  • Loan amount of housing mortgage is composed of various factors. This study paper studies focuses on estimating the determinants of a loan amount of housing mortgage. The region for analysis consist of seven groups, that is, metropolitan city (such as Busan, Daegu, Incheon, Gwangiu, Daejeon, Ulsan.) and Seoul. Analyzing period be formed over a 45 time points(2007. 01.~ 2010. 09). In this paper the dependent variable setting up loan amount of housing mortgage, explanatory(independent) variables are composed of the consumer price index, unemployment rate, average monthly household income per household, expenditure rate of health care, composite stock price index and overdue rate of household loans for commercial bank. In looking at the factors which determine loan amount of housing mortgage, evidence was produced supporting the hypothesis that there is a significant positive relationship between the consumer price index and unemployment rate. The study also produced evidence supporting the view that there is a significant negative relationship between expenditure rate of health care. The study found that average monthly household income per household, expenditure, composite stock price index and overdue rate of household loans for commercial bank were not significant variables. The implications of these findings are discussed for further research.

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the concepts of elementary school teachers related to three states of matter from activities of classifying various materials in life. The subjects were 25 teachers majored in primary science education at a graduate college of education and 10 teachers of elementary school located in a metropolitan city. A questionnaire and observation related to classification activities, and interviews were carried out and analyzed them qualitatively and quantitatively. From the analysis, we found that most elementary school teachers understood the classification criteria of three states of matter through macroscopic viewpoints and experienced difficulties in determining the state of mixture materials. After discussion of the classification results, the teachers’ concept was changed. But, when performing classification activity on the basis of the newly created concepts, it has not reached its results agreed. The result of this study shows that process of concept of science has been agreed in the same way to all people is not easy. Therefore, the teacher education programs to make possible to improve the ability capable of classifying the states of the various matters and to understand the nature of classification is required. In addition, deep discussion on the classification of the mixture is also necessary.

  • Bovine tuberculosis (bTB), caused primarily by Mycobacterium bovis, continues to exert an economic loss, even in countries with active control measures, and is one of zoonotic diseases enable to be transmitted to human. The control and eradication of bTB are mainly based on a test and slaughter policy and/or abattoir surveillance. Various factors including limitation of diagnostic tests have been considered as major constraints to eradication. Single intradermal test (SIT) is the official diagnostic test. New diagnostic methods are needed to be developed, because of limitations of the test. In the present study SIT was compared with single intradermal comparative cervical test (SICCT) and interferon (IFN)-${\gamma}$ assay. There was very low correlation between SIT and SICCT. However, high correlation was shown between SIT and IFN-${\gamma}$ assay while no correlation was observed between SICCT and IFN-${\gamma}$ assay. Therefore, our results suggest the possibility of replacement of SIT with IFN-${\gamma}$ assay for the diagnosis of bovine tuberculosis.

  • Malaria is a potent burden on public healthcare worldwide due to requiring rapid diagnosis and treatment. Nowadays, prompt diagnosis with rapid diagnostic tests (RDTs) has been widely accepted as an effective diagnostic technique in malaria-endemic countries, primarily due to their easy operation, fast output, and straightforward interpretation. The global availability and use of RDTs have gradually grown over recent decades as field-applicable diagnostic tests for the reliable confirmation of malaria infection and proper case management. This study was conducted to evaluate diagnostic performance of 3 commercially available malaria RDT kits : BIOCREDITTM Malaria Ag Pf(pLDH), Malaria Ag Pf(pLDH/pHRPII), and Malaria Ag Pf/Pv(pLDH/pLDH) (where pLDH and pHRPII stand for plasmodium lactate dehydrogenase and histidine-rich protein 2, respectively) for the specific detection of Plasmodium falciparum. A total of 1,129 blood samples including 95 blood samples, confirmed as vivax malaria infection by microscopic examinations and a nested-PCR method, were tested for falciparum malaria infection. The overall sensitivity and specificity of Malaria Ag Pf(pLDH/pHRPII), Malaria Ag Pf/Pv(pLDH/pLDH), and Pf(pLDH) for P. falciparum were 99.0% and 100%, 95.8% and 100%, and 100% and 100%, respectively. It is proposed that the 3 RDT kits perform reliable level of diagnostic accuracy of detection for P. falciparum parasites.

  • This study aims to verify the influence of married men in their 30s and 40s on smartphone addiction, the mediating effect of depression, and the moderating effect according to age. To this end, samples were set up as a convenient sampling for married men in their 30s and 40s living in the Seoul, Gyeonggi, Incheon metropolitan. To verify the influence relationship, mediating effect, and moderation effect of the main variables, we compare the differences in influence by dividing age groups through spss win 25 program Baron & Kenny's analysis, Sobel test, and multi-regression analysis. The analysis results are as follows. First, stress has a positive effect on depression and smartphone addiction, and depression has a positive effect on smartphone addiction. Second, depression has been shown to have a partial mediating effect in the relationship between stress and smartphone addiction. Third, there was a difference in influence between stress and smartphone addiction depending on age groups. Based on the above results, we present policy implications and follow-up research suggestions.

  • In terms of the fact that Innovation School is the main agent which encourages the innovation of school culture, As it has been ten years since the Innovation School was enforced, we do need a practical, indepth study on the quality of policy management. To make this actualize, this study is for analysis and comparison of basic values and operating evaluation plans which have been managed by Metropolitan City Office of Education(MCOE) & Provincial Office of Education(POE). Each of MCOE & POE have their own vision. Those visions are such things; 'Education for All' for Gangwon, Busan, Chungbuk. 'Future School Orientation' for Gyeonggi, Gyeongnam. 'Educational Community Realization' for Gwangju, Seoul, Ulsan, Jeonbuk, Jeju. 'Normalization of Public Education' for Sejong, Incheon, Chungnam. Like such things, each office possesses different vision by their distinct characteristics and in principle, all emphasis on publicness, democracy, and creativity. Management evaluations of the Innovation School is operated by Self-assessment, Intermediate evaluation, and Extensive assessment. The process and evaluation index of Intermediate evaluation and Extensive assessment are similar. Especially, Those assessment have significance in a role of administrating its management of each school and a role of offering associated documents of educational policy with educational renovations with feedback and some good examples.

  • The purpose of this study was to explore the meaning of life in near-poor elderly living alone and experiencing depression. We focused on their lived experiences so that we could understand the essential structure of what kind of life they live. The eligible population included those aged 65 or older, showing 9 points or higher in the Korean form of Geriatric Depression Scale (KGDS), currently living alone for more than 1 year, having no problems of communication difficulties, and nationally defined as a near-poor group. A purposive sample of 8 seniors enrolled in s mental health welfare center in Incheon Metropolitan City were recruited. The phenomenological approach suggested by Colaizzi was used. Data was collected from May 2018 to October 2019 through in-depth interviews. As a result of the study, 6 categories, including 48 themes and 19 theme clusters, were drawn from the data: 'a shabby life that cannot live without help', 'a life where the body and mind are sick', 'a life that wants to be self-reliant', 'a life of gratitude', 'a life with inner peace', and 'a life that needed institutional support.' Findings of this study can be evidence for developing suitable emotional support programs for the near-poor elderly living alone and to enact various welfare laws and policies at the national level.

  • Although image segmentation is a critical part of object-based analysis of high resolution imagery, there has been lack of studies to evaluate the quality of image segmentation. In this study, we aimed to find practical and effective methods to obtain optimal parameters for image segmentation. Evaluations of image segmentation are divided into unsupervised, supervised, and qualitative visual interpretation methods. Using the multispectral UAV images, sampled from urban and forest over the Incheon Metropolitan City Park, three evaluation methods were compared. In overall, three methods showed very similar results regardless of the computational costs and applicability, although the optimal parameters determined by the evaluations were different between the urban and forest images. There is no single measure that outperforms in the unsupervised evaluation. Any combinations of intra-segment measures (V, COV, WV) and inter-segment measures (MI, BSH, DTNP) provided almost the same results. Although supervised method may be biased by subjective selection of reference data, it can be easily applied to detect object of interest. The qualitative visual interpretation on the segmentation results corresponded with the unsupervised and supervised evaluations.

  • The advent of the Fourth Industrial Revolution provides new civilized convenience, while the humanistic ecological environment is at stake. Therefore, looking at our culture and arts ecological foundations is ultimately for the preparation of a rich life for the future. Therefore, establishing a desirable cultural ecosystem begins with an enduring tradition of traditional art. This study examined the dancing characteristics of gabbigochanong-ag, which maintains the nongsapul-inong-ag performance pattern. Two field studies and image analysis studies showed that gabbigochanong-ag maintained the characteristics of traditional nong-ag, which strengthened the solidarity and cooperation of village community members and shared community identity. gabbigochanong-ag encourages the participation of the members of the village community through mechanistic dance movements based on soundness, imitative dance movements with minimal movement, repetitive dance movements, and communicative dance movements, As a result of the change, the members of the group were attracted to each other. Although gabbigochanong-ag was not sophisticated or sophisticated, it had a dancing structure that could create aesthetics and marginal aesthetics of slowness from the swiftness and convenience of civilization and bring harmony among the members of the community with warm emotion.
