  • Small and medium-sized firms are increasingly dependent on the knowledge and expertise of the supply chain as a whole to innovate and improve supply chain performance. This research examines the capabilities that enable firms to collaborate successfully, and aims to identify the determinants of SCM performance of the suppliers participating in supply chains managed by Global Korean companies. This study proposes the technology support, the collaboration with tier two companies, incentives and information sharing as major research variables, and collected the survey responses from 58 domestics suppliers. The statistical results indicate that the incentives, technology support and the collaboration with tier two firms influence the level of co-work with the firm leading supply chain, and that information sharing has some impact on SCM performance of the suppliers. But on the contrary to our expectation, the co-work with the firm leading supply chain has only moderate impact on SCM performance with p value just over 5%. We conclude this paper with some suggestions for future research.

  • As the worldwide trade of agricultural products became liberalized with the establishment of WTO and FTA, relatively cheaper agricultural products have influenced the Korean domestic market substantially. Fortunately, foreign countries have soften their restrictions on Korean agricultural exports, providing Korean farmers with more opportunities to advance into the world market. This study aims to propose a multiple-criteria decision-making model for selecting an optimal tomato export farm, as the part of an effort to vitalize exports of domestic agricultural products amid the competitive agricultural market worldwide. For this purpose, we are suggesting a 2-step decision-making model which consists of a simple hierarchy decision model that preliminary selects tomato export farms and a detailed hierarchy decision model that chooses the final and optimal tomato export farm. We applied the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to determine the relative importance of the used evaluation factors and to choose the tomato export farms with most potential. Eventually, the systematic and efficient decision-making model proposed in this paper can be applied to determine the optimal export farms for crops other than tomato, and thus it can encourage the competitiveness of Korean agricultural exports.

Structural equation was used for black AMOS18. The results of the measurement analysis were summarized as follows: 1. family resilience showed positive correlation with positive attitudes toward a children with disabilities of non-disabled siblings. 2. as a result of regression analysis for find out influence of family resilience on the positive attitude of non-disabled siblings, family resilience was statistically significant influence factors, which 50%, 50% explanatory power. In conclusion, these results reinforce the important of considering family context as a contributor to the positive attitudes toward a children with disabilities of non-disabled siblings, so it could be suggested that family resilience needs to be improve.

  • It is to provide the basic materials for the development of a cadaver practice program, the anatomical, educational programs, etc. by confirming the experiences by the nursing college students of the human body anatomy observations using the Cadaver Model. It was intended to understand the meaning and the essence of the experiences by the nursing college students of the human body anatomy observations using the Cadaver Model by selecting the Colaizzi Analysis Method with the materials collected from the interviews with 2 focus group teams. Regarding the essential structure, 6 categories were arrived at, including 'The ambivalence regarding the cadaver practice', 'Running into the true reality', 'Learning a valuable thing', 'The mind for facing the human beings has become deep', 'The feeling that I am gradually becoming a person who tends the sick', and 'The deliberations regarding the sound giving. It was confirmed that, not only with the understanding of anatomy through the cadaver practices, but, also by experiencing and worrying about the understanding, the life and the respect, the death, the ethics regarding the job, etc. the nursing college students were gradually becoming the persons tending the sick.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate convergent factors which influence nursing students' problem solving abilities. Participants were 224 nursing students selected by convenience sampling at universities in Seoul, Chungnam-do, and Ulsan. Data were collected using a questionnaire from 6 March to 20 April, 2013. The SPSS/WIN 21.0 program was used for data analysis. There were positive correlations between problem solving abilities and critical thinking, empathy, nursing professionalism, self leadership. Participants who had good GPA(Grade point average) and interpersonal relationship more likely to have better problem solving abilities than those who did not. The influencing factors on problem solving abilities of nursing students were critical thinking, empathy, nursing professionalism, self leadership, grade point average, and satisfaction for practicum. These findings imply that we need to develop and apply new instruction strategies on fostering critical thinking, empathy, nursing professionalism, self leadership to improve nursing students' problem solving abilities.

  • Mobile healthcare apps should be paid more attention not just as software, but also as significant health information providers. We examine the impact of psychological factors (e,g., instrumental efficacy, informational efficacy, health information orientation, playfulness, and responsiveness) on intention to continuous use of mobile healthcare apps. Based on an expanded technology acceptance model (TAM II), this study examined the effects of psychological factors influencing the usage of mobile healthcare apps. The results showed that informational efficacy and instrumental efficacy influenced intention to use through perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. Playfulness influenced intention to continuous use directly as well as indirectly through perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. Health information orientation and responsiveness influenced intention to continuous use through perceived usefulness. This study suggests the need for adopting instrumental, informative perspectives and playfulness in contemporary health research and production of mobile healthcare apps.

  • This study was performed to examine that convergence-based integrated simulation practice program curriculum effects the clinical decision making, problem solving competence, clinical competence and confidence of core fundamental nursing skill performance for nursing students. After the convergence-based integrated simulation practice program, there were significant increased in problem solving process(t=-3.052, p<.01), clinical competence(t=-4.279, p=.000), and confidence of core fundamental nursing skill performance(t=-2.416, p<.05). The finding of this study verified that the integrated simulation practice program curriculum can be used for improvements of problem solving competence, clinical competence and confidence of core fundamental nursing skill performance for nursing students. It is necessary to develop a scientific analytical evaluation tool and program, and it would be necessary to have a system for scientifically analyzing the integration of simulation practical courses by nursing college students by grade level and subjects.

  • This study was performed to examine the effects of the peer mentoring learning-based program, named preclinical objective structured clinical examination (OSCE), on self-confidence on core basic nursing skills and critical thinking disposition of nursing students. A nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design was used. The participants were 68 sophomore nursing students of a university in J province. The research period was conducted from February 2016 to February 2017. As a result, OSCE increased self-confidence on core basic nursing skills and critical thinking disposition, compared to the control group. Post self-confidence on core basic nursing skills had positive correlations with post critical thinking. Therefore, we suggest that based on this study findings, further research be done to compare and analyze effectiveness of various peer mentoring learning-based OSCE programs.

However, the psychological anxiety of IT staff is increasing due to stress and uncertainty created by the new technologies. Accordingly, researchers examined how professional identity moderate the effect of job stress of system maintenance staff on emotion exhaustion. For empirical studies, data was collected from 160 employees responsible for managing and supporting IS, and the hypothesis was verified using SPSS 21. The analysis results showed that role conflicts, role ambiguity, and qualitative work overload, which are components of job stress, have affected the emotion exhaustion. Professional identity had a moderating effect the relationship between qualitative work overload and emotion exhaustion. On the other hand, professional identity did not moderate the relationship between role conflict and emotion exhaustion, role ambiguity and emotion exhaustion. As professional identity lessen the psychological burden and emotion exhaustion of introducing new technologies, organizations need to provide support to enhance professional identity for system maintenance staff.
