  • 강성포장(剛性鋪裝)에 대하여 더 좋은 공용성능(供用性能) 기대를 위한 개발과 파손발생에 대한 파손과정에 관하여 포장상태를 조사하게 된다. 본 논문(論文)은 공용중(供用中)인 시멘트콘크리트 포장(鋪裝)의 피로거동(疲勞擧動)과 탄성특성(彈性特性)에 대한 연구결과이다. 공용중(供用中)인 각(各) 포장(鋪裝)의 평균인장강도(平均引張強度)를 측정하기 위하여 Indirect tensile시험을 실시한 것이다. 변형측정(變形測定)은 이러한 특성의 변화 및 콘크리트의 탄성특성(彈性特性)을 구하기 위한 피로(疲勞)시험을 통하여 이루어진 것이다.

  • An one-zone heat release analysis was applied to a 4 cylinder indirect injection diesel engine. The objective of the study is to calculate heat release accurately considering the effect of specific heat ratio. heat transfer and crevice model and to find out combustion characteristics of an indirect diesel engine considering the effect of the pressures in main and swirl chambers. Especially specific heat ratio indicating combustion characteristics is adapted. instead of that indicating matter properties, which has been used in former studies Moreover by adaption of blowby model, cylinder gas mass became accurately calculated. Therefore, with ideal gas equation, calculating cylinder gas temperature, it was found to affect heat transfer loss and heat release. Determining heat transfer constants $C_1$. $C_2$ as 0.6 respectively. the integrated gross heat release values were predicted well for the measured value at various engine speed, full load operating conditions. The curve of heat release rate was similar to SI engine rather than DI engine. That is originated from that swirl chamber reduce an instant combustion which occurs in DI engine due to ignition delay on early stage of combustion.

Torque Predictive Control for Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Drives Using Indirect Matrix Converter

  • This paper presents an improved torque predictive control (TPC) for permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSMs) using an indirect matrix converter (IMC). The IMC has characteristics such as a high power density and sinusoidal waveforms of the input-output currents. Additionally, this configuration does not have any DC-link capacitors. Due to these advantages of the IMC, it is used in various application field such as electric vehicles and railway cars. Recently, research on various torque control methods for PMSM drives using an IMC is being actively pursued. In this paper, an improved TPC method for PMSM drives using an IMC is proposed. In the improved TPC method, the magnitudes of the voltage vectors applied to control the torque and flux of the PMSM are adjusted depending on the PMSM torque control such as the steady state and transient response. Therefore, it is able to reduce the ripples of the output current and torque in the low-speed and high-speed load ranges. Additionally, the improved TPC can improve the dynamic torque response when compared with the conventional TPC. The effectiveness of the improved TPC method is verified by experimental results.

  • In this paper, we proposed a new speed control algorithm based on the least-order observer theory. The proposed system using the new algorithm can estimate the instantaneous speed accurately even at low speed by using a load torgue observer estimating the torgue component of indirect-vector controlled induction motor. Thus the stable characteristics of speed control are possible at low speed even in the case of using low-resolution rotary encoder. Also, the system becomes robust against disturbance by feedforward control the load torque estimated automatically at the speed observer.

  • 본 논문에서는 전동기 시스템의 극저속 영역에서 안정적이고 동특성이 우수한 운전을 하기 위해 전차원상태 관측기로부터 추정되는 속도정보를 입력으로 하는 최소차원 토크 관성관측기를 구성하여 부하외란과 관성을 피드포워드 제어를 함으로써 극저속영역에 대한 강인성을 갖도록 한다. 제시한 제어 알고리즘을 MATLAB SIMULINK를 통해 전체 시스템을 모델링하고 실험을 통해 극저속에서 속도 추정 능력이 향상됨을 확인 한다.

  • A programmable dymanometer is prosed where the user can define the steady-state and inertial torque-speed characteristic of the load. Rotating machinert can be tested on this dynamometer to determine their transient and steady-state characteristics with a pratical load. The system uses proportional-integrtal(PI)controllers to control a three-phase induction motor using indirect field orientation.

  • The recent problems such as the rapid increase o electricity consumption, the large variation of electrical loads, and the sitting difficulty for new power plants could become a barrier to stable electrical power supply. Consequently, an electrical load management technology has become important, by which an electricity can be stored during off-peak time and efficiently used during peak time. The technology provides a variety of direct or indirect benefits which include, for utilities, reduction of new power plants, economical electricity production, and improved efficiency and reliability of power system and for consumers, low prices o electricity. The study is to develop a proto-type load management system and its application technology for a peak shaving. In the system, conventional batteries are used as energy storage device.

  • This paper presents an indirect method for on-line measuring the cutting forces in contour NC milling processes by using the current signals of the servo drive motors. A Kaluman filler is used for estimating each of the load torques to the x, y-axis servo motors of a horizontal machining center. Then, the load torque induced by the friction force in the guidewayis estimated and subtracted from the total extermal torque, thus resulting in the load torque induced by the cutting force. A series of experimental works on the circular interpolated contour milling process shows good agrement between the cutting forces measured by the dynamometer and those estimated by the method presented in the paper.

Experimental and numerical study of shear crack propagation in concrete specimens

  • A coupled experimental-numerical study on shear fracture in concrete specimens with different geometries is carried out. The crack initiation, propagation and final breakage of concrete specimens are experimentally studied under compression loading. The load-strain and the strength of the specimens are experimentally measured, indicating decreasing effects of the shear behavior on the failure load of the specimen. The effects of specimen geometries on the shear fracturing path in the concrete specimens are also investigate. Numerical models using an indirect boundary element method are made to evaluate the crack propagation paths of concrete specimens. These numerical results are compared with the performed experiments and are validated experimentally.

  • This paper presents the strategy of reactive power compensation which directly improves voltage stability. Voltage stability index that serves as an indirect assessment of voltage stability margin is derived from M.G.C.F. (Modified Generalized Curve Fit) algorithm incorporating load model. Weak buses are ranked by this stability index, and amounts of reactive power compensation are determined by function of reactive power and stability index. Using the proposed strategy, all load buses can be prevented from voltage collapse gradually. A simple illustrative example is given as well as simulation results obtained on 5 bus test system and 19 bus real power system.
