화력발전소 보일러 고온헤더의 실시간 수명 감시시스템 개발 (Development of On-Line Life Monitoring System for high-Temperature Header of Fossile Powder Plant Boiler)

  • 화력발전설비 고온요소의 잔여수명평가는 주로 비파괴검사 및 검사결과의 파괴역학적 해석등으로 행해졌다. 그러나 기존 방법은가동중에는 적용되기 어렵고 급작스런 운전이력에 대한 정량적인 손상을 평가할 수 없었다. 따라서 구조물의 형상, 운전이력 및 재료물성에 근거하여 실시간 수명소비율 및 잔여수명을 평가하는 기술의 개발이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 고온 증기헤더의 수명을 실시간으로 평가하는 감시시스템 소프트웨어를 개발하였다. 고온헤더에 대하여 해석된 온도, 응력, 그린함수를 이용하여 취약부위의 실시간 응력을 계산하고 천이 사이클을 카운트하여 크리프 및, 피로수명을 계산하였다. 본 소프트웨어를 개발함으로써 운전이력에 따른 소비수명을 실시간으로 평가하고 운전정보를 기록하여 향후 운전계획, 보수주기 및 교체시기를 결정하는데 지침이 되도록 하였다.

비파괴검사를 위한 연속형 테라헤르츠 파 기반의 영상화 기술 (Imaging Technique Based on Continuous Terahertz Waves for Nondestructive Inspection)

  • The paper reviews an improved continuous-wave (CW) terahertz (THz) imaging system developed for nondestructive inspection, such as CW-THz quasi-time-domain spectroscopy (QTDS) and interferometry. First, a comparison between CW and pulsed THz imaging systems is reported. The CW-THz imaging system is a simple, fast, compact, and relatively low-cost system. However, it only provides intensity data, without depth and frequency- or time-domain information. The pulsed THz imaging system yields a broader range of information, but it is expensive because of the femtosecond laser. Recently, to overcome the drawbacks of CW-THz imaging systems, many studies have been conducted, including a study on the QTDS system. In this system, an optical delay line is added to the optical arm leading to the detector. Another system studied is a CW-THz interferometric imaging system, which combines the CW-THz imaging system and far-infrared interferometer system. These systems commonly obtain depth information despite the CW-THz system. Reportedly, these systems can be successfully applied to fields where pulsed THz is used. Lastly, the applicability of these systems for nondestructive inspection was confirmed.

FPD용 컬러 필터의 수지 얼룩 결함 형상화에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Visualization of Suzi Mora Defect of FPD Color Filter)

  • Detecting defects on FPD (Flat Panel Display) color filter before the full panel is made is important to reduce the manufacturing cost. Among many types of defects, the low contrast blemish such as Suzi Mura is difficult to detect using standard CCD cameras. Even skilled inspectors in the inspection line can hardly identify such defects using bare eyes. To overcome this difficulty, point spectrometer has been used to analyze the spectrum to differentiate such defects from normal color filters. However, scanning ever increasing-size color filters by a point spectrometer takes too long time to be used in real production line. We propose a system using a spectral camera which can be viewed as a line scan camera composed of an array of point spectrometers. Three types of lighting system that exhibit different illumination spectrums are devised together with a calibration method of the proposed spectral camera system. To visualize the defect areas, various processing algorithms to identify and to enhance the small differences in spectrum between defective and normal areas are developed. Experiments shows 85% successful visualization. of real samples using the proposed system.

  • Robots used for pipe inspection have been studied for a long time and many mobile mechanisms have been proposed to achieve inspection tasks within pipelines. Localization is an important factor for an inpipe robot to perform successful autonomous operation. However, sensors such as GPS and beacons cannot be used because of the unique characteristics of inpipe conditions. In this paper, an inpipe localization algorithm based on elbow detection is presented. By processing the projected marker images of laser pointers and the attitude and heading data from an IMU, the odometer module of the robot determines whether the robot is within a straight pipe or an elbow and minimizes the integration error in the orientation. In addition, an off-line positioning algorithm has been performed with forward and backward estimation and Procrustes analysis. The experimental environment has consisted of several straight pipes and elbows, and a map of the pipeline has been constructed as the result.

This paper presents one of tools to reduce non qualified product on their operation line directly by modernized IT technology after analyzing and making the plan.

  • For memory products, it is very important to develop a new production line as soon as possible. All products are inspected to get rid of defected products at the last testing stage. Those inspection data are called FCM. In this paper, based on the FCM data, Area Usage Factor (AUF) analyzing method will be proposed.   • We consider a filling process problem on a production line. Up to present this problem have examined by 100% inspection. Thus a target value is determined which takes into account the regular selling prices, the reprocess cost, the excess quality cost and the process variability and so on. However, in this paper we propose a solution under specified sampling plan when the inspection is nondestructive.

  • 본 논문에서는 표면실장기판을 위한 자동 광학 검사 시스템에서 사용되는 데이터 산출방법에 대한 알고리즘을 제안 한다. 제안된 새로운 부품검사 알고리즘은 검사영역을 분할해 템플릿에서의 매칭률이 가장 높은 부분만을 세밀하게 재검사하는 방법을 사용하여 기존의 방법들보다 시간이 단축 될 뿐만 아니라 많은 양의 메모리를 필요로 하는 템플릿의 패턴들의 메모리 용량상의 문제점을 해결할 수 있다. 실험 결과를 제시하여 제안된 검사 알고리즘을 검증한다.

  • 부식결함은 가스배관의 신뢰성평가 및 정비계획에 유의한 영향을 미친다. 부식결함은 정기적인 ILI를 통해 수집할 수 있지만 ILI 데이터의 효과적인 분석은 아직 미흡한 실정이다. 본 논문은 부식결함이 존재할 때 가스배관의 잔여수명을 예측하는 문제를 다룬다. 실제 운용 환경에서 배관 파라미터는 불확실성의 영향 하에 놓이게 되므로 확률적인 접근방법을 채택한다. 배관의 고장은 그 운용압력이 배관파열압력보다 클 때 발생하는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 따라서 배관의 고장확률은 운용압력이 배관파열압력보다 클 확률로서 정의된다. 이를 계산하기 위해 본 논문에서는 구조공학 분야에서 널리 쓰이는 First Order Reliability Method (FORM) 알고리즘을 이용한다. 배관파열압력을 얻기 위한 모델은 잘 알려진 Battelle 코드를 채택한다. ILI 데이터가 주어질 때 고장확률을 계산하는 과정은 Matlab GUI를 통해 제시하고 특히 부식결함의 클러스터링이 계산결과에 미치는 영향을 논의한다. 본 논문의 결과는 고장확률 추정의 정밀도를 높이고 효율적인 정비정책을 수립하는데 적절한 클러스터링이 필요함을 시사한다.

차세대 고속열차의 레일표면 결함 검출 시스템 (Rail Surface Defect Detection System of Next-Generation High Speed Train)

  • In this paper, we proposed the automatic vision inspection system using multi-layer perceptron to detect the defects occurred on rail surface. The proposed system consists of image acquisition part and analysis part. Rail surface image is acquired as equal interval using line scan camera and lighting. Mean filter and dynamic threshold is used to reduce noise and segment defect area. Various features to characterize the defects are extracted. And they are used to train and distinguish defects by MLP-classifier. The system is installed on HEMU-430X and applied to analyze the rail surface images acquired from Honam-line at high speed up to 300 km/h. Recognition rate is calculated through comparison with manual inspection results.
