파워 스펙트럼 해석법을 사용한 적응 추정자의 파라미터 수렴특성 (Parameter Convergence Properties of Adaptive Identifier using Power Spectrum Analysis)

  • This paper describes the parameter convergence property for an adaptive identifier and deals with the stability of the adaptive system in terms of the general error model. The Persistent Excitation (PE) condition to guarantee parameter convergence is derived using the Power Spectrum Analysis. In the adaptive identifier designed under the assumptions that the plant has not unmodelled dynamics, it can be shown that the equilibrium points of adjustable parameters are independent on the position or the number of input spectrums, if the adaptive signal is PE. When the plant contains unmodelled dynamics and the same controller is used, the PE condition can still hold but the parameter tuned values are changed with the spectrum.

  • 본 논문에서는 웹 상에서 멀티미디어를 기반으로 한 문제은행 시스템을 제안하였다. 제안된 문제 은행 시스템은 객체-관계(Object-Relation)형 모델로 데이터베이스를 설계하고, 웹 환경에서 다수 클라이언트에 대한 무결성을 위해 독립적 실행이 되도록 Java 언어로 응용프로그램을 구현하였다. 문제 엔티티들은 객체로 정의하고, 이들간의 관계를 사용자 정의유형과 타입으로 설계 구현하였으며, DBMS의 스키마 객체와 JAVA Class를 매핑하여 DBMS와 어플리케이션 서버간에 체계화된 동작으로 객체를 전달할 수 있도록 하였다.

Consensus of Leader-Follower Multi-Vehicle System

  • According to the characteristics of salvo attack for the multiple flight vehicles (MFV), the design of cooperative guidance law can be converted into the consensus problem of multi-vehicle system through the concept of multi-agent cooperative control. The flight vehicles can be divided into leader and followers depending on different functions, and the flight conditions of leader are independent of the ones of followers. The consensus problem of leader-follower multi-vehicle system is researched by graph theory, and the consensus protocol is also presented. Meanwhile, the finite time guidance law is designed for the flight vehicles via the finite time control method, and the system stability is also analyzed. Whereby, the guidance law can guarantee the line of sight (LOS) angular rates converge to zero in finite time, and hence the cooperative attack of the MFV can be realized. The effectiveness of the designed cooperative guidance method is validated through the simulation with a stationary target and a moving target, respectively.

Hierarchical Fair Queueing: A Credit-based Approach for Hierarchical Link Sharing

  • In this paper, we propose a hierarchical packet scheduling technique to closely approximate a hierarchical extension of the generalized processor sharing model, Hierarchical Generalized Processor Sharing (H-GPS). Our approach is to undertake the tasks of service guarantee and hierarchical link sharing in an independent manner so that each task best serves its own objective. The H-GPS model is decomposed into two separate service components: the guaranteed service component to consistently provide performance guarantees over the entire system, and the excess service component to fairly distribute spare bandwidth according to the hierarchical scheduling rule. For tight and harmonized integration of the two service components into a single packet scheduling algorithm, we introduce two novel concepts of distributed virtual time and service credit, and develop a packet version of H-GPS called Hierarchical Fair Queueing (HFQ). We demonstrate the layerindependent performance of the HFQ algorithm through simulation results.

  • Recently, as the need for data access by integrating information in a distributed cloud environment increases in enterprise-wide enterprises, interoperability for collaboration between existing legacy systems is emphasized. In order to interconnect independent legacy systems, it is necessary to overcome platform heterogeneity and semantic heterogeneity. To solve this problem, middleware was built using EMRA (Extended MetaData Registry Access) based on ISO/IEC 11179. However, the designed middleware cannot guarantee the efficiency of information utilization because it does not have an adjustment function for each node's resource status and work status. Therefore, it is necessary to manage and adjust the legacy system. In this paper, we coordinate the correct data access between the information requesting agent and the information providing agent, and integrate it by designing a cooperative agent responsible for information monitoring and task distribution of each legacy system and resource management of local nodes. to make efficient use of the available information.

미중 기술패권 경쟁과 양자컴퓨팅 정책 동향 (United States-China Competition for Technological Supremacy in Quantum Computing and Policy Trends)

  • The competition for technological supremacy is unfolding in the high-tech field, and quantum computing can be determinant for economic and security ripple effects. The United States and China, leaders in quantum computing, have developed this field through adequate policies. The United States has fostered quantum computing through government policies and competition among private companies, while China has secured world-class technology through large-scale government investment and attracting foreign talent. In quantum computing, securing talented people is essential to guarantee independent technology development regarding academic attributes and security. We analyze quantum computing policies in the United States and China on a timeline and determine their policy trends. In addition, the policies for securing talent in these countries are reviewed, and the policy effects are compared based on literature analysis. Through the analysis of policy cases between the United States and China, bilateral policy implications for Korea are delineated.

구매빈도별 피자전문점 선택에 미치는 속성의 영향 평가 (Estimating Effects of Attributes on Choice of Pizza Restaurants by Purchase Frequency)

  • The purpose of this study is to measure the pizza purchasing behavioral characteristics of respondents and importances of factors affecting pizza purchase, to estimate the effects of attributes on choice of pizza restaurant, and to predict probability of selecting a particular pizza restaurant. The questionnaire consisted of two parts: The paired experimental profiles, purchasing behavior and importances of factors affecting pizza purchase. This study generated profiles of 16 hypothetical pizza restaurants based on seven attributes. The profiles comprised 16 discrete sets of variables, each of which had two levels. For this study, researcher randomly selected 150 university students as respondents. Twenty one students did not complete the survey instrument, resulting in a final sample size of 129. All estimations were carried out using frequencies, $X^2$, independent samples t-test, phreg procedure of SAS package. The results were as followed: Some purchasing behavioral characteristics and importances of factors affecting pizza purchase were significantly different by purchase frequency. Based on the estimated models developed for the two purchase frequency groups, the Chi-square statistics were significant at p<0.001. The parameter estimate for late delivery time with frequently purchase frequency group was highest, and the parameter estimate for price with frequently purchase frequency group was highest. The pizza restaurants that charged 20,000 won, offered 100% discount on eleventh pizza, promised to deliver pizza in 20 min, usually delivered the pizza as promised, offered 2 or more types of pizza crust, delivered steaming hot pizza, and did not offer a money-back guarantee which was favored by each of the two purchase frequency groups. The results from this study suggested that there was an opportunity to increase market share and profit by improving operations so that customers can receive discount and money-back guarantee simultaneously, and by reducing price, delivery time.

자산담보부 단기사채를 활용한 해외발전사업 수주확대방안 (Business Growth Strategy with Asset Backed Short Term Bond for Overseas IPP Opportunities)

  • 본 연구는 최근 도입된 단기사채를 통해 한국수출입은행의 대외채무보증과 연계하여 자산유동화 구조에 접목한 자산담보부 단기사채의 금리를 추정하고 해외 투자개발형 민자발전사업의 수주 확대를 위한 프로젝트파이낸스의 한 방안으로 이용할 수 있는지에 대한 것이다. 회사채 신용등급 AA-부터 BBB+까지 건설사 자산담보부 단기사채와 비교한 결과, 자산 유동화 구조와 접목한 한국수출입은행의 대외채무보증부 자산담보부 단기사채는 금리 경쟁력이 있고, 프로젝트의 자기자본수익률이 개선됨을 확인할 수 있었다. 특히, 본 금융구조는 회사채 등급이 낮은 시공사에 적용할수록 더 높은 자기자본수익률 확보가 가능함을 알 수 있었다. 이를 통해, 경쟁력 있는 자산담보부 단기사채 금융조건은 수요 창출 및 수익성 확보는 물론 우리기업의 해외 투자개발형 민자발전사업 수주확대에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

  • WSN 분야의 대표적인 알고리즘의 하나인 LEACH는 시스템 수명동안 모든 노드들이 균일한 횟수로 클러스터 헤더가 되는 것을 보장한다. 하지만 각 라운드별로 일정한 클러스터 헤더 수를 보장하지 못하여 클러스터 헤더가 선출되지 못하는 경우가 발생하거나 적은 수로 선출되는 경우가 발생한다. 클러스터 헤더가 적게 선출될 경우 클러스터 헤더에 높은 부하가 걸린다. 또한 선출된 클러스터 헤더의 위치에 따라 센서 노드가 소속되지 않은 클러스터가 발생할 경우도 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 관심 영역을 일정한 섹터로 나누어 각 섹터마다 클러스터 헤더를 무작위로 하나씩 선출하는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 클러스터 구성 시 각 센서 노드는 가장 가까운 클러스터 헤더에 소속되어 클러스터 구성은 섹터와는 무관하게 진행된다. 이 알고리즘은 매 라운드마다 일정한 수의 클러스터 헤더를 보장하며 소속된 센서 노드가 없는 헤더가 발생하지 않도록 한다.

국방품질경영시스템 성공요인의 탐색 (An Exploratory Study on the Success Factors of Defence Quality Management System)

  • This paper is an exploratory study on the success factors of Defence Quality Management System (DQMS) which is the certification system granted by the military for improving the quality of munitions. DQMS is established by adding military requirements to the ISO standard, thus, we especially focus on the additional requirements to figure out success key factors of DQMS certification. The 51 additional requirements of Korean Defense Specification (KDS) are empirically investigated from 67 companies that acquired DQMS certification. Firstly, we conduct an independent t-tests on 51 additional requirements of KDS 0050-900-3 to determine if there is a difference between an easily certified company and a hard-to-certify company, and obtain 8 requirements such as 'Internal propagation of performance', 'Preparation of documented work instructions', 'Work instructions in the workplace', 'Documentation of equipment management', 'Inventory management', 'Packaging and identification', 'Guarantee of access to internal audit result for customers', 'Notification to the customer for improper product.' Secondly, we carry out an factor analysis to the 51 additional requirements for classification, and figure out that 4 requirements among the 8 requirements above mentioned are grouped together in the same factor. The 4 requirements are 'Preparation of documented work instructions', 'Work instructions in the workplace', 'Packaging and identification', and 'Guarantee of access to internal audit result for customers.' The result of this paper will provide useful information to the company preparing for DQMS.
