, 절약, 장기적 관계 및 소속된 집단의 화평을 중요하는 문화라고 볼 수 있다. 이와 관련 선행 연구들은 학교 및 국가별 차원에서 연구되었으며, 개인차원의 자발적 역량인 변화 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향을 검증한 연구는 많지 않다. 또한 글로벌 환경의 급격한 변화에 노출된 구성원들의 감성활용 능력은 조직의 구성원으론 매우 중요한 개인 역량으로 평가된다. 이런 현상을 바탕으로 본 연구는 대기업의 구성원들의 감성 활용 능력이 장기지향성과 변화 조직시민행동을 매개 할 것이라 예측했다. 본 연구는 홉스테드 문화차원을 개인적 차원으로 설문화한 Yoo's Cultural Value Scale (CVSCALE) 사용하여 통계프로그램인 SPSS 21.0을 통해 국내 S전자회사의 임직원 200명을 상대로 설문 및 분석했으며 결과는 다음과 같다. 장기지향성은 변화적 조직시민행동에 유의한 (+) 영향을 미친다고 나타났으며 개인의 감성활용이 장기지향성과 변화 조직시민행동을 완전 매개한다는 결과가 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 감성활용이 기업의 구성원의 변화 조직시민행동에 긍정적 영향을 준다는 점을 검증하였으며 구성원들의 감성 활용 훈련 및 교육을 통해 조직효율성을 높이고 자발적 행동역량인 변화적 조직시민행동도 높일 수 있다는 가능성을 제시한 점에 의미가 있다.

금연과 관련된 개인의 특성, 경험, 그리고 인지·감정요인들이 금연행동 계획수립 및 실천에 미치는 영향 분석 -Pender의 개정된 건강증진 모형 적용- (Analysis for Influences of Individual Characteristics, Experience, Cognition, and Affect Relating to Smoking Quitting Behavior on Commitment to a Plan of and Practice for Smoking Quitting Behavior)

  • This study was conducted to examine if the revised HPM was appropriate to explain smoking quitting behavior. A convenience sample of 400 college students enrolled in the universities located in Seoul and Kyunggi-Inchon province was selected. According to the study results, smoking-specific cognitions and affect included in the study could significantly explain commitment to a plan to quit smoking which was one of the behavioral outcomes in the revised HPM. The study result showed that among predictors, smoking-related affect, perceived benefit of quitting smoking, and perceived self-efficacy significantly explained commitment to a plan to quit smoking, but perceived barriers and interpersonal influences did not. The model for smoking quitting behavior formulated with smoking-specific cognitions and affect was statistically significant and the model explained 48 percent of variance in smoking quitting behavior. More specifically, it was shown that among smoking-specific cognitions and affect, only smoking-related affect, interpersonal influences, and perceived self-efficacy were the significant predictors to explain smoking quitting behavior. Smoking-related affect was the most important variable to explain smoking quitting behavior, followed by perceived self-efficacy. However, the influence of commitment to a plan to quit smoking on smoking quitting behavior was not statistically significant. Lastly, the model for smoking quitting behavior formulated with individual characteristics and experiences could explain 13 percent of the variance in behavior to quit smoking. Although the model is statistically significant, only the number of quitting attempts had significant and direct influence on behavior to quit smoking, while the remaining variables did not.

조직의 보안 분위기가 개인의 기회주의 행동에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증 연구 (An Effect of Organizational Security Climate on Individual's Opportunistic Security Behavior: An Empirical Study)

  • 보안 분위기에 대한 연구를 위해 안전 분위기에 관한 선행연구와 성과모델을 기반으로 본 연구는 정보보안 분위기 모델을 제안하였다. 연구모델은 정보보안 분위기, 보안 정책 준수 태도, 그리고 기회주의적 보안 행위로 구성되었다. 분석 결과 조직의 보안 분위기는 보안정책 준수태도에 영향을 미쳤으며, 태도는 기회주의적 보안 행위에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 보안 분위기는 기회주의적 보안행위에 직접적인 영향을 미치기보다는 보안 정책 준수태도를 통해 간접 효과를 나타내는 것으로 나타났다.

조직 내 상사의 비인격적 감독이 부하의 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Abusive Supervision and its impact on Subordinates' Organizational Citizenship Behavior)

  • The purpose of this study is to determine abusive supervision and its effect on the resistance to such behavior by workers, and also to determine the moderating roles of subordinate's personalities that can strengthen or weaken the relationship between the abusive supervision and employee behaviors. Because the key factors underlying the choice of individual OCB(Organizational Citizenship Behavior) or organizational OCB have to do with subordinates' concern for the task and relational consequences of their behavior, the analysis focused on Neuroticism, the Big Five domains that represent one's orientations toward task and relational matters, respectively(Costa & McCrae, 1992). For empirical study, survey was performed for the analysis, and a total of 233 was used. The following is a summary of the verification results. First, in the relationships between the use of abusive supervision and employee's OCB, the relationship is negatively correlated to the abusive supervision. Second, moderating effects of subordinates' personalities(neuroticism) between abusive supervision and subordinates' were not verified. Finally, future research will explore the effects of situational variables that affect the extent to which supervisors engage in abusive behavior and how subordinates respond to abusive supervision.

치과 교정 환자의 구강보건 지식 및 행태와 치료 만족도 관련성 (Relation between oral health knowledge and behavior and treatment satisfaction in orthodontic patients)

  • Purpose: By investigating oral health knowledge and oral health behavior of orthodontic patients, we intend to identify factors that affect their satisfaction with orthodontic treatment and use them as fundamental data for improving the satisfaction of orthodontic patients. Methods: Busan from February 1st to March 31st, 2021. Dental disease in Gyeongsangnam-do. A self-contained survey was conducted on patients undergoing orthodontic treatment in the clinic. A total of 185 copies were analyzed. Using the lBM SPSS Statistics 21 program, multiple regression analysis was conducted by setting oral health knowledge and oral health behavior as independent variables to determine factors affecting remedial treatment satisfaction. Results: The satisfaction level of orthodontic treatment was 1.53 points higher than 'understanding the cost of orthodontic treatment' and 'smooth relationship with related staff while receiving orthodontic treatment' was low at 1.23. The average calibration satisfaction was 1.34. Factors affecting remedial treatment satisfaction were shown in the order of oral health behavior (p<0.000), educational experience (p<0.010), gender (p<0.015) and oral health knowledge (p<0.020). Conclusions: Through the above results, it is necessary to develop programs to improve oral health knowledge through customized individual oral health education by enhancing individual oral health behaviors of individuals.

Utilization of Log Data Reflecting User Information-Seeking Behavior in the Digital Library

  • This exploratory study aims to understand the potential of log data analysis and expand its utilization in user research methods. Transaction log data are records of electronic interactions that have occurred between users and web services, reflecting information-seeking behavior in the context of digital libraries where users interact with the service system during the search for information. Two ways were used to analyze South Korea's National Digital Science Library (NDSL) log data for three days, including 150,000 data: a log pattern analysis, and log context analysis using statistics. First, a pattern-based analysis examined the general paths of usage by logged and unlogged users. The correlation between paths was analyzed through a χ2 analysis. The subsequent log context analysis assessed 30 identified users' data using basic statistics and visualized the individual user information-seeking behavior while accessing NDSL. The visualization shows included 30 diverse paths for 30 cases. Log analysis provided insight into general and individual user information-seeking behavior. The results of log analysis can enhance the understanding of user actions. Therefore, it can be utilized as the basic data to improve the design of services and systems in the digital library to meet users' needs.

긍정심리자본에 영향을 미치는 개인수준과 팀 수준 요인에 관한 연구 (A multi-level analysis of the individual and team-level effects on psychological capital)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of person-organization fit(PO fit) and person-job fit(PJ fit) on positive psychological capital at both team-level and individual-level. Present study intends to confirm the effectiveness through theoretical considerations and empirical analysis of positive organizational behaviors. This is expected to strengthen the basis of positive organizational behavior studies and provide the foundation to integrate positive organizational behavior to the actual organization. In order to test the hypotheses, the data were collected from multiple domestic organizations and composed 47 team-level and 244 individual-level data. For the analysis, hierarchical linear modelling(HLM) were conducted. The results of this study are as follows. PO fit and PJ fit had significant relationships with positive psychological capital at both team-level and individual-level. Also, in the relationship between the attitudes and behaviors of the members and positive psychological capital, the positive psychological capital was found to have significant effect on affective commitment and organizational citizen behaviors. The implications of this study according to the results as follows. Positive relationships of psychological capital with the antecedents and consequences variables, it is necessary for the management to magnify the strength of members in the actual operation at the organization level. Such the management of positive psychological capital can be suggested as a new approach method for achievement of the organization's goals and visions.
