The Extension Program accountability will continue to be an influential force to develop agriculture and rural area. As we incorporate new approaches into our service program and respond to new domains of knowledge, we must also consider how our assessment strategies may need to change in order to meet local and other external standards. The main purpose of the study was to be what the best way of Extension Service is set farmers' educational needs met and to be what kind of methodologies and role of Extension system should provide for their faced problem solving effectively. The major results of the study on Farmers' needs toward Korean Extension Services are summarized as follows. First, it is observed that, when the farmers' perceptions were analyzed, the most ranked by the farmers' needs was "having nice extension workers to get advice and solve their problems on the farm in all at once." Farmers had especially more positive attitudes in the categories of interest and careers in ag-technology. To do services level up, the headquarter of Rural Development of Administration must be work with local branches to effectively deliver their missions and educational objectives to target crops and farmers group. And farmers were strongly needed "a specialized service team will be organized" to work closely with operating services for ag-products processing, packing and marketing. The recommendations were made by: farmers' needs should be identified and announced by computer networking development to solve their problems faster. Also, provincial and county level service members should have a chance to working at research institute or related work places with their incentives, which system will be easer to meet farmers' needs and deal with their problems so that the systematic approaches should be managed and recorded their educational attendings, education contents and even their farming corporations. Finally, Agricultural Extension Service should be met to general ag-technology literacy and be balanced with knowledge of other industries and be competitive service with better values in non-agricultural sectors.

테크놀로지의 중요성이 증가함에 따라 교육에 테크놀로지를 통합하기 위하여 예비 교사를 위한 지식인 TPACK의 필요성이 증가하였다. 이에 따라 예비 교사의 TPACK 향상을 위하여 프로그래밍 기반 TPACK 교육 프로그램이 개발하였지만, 개발된 프로그램은 예비 교사의 자아효능감 발달에 한계가 존재하였다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 개선된 TPACK-P 교육 프로그램을 예비 교사에게 적용하여 자아효능감 변화를 검증하였다. 검증을 위하여, 두 집단의 예비 교사에게 기존과 개선된 TPACK-P 교육 프로그램을 적용하였다. 적용 결과, 개선된 TPACK-P 교육 프로그램은 예비 교사의 자아효능감 발달에 효과적이었다. 세부 영역에서는 예비 교사의 자신감, 과제난이도선호가 기존 프로그램보다 유의한 향상이 진행된 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통하여 개선된 TPACK-P 교육 프로그램은 기존의 교육 프로그램보다 예비 교사가 수업에 테크놀로지를 통합을 촉진한다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

The purpose of this study is to develop a service learning education program for engineers and to investigate its educational effects. This study reviewed the concept and characteristics of service learning and examined the service learning education programs operated in higher education environments. The Service Learning Education Program was developed by integrating engineering design and community service activities. This program has been applied to the engineering education from 2014 to 2016. As a result of the study, the learners' satisfaction with service learning activities, empathy ability, and engineering design ability were improved. Based on the research results, practical implications are suggested to the instructors who want to develop the service learning education program for engineering students.

Purpose: This study aimed to compare the health service delivery level and educational needs by work experiences and types of public health center among the nurses who work as visiting health services workers at public health centers. Methods: Data collected from 484 nursing staff for 2 weeks, was analyzed using the SPSS program t-test, ANOVA, and Spearman Rank-Order Correlation. Nurses with more than 2 years experience were 79.1%; and 43.6% of the subjects worked within Gun type public health centers. Results: The health service performance frequency of metropolitan city type public health centers was significantly high in the areas of education, behavior pattern, chronic disease, pregnant women & infants, and multi-cultural family. The health service performance frequency of Gun type public health centers was significantly high in the areas of type of test, fundamental nursing, and basic rehabilitation. In addition, the correlation between the performance frequency and educational needs was positively correlated, and the subjects with greater educational needs performed more. Conclusion: Educational programs should be designed according to the types of public health centers rather than work experiences, especially in systematic training for frequently performed items after reviewing the practice precisely.

글로벌 환경에서 우수한 무역인재의 보유는 이제 국가의 수출경쟁력을 좌우하게 된다. 따라서 이러한 인재를 양성하기 위한 교육 프로그램을 전세계적으로 운영하고 있다. 우리나라 역시 예외는 아니다. 다양한 무역인재양성프로그램을 수행하고 있다. 그 중에서 가장 실효성 있는 프로그램이라 할 수 있는 지역특화청년무역전문가양성사업에 대해 본 연구를 살펴보고자 한다. 지역특화청년무역전문가양성사업의 교육을 이수한 학생들을 대상으로 그들이 국제화의도를 증폭시키는데 교육의 서비스가 어떠한 역할을 하는지 알아보고 있다. 그 결과, 강사품질, 교육인프라품질, 교육품질 모두가 교육만족도와 국제화의도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으며, 교육만족도는 매개변수로서의 역할을 수행하고 있었다. 이는 단순히 교육을 수행하는 것이 중요한 것이 아니라 교육서비스품질이 무엇보다 중요함을 시사하고 있어 향후 교육자 양성에도 관심을 가져야만 우수한 무역인재가 양성될 수 있음을 본 연구결과는 보여주고 있다.

본 연구에서는 TPACK 교육을 통해 예비 교사의 수업 전문성 변화를 분석하였다. 이러한 연구를 위하여 예비 교사 20명을 대상으로 김성원과 이영준(2019)에서 개발한 프로그래밍 기반 TPACK 교육 프로그램을 적용하였다. 수업 전문성 분석을 위하여 예비 교사가 작성한 수업 지도안을 분석 틀을 활용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 1차 수업 지도안에서 예비 교사는 테크놀로지 활용이 저조하며, 지식을 전달하거나 실험하는 수업을 설계하였다. 2차 수업 지도안에서는 테크놀로지 활용이 증가하였지만, 교육적 맥락에 따라 테크놀로지가 활용되지 않았다. 3차 수업 지도안에서 모든 예비 교사가 테크놀로지를 교육적 맥락에 따라 활용하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한, 예비 교사의 수업 전문성은 통계적으로 유의한 향상이 나타났다.

본 연구의 목적은 지역사회서비스투자사업 제공기관 종사자를 대상으로 직급별 교육 필요도와 직무 실행도 인식을 분석하여 교육요구를 파악하는 것이다. 이를 위해 경기지역 지역사회서비스투자사업 중 아동재활치료기관 종사자 619명의 자료를 수집하였으며, 수집된 자료는 t-검정을 통해 분석하였다. 연구결과, 교육 필요도와 직무 중요도의 차이를 보이는 항목은 기관장의 경우, 전문자격분야 10개, 사업운영관리분야 2개, 고객관리분야 4개, 서비스개발 및 마케팅분야 4개이었고, 실무자의 경우 전문자격분야 3개, 사업운영관리분야 2개, 고객관리분야 2개, 서비스개발 및 마케팅분야 5개였다. 치료사의 경우는 35개 모든 교육내용의 필요도 및 직무 수행도 간에 차이가 크게 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 지역사회서비스투자사업 종사자들의 교육방향을 수립하는데 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구는 CIPP모형을 활용하여 항공서비스교육의 성과를 평가하고자 한다. CIPP모형의 상황평가(Context), 투입평가(Input), 과정평가(Process), 산출평가(Product)를 중심으로 요인을 도출하고 항공서비스교육의 만족도와 재추천에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 그 결과 만족도에는 상황평가(C)의 교육목표, 과정평가(P)의 상호작용, 프로그램관리, 산출평가(P)의 직무성과 요인이 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 투입평가(I)의 인적자원은 부정적인 영향을 주었다. 또한 서비스교육의 재추천에는 상황평가(C)의 교육목표, 과정평가(P)의 상호작용, 교육지원, 산출평가(P)의 직무성과 요인이 긍정적인 요인으로 작용하였으며, 상황평가(C)의 요구진단은 부정적인 요인으로 영향을 미쳤다. 따라서 항공서비스교육의 만족도를 높이기 위해서는 인적자원이 아니라 교육의 목표, 상호작용, 프로그램관리, 성과를 높여야 하며, 서비스교육의 재추천을 위해서는 항공사의 요구진단보다는 교육목표, 상호작용, 교육지원, 직무성과를 높일 필요가 있음을 시사한다.

본 연구는 교육서비스 관련 상품 판매 요인이 교육서비스 만족에 미치는 영향을 파악하고, 이러한 만족이 재등록과 구전효과에 미치는 영향에 관하여 분석하였다. 입시학원에 수강 중인 학생들과 학부모들을 대상으로 실증분석 한 결과 교육서비스 관련 상품판매요인인 교육프로그램과 강사요인에 관한 가설들은 지지되었다. 그러나 물리적환경과 수강료가 교육서비스 만족에 미치는 영향에 대한 가설은 기각되었다. 또한 교육서비스 만족은 재등록과 구전효과에 미치는 영향에 관한 가설은 지지되었다. 이상의 연구결과를 종합해볼 때 교육서비스 만족에 미치는 영향에 있어 교육프로그램과 강사요인이 중요한 역할을 하며 물리적 환경과 수강료는 교육서비스 만족에 있어 중요한 요인이 아니다라는 결론이 도출되었다. 또한 교육서비스 만족은 재등록과 긍정적인 구전형성에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 결론이 도출되었다.

최근 지능형 교육서비스로봇을 이용한 교육적 효과가 입증되면서, 유치원에 상용화가 시작되었으며, 2010년에는 초등학교 방과후 학교 영어수업을 위한 기술 개발과 필드 적용 연구가 진행되어 로봇보조학습, 즉 서비스로봇에 의한 r-Learning 패러다임의 본격적인 도래를 예고하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 교육용 로봇의 개념과 종류를 정의하고, 관련 연구 동향을 살펴보았다. 또한 서비스 로봇에 의한 로봇보조학습으로서의 r-Learning의 특성을 살펴보고, u-Learning과의 차별성을 분석하였다. 그리고 로봇보조학습의 콘텐츠와 서비스에 대해 정의하였으며, 로봇보조학습 서비스 모델과 서비스 현황을 살펴보고 관람 진화적인 측면을 비교하였다. 마지막으로 빠르게 성장하고 있는 로봇보조학습 서비스 시장을 위하여 교육 및 연구기관, 정부기관, 로봇산업체가 준비해야할 사항들을 제언하였다.
