An incomplete factorization method for preconditioning symmetric positive definite matrices is introduced to solve normal equations. The normal equations are form to solve linear least squares problems. The procedure is based on a block incomplete Cholesky factorization and a multilevel recursive strategy with an approximate Schur complement matrix formed implicitly. A diagonal perturbation strategy is implemented to enhance factorization robustness. The factors obtained are used as a preconditioner for the conjugate gradient method. Numerical experiments are used to show the robustness and efficiency of this preconditioning technique, and to compare it with two other preconditioners.

본 논문은 symmetric balance incomplete block design(BIBD) code와 arrayed-waveguide grating(AWG) router의 주기적인 특성을 이용하여 optical CDMA network을 위한 coder-decoder(codec)을 구성하였다. 기존의 M-sequence code를 이용한 경우보다 다양한 구성을 할 수 있고 이 시스템의 잡음인 phase-induced intensity noise(PIIN)와 thermal noise를 분석하여 BER을 계산한 결과 향상된 성능을 보임을 알 수 있었다.

In 2009, Japanese government requires exporters to have individual export licenses for certain items and removes South Korea from White Countries. The export control and regulations are likely to be affected by political factors. This study aims to analyze Japan-South Korea trade dispute with a sequential game with incomplete information. The results show that Japan may apply trade regulations on Korea regardless of efficiency of Korea and the possibilities of regulations increases when political factors are important in its decision on export policy.

본 논문은 IMT-2000환경에서 대수학적 방법을 적용하여 회의용 키 인증 메커니즘을 제안한다. 이를 위해서 symmetric balanced incomplete block design 기법을 응용하여 회의용 키를 생성하고, 참여한 사용자들에 생성된 키를 분배한다. 회의용 키 생성 기술과 ID 정보를 기반으로 하여 수행된 상호 인증을 통하여 통신 프로토콜은 설계한다. 제안된 프로토콜에서 회의용 전송키를 생성하기 위한 통신 복잡도를 최소화시키며, 특별한 경우에 복잡도는 O(equation omitted)이 되는데 여기에서 v는 참여자의 수이다. 보안 시스템의 구축에 있어서 중요한 문제인 본 프로토콜의 안전도는 이산 대수를 찾아내는 것은 hard 문제이기 때문에 보장할 수 있다.

대표적인 웹 문서의 표준인 XML은 문서의 구조와 내용을 기술하기 위해 태그로 이루어진 문법 구조를 갖는다. XML 문서 작성자는 XML 문서 작성 중 해당 XML DTD(Document Type Definition)에 문법적으로 올바르지 않은 문장을 입력할 수 있다. 즉, 일반적인 텍스트 에디터 환경에서 XML 문서에 입력되는 내용과 태그의 쌍은 완전하지 못한 형태로 입력될 수 있다. 문법적으로 불완전한 문장 입력은 사용자의 계속적인 편집 상태를 종료하고, 정상적인 파싱을 보장하지 않는 원인이 된다. XML 문서를 작성하는 과정에서 문법적으로 불완전한 문장 입력은 정상적인 파싱을 보장하지 않는다. 따라서, 에디터가 문법적으로 빠져있는 부분의 심볼이 무엇인지 정확히 인식 가능하고, 주어진 문법에 따라 부분적인 파스트리를 완성한다면, 사용자의 프로그래밍 편집 상태를 종료하지 않고 계속적인 편집과 성공적인 파싱을 보장할 수 있을 것이다. 본 논문은 XML 문서 편집기에 사용될 수 있는 XML 파서가 문법적으로 불충분한 문장의 입력에 대해 문법에 따라 빠진 부분을 인식하고, 누락된 문법 심벌을 찾아 부족한 부분 파스트리를 완성함으로써 사용자에게 성공적인 XML 문서 편집을 보장할 수 있는 파싱 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 파싱 방법을 통해 사용자는 프로그래밍 편집 중 문법 오류에 대한 부담을 줄일 수 있다. 또한, 사용자는 불완전 입력에 대해 일반적인 에러 처리에 따른 편집 중단 없이 계속적인 문서 파싱 을 보장받아 편집 효율을 높일 수 있다.

This study aims to present ways to enhance the stabilization of electronic medical records, ensure the commitment to filling in information of the medical record and improve the overall quality Electronic Medical Record(EMR) information. For that purpose, the present state of the incomplete record rate and the doctor's satisfaction in Electronic Medical Record(EMR) have been surveyed by comparing and analyzing Paper-based Medical Record(PMR) and Electronic Medical Record(EMR). The survey was conducted on 31 doctors in charge of EMR system and each PMR and EMR inpatients were collected for a period of 5 months and analyzed. The results showed that the doctor's satisfaction level was higher for EMR, and the rate of incomplete record appeared to be lower in EMR in departments of both internal and external medicine. In this context, it can be said that the higher efficiency of EMR helped accomplish the increase in commitment to completing medical record information and improve the quality of the data.

완전이면교배를 블록화하는 매개디자인으로는 일반적으로 부분적으로 균형된 불완비 블록계획을 사용한다. 이때 블록화하는 매개디자인으로 삼각형 PBIBD를 사용하기 위해서는 대응되는 모수를 갖는 삼각형 PBIBD를 찾아야 한다. 특정한 모수를 갖는 균형된 불완비 블록계획의 쌍대계획이 삼각형 PBIBD가 되는 성질을 이용하면 삼각형 PBIBD를 새로 찾아야 하는 번거로움 없이 블록 완전이면교배를 설계할 수 있다. 이를 만족하는 블록 완전이면교배를 설계하는 방법과 디자인을 제시하였다.

The objectives of this paper are to provide information on the characteristics of the discharge signals in a low-voltage indoor outlet. Most of electrical fires are caused by short circuits, overheating of wires, deterioration and incomplete connection of wiring devices. The last two cases are predictable before the occurrence of fire because of its slow progress. We have simulated the discharge signals caused by the deterioration and incomplete connection of wiring devices using aged outlets. From the experimental data, we could characterize the frequency spectrums of the discharge signals depending on the cases. The higher frequency components of the signal are attenuated by the capacitance and inductance of power lines as the measuring point is getting away from the discharges. Main frequency components of the discharge signal are existent at 600kHz - 1.5MHz in incomplete connections and at 210H7z - 8MHz in deteriorations of the outlet.

본 논문에서는 임피던스 반 평면 문제에서 나오는 Sommerfeld 적분의 closed-form을 계산한다. 우선 주어진 Sommerfeld 적분을 두 개의 급수 형태로 표현한다. 급수 중 하나는 exponential integral로 알려진 초월 함수로, 다른 것은 Lommel 함수로 표현이 된다. Lommel 함수 표현으로부터 주어진 Sommerfeld 적분의 closed-form을 incomplete Weber integral로 표현한다. incomplete Weber integral은 여러 분야에서 사용되고 있고 많은 성질들이 알려져 있다. 또 exponential integral 함수 표현으로부터 Sommerfeld 적분을 incomplete Gamma 함수로 근사화한다. 구한 모든 식들은 수칙 적분 결과와 비교하여 validation을 한다.
