The purpose of this thesis is to understand the relationship between the College Scholastic Ability Test(CSAT) and the Mathematics Level Assessment(MLA) which is conducted in P University. There are high correlations in grades, subject areas and college entrance types between grades of mathematics B-type of the CSAT and scores of the MLA. However, the many students showed substantial differences between the grades in the two tests. On the basis of these analysis results, we suggest plans for improving the implementation of the MLA and the teaching-learning methods about College General Mathematics.

The purpose of this study is to examine support policies regarding work and family reconciliation, to suggest plans to improve workplace policies, and to suggest directions for further studies. This study looks at OECD's work-life reconciliation policies as well as family friendly workplace policies in Korea to find a way to enhance business' receptiveness and implementation of the policies. By examining women's labor conditions, this study finds that family friendly workplace policies are necessarily imminent in our society of low fertility and ageing. Along with the evaluation of benefit level and the effectiveness of current policies, this study uses data from interviews with working mothers who have had the experience of family friendly benefits. The results of the analyses suggest that the government should focus on improving the workplace environment in companies that do not show bias against the use of family friendly policies. In order to farm more successful policies, future studies are needed to analyze the changes of fertility, working conditions, support programs, and benefits.

An operation planning of lift car is crucial in tall building construction especially it's arrangement plans, because it is related with transportation distance of finishing materials affecting construction productivity. Since tall building construction, composed of complicating and huge plane have complex traffic lines of finishing materials, to determine the position of lift car empirically or intuitively has limits. Therefore this paper suggest an optimum layout model of lift car minimizing the transportation distance both at site-level and floor-level using Graph theory and Dijkstra algorithm.

There is a rental housing policy in Korea to support low income citizen. However, the living condition of tenants through this rental program is not work for improving, unlike the initial purpose of providing rental housings. Rental housings, which were planned to improve the residential welfare and enhance self-reliance ability of low income groups and the elderly. It's not effective any more in terms of policy purpose. To solve this problem, plans are needed to support for the construction by Farm-Housing(FH) so that the residents of can support their self-reliance by promoting creating jobs and cooperation. This paper analyze and propose some solution in terms of legal system, financing and streamlining of planing process and permission to support FH program. The paper focus purpose to help identify a new area through such proposals and retain a power of leading technology by bridging the gap between the realistic aspect and ideal aspect.

In this paper, a novel IFF(Identification of Friend and Foe) landmine system has been designed and fabricated using RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) wireless communication system. The IFF landmine system is composed of RECOMS(Remote Controlled Munition System), RFID reader and RFID tag. When the friendly forces have been identified by RFID wireless communication, the IFF landmine is unloaded automatically and indicates the warning message to the operator. Through the discussion, the detailed designs and the test results of identification distance have been described and antenna revision plans for improving the performance have been mentioned.

In this study, we studied the change plan essentially used for improving the existing railroad signal system. For mixed installation with the existing equipment by introducing new equipment in the city railroad currently operated, it is required to establish a plan depending on the change and to present a plan for change. For the change, since it is necessary to classify ground equipment and onboard equipment and change must be carried out considering performance and functions of each equipment, we classified and studied each equipment for plans of change.

This paper proposed an effect analysis method that meets the characteristics and purposes of the revitalization project for old industrial complexes, and quantified the economical effects about the project in Jeollabuk-do by case analysis. The problems on the existing effect analysis about revitalization project for old industrial complexes, estimated as transportation benefits on the main entrance roads plan and the increased rent benefits on the internal roads and other plans, were examined. In addition, the land use plan ratio on the old industrial complexes compared to the averages, and the surveys to the residential company were conducted. And this paper finally proposed an effect analysis methodology for the revitalization project for old Industrial Complexes in consideration of the increase in the operation rate and the added values through the conversion to high value-added industrial sectors. It was analyzed that new value added of KRW 743,278 million can be generated for next 30 years when the revitalization project for old Industrial Complexes in Jeollabuk-do is implemented.

Purpose - This study focused on the development of a Korean language curriculum to solve the problem of Korean literacy among students from multicultural families. Research design, data, and methodology - A case study was conducted on Sim(2018)'s learner-centered learning model to develop an educational plan including AI technology, which will help students from multicultural families to effectively improve their communication and learning skills by improving their reading, writing, and speaking of Korean. Result - Total of six educational plans using AI technology (Microsoft PowerPoint's drawing function, AutoDraw, and Google's Four-cut cartoons) were developed. Conclusion - The curriculum using AI is expected to greatly contribute to the recovery of language learning ability and confidence in studies necessary to improve learners' language education.

This study confirmed the effect of manager's communication type perceived by organizational members on innovative behavior and the mediating effect of organizational culture. In other words, the manager's communication type was statistically positive for organizational members' innovation behavior (Hypothesis 1) and organizational culture (Hypothesis 2). Organizational culture improved innovative behavior of organizational members (Hypothesis 3). In addition, organizational culture played a mediating role between the manager's communication type and organizational members' innovative behavior (Hypothesis 4). In other words, the importance of improving the innovative behavior of organizational members, which is a key factor for advancing organizational sustainability management, was confirmed. It was confirmed that the manager's communication type and organizational culture act as a key factor for the advancement of innovative behavior. Therefore, executives and managers confirmed the importance of systematic managers' communication-type competency development and organizational culture revitalization plans and the necessity of implementing them in order to improve innovative behavior.

In this study, it was analyzed that it is necessary to clarify the quality certification parts system, to make certification codes mandatory for self-certification products that are normally distributed, and to conduct follow-up management so that prompt action and thorough management of test reports are necessary in case of defects. Big data-based data, the detailed number of parts replacement cases, parts cost by part group, share, average labor cost, calculated to analyze the detailed automobile parts industry, and automobile parts certification system and automobile parts market in major countries including Korea and Through the distribution structure analysis, improvement plans for the automobile quality certification parts system were derived.
