The major findings of this research can be summarize as followings: 1. There are significant relationships between the unisex clothing behavior and the sex role attitude subscales. Liberal attitude toward sex role were positively related to unisex clothing behavior for senior childhood years children. 2. There are significant positive correlationships between the attitude of solving problem and comfort, autonomy, linterest and management. 3. The Sex have significant effects on clothing behavior and Grade have partially significant effect on clothing behavior. 5. The equality of the sexes attitude is significant relationships among the sex role attitude subscales except attitude of solving problems. There are significant inter relationships between the family role, occupation role and play role among the sex role subscales. 6. There are significant positive correlations between the unisex clothing behavior and conformity. And significant negative correlations between comfort and the unisex clothing behavior. Comfort is related to autonomy and management. Management is related to auton-omy and interest. 7. There are significant differences in sex role attitude according to two regions.
The objectives of this study were to investigate the three aspects of clothing behavior of high school toys and the relationships between those of clothing behavior and sex role attitude. For clothing behavior, two types of Clothing Conformity Scales were developed for this study, and two other aspects were assessed with Won, Choi. and Kahng's questionnaires dealing with Unisex Clothing Behavior and The Interest in fashionable Styles of Clothing. Sex role attitude was measured by Choi's questionnairs which was selected from Osmond-Martins's Sex Role Attitude Scale, and from Smith, Ferree and Miller's Feminism Scale. The questionnaires were administered to a sample of 243 high school boys in Seoul. The statistical analyses used for this study included relative frequency, Pearson's correlation, stepwise multiple regression. ANOVA, and t-test. The results obtained from this research were: 1) The liberal attitude of high school boys toward sex role was, in part, negatively correlated to the clothing conformity. 2) There were no significant relationships between sex role attitude ana unisex clothing behavior, and between sex role attitude and the interest in fashionable styles of clothing. 3) The unisex clothing behavior of the students was positively correlated to their interest in fashionable styles of clothing.
Clothing is considered as a means of self-projection in the childhood and children show clear preference on their own favorite clothing on which their latent identity is reflected. Changing sex-role identity, in particular, in the modern complex society specially affects the clothing behavior of children. The purpose of this study is to investigate the clothing behavior of children in conjunction with sen-role identity and home environment variables. This study will provide fundamental information on the clothing behavior in the childhood and be of help in selecting appropriate clothing in accordance with the variation of sex-role identity. Necessary information for this study was obtained through a questionaire. 'Bem sex-role identity inventory' was used to investigate the effect of sex-role identity and the clothing behavior was studied in conjunction with the factors of conformity, dependence, aesthetics and interest. The subjects of investigation are composed of three hundred male and female elementary school students in the 5th and 6th grades. For the statistical analysis of the collected data, percentage(%), mean value(M), standard deviation(SD) and Pearson's correlation coefficient were calculated and t-test, $x^2$-test, and Duncan's multiple range test were performed. The results form this study are as follows : 1. Sex-role identity shows a little difference according to gender, order of a birth and standard of living. This small difference is shown to be statistically insignificant. 2. In clothing behavior in connection with the sex-role identity, statistically significant trend was not found in typical sex-role identity group. However, clothing behavior in modernistic sex-role identity group exhibits statistically significant results in the factors of dependence, aesthetics and interest at the level of P<.001. 3. As concerns the clothing behavior in connection with gender, boy students show statistically more significant tendency in aesthetics and interest than girls do. However, boy students show statistically more significant tendency in aesthetics than girls do in connection with the standard of living. Although the clothing behavior associated with the level of parents education, mother's age and existence of mother's job shows a little difference in mean values, statistically significant trend was not detected. 4. Clothing behavior of the children shows a meaningful correlation between the factors. 5. Through 3-dimensional variables analysis, it is found that there is no mutual interaction between gender, sex-role identity and standard of living on the clothing behavior. The results from MCA supplementary analysis reveal that there is difference according to the gender, sex-role identity and standard of living.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate gender role identity and health behavior and to explore the relationship between gender role identity and health behavior among university student. Method: Participants were 245 university students who lived in Daegu. Each participant was administered the KGRII (Korean Gender Role Identity Inventory), and Healthy Life Style: A self-test provided by ODDHP National Health Information Center. The collected data was analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, ${\chi}^2$-test with SPSS 11.0 PC Program. Result: 1. As a result of health behavior level, male students had more health risk behavior problems than female students in smoking(p=.00) and drinking (p=.03). Female students had more health risk behavior problems than male students in exercise and physical activity(p=.00). 2. For female students, feminity type (29.3%) was most common, subjects of undifferentiated type was 26.4%. For male students, masculinity type(32.4%) was most prevalent, and androgenic type was 31.4%. 3. Androginy typed group had more healthy behavior compared with other gender role identity typed group. In contrast, undifferentiated typed group had more high risk behavior compared with other typed group for all of health behavior. Conclusion: These results suggest that gender role identity is a stronger predictor of heath related variable than is sex of subject. Therefore effect methods to develop health promotion program should consider not only sex difference but gender role identity.

The purpose of this study was to identify the degree of self-efficacy, sick-role behavior and metabolic control in patients with diabetes and to identify the relationships among those variables. The subject of the study were composed of 204 NIDDM patients from 2 hospitals, who were visiting the outpatient clinic in Taegu. Data were collected from Sep. 18th to Oct. 5th, 1996. In data analysis, an SPSS/PC+ program was utilized for descriptives correlation, T-test, and ANOVA. The results are as follows. 1) The mean scores for self-efficacy were 65.74 (range 30.83-90.68), on a 100 point scale. 2) The mean scores for sick-role behavior were 3.36(range 1.80-4.67), on a 5 point scale. 3) The mean score for metabolic control was 7.63 (range 5.0-13.2). 4) Self-efficacy was significantly correlated with sick-role behavior(r=.3614, p<0.01) but there were no significant correlations with self-efficacy and metabolic control (r=-.1045, p>0.01), sick-role behavior and metabolic control (r= - .1288, p>0.01). 5) There were significant differences in self-efficacy according to sex(t=4.47, p=0.000) and education(F=8.27, p=0.000). 6) There were no significant differences in sick -role behavior according to demographic characteristics. 7) There were significant differences in metabolic control according to the duration of diagnosed diabetess(F=4.13, p=0.007) and complication (t=2.47, p=0.014). These results suggest that for improvement in sick-role behavior nursing intervention needs to be directed at promoting self-efficacy.

The results of this study show that: First, role modeling of hospital leaders has a positive effect on employees' proactive behavior and a negative effect on their transactional psychological contract; Second, transactional psychological contract has a negative effect on employees' proactive behavior; Third, the transactional psychological contract mediates the effect between role modeling of leaders and employees' proactive behavior.
