조리기능사자격제도 개선방안에 관한 실증적 연구 (A Demonstrative Study on an Improvement Scheme for a Cooking Technician Screening System)

  • This study aimed at drawing a scheme for more developmental and rational improvement of the screening examination system to cope with the rapidly changing industrial environment positively, enhance the food service industry qualitatively, and reinforce engaged specialty of those engaged in the industry. To set a rational improvement scheme for a cook screening system, the study conducted a prior study on job analysis of those engaged in cooking, a review on relevant laws, and a theoretical research on those problems in the current cook screening examination system. On this basis, it understood the actual condition of the current cook screening system and implemented a demonstrative analysis through a survey to draw a section on a future improvement scheme. The results were analyzed largely from two viewpoints: the general condition of the cook screening system and the future improvement scheme for the system.

  • ISDN AO/DI provides efficient communication. It dynamically allocates channels for bandwidth, which is key component for packet data communication. In this paper, we analyze performance improvement of ISDN AO/DI system with buffering scheme and compare with AO/DI system without buffering scheme. From the simulation of AO/DI with buffering scheme, we see that the required bandwidth is less than of the AO/DI system without buffering scheme.

  • The checkpointing scheme is a well-known technique to cope with transient faults in digital systems. This paper proposes an adaptive checkpointing scheme for the reliability improvement of real-time control systems. The proposed adaptive checkpointing scheme is based on the previous work about the reliability problem of an equidistant checkpointing scheme. For the derivation of the adaptive scheme, some conditions are introduced which are to be satisfied for the reliability improvement by exploiting an equidistant checkpointing scheme. Numerical data show the proposed adaptive scheme outperforms the equidistant scheme from a reliability point of view.

영상의 지역성을 이용한 보간 영상의 화질 개선 기법 (Quality Improvement Scheme of Interpolated Image using the Locality)

  • In the case of image magnification by using interpolation methods, interpolated pixels are estimated from the known pixels in source image. The magnified image is composed of the known pixels in source image and the interpolated pixels which is estimated. If the interpolated pixels are estimated to have the locality which is exists in real images, the magnified image is much closer to the real image. In this paper, an improved interpolation scheme is proposed to estimate pixels from the known pixels in source image using the locality which is exists in real images. The magnified image by using the proposed interpolation scheme is much closer to the real image. The performance of the proposed interpolation scheme is evaluated by using PSNR(Peak Signal to Noise Ratio) in experiment. The PSNR of the magnified image by using the proposed scheme is improved than that of the magnified images by using existing interpolation methods. So, the proposed interpolation scheme is an efficient interpolation method for the quality improvement of magnified image.

메타평가 모형 적용을 통한 해상교통안전진단제도 개선방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Improvement of Maritime Traffic Safety Assessment Scheme by applying Metaevaluation Model)

  • 해상교통안전진단제도가 해사안전법(구. 해상교통안전법)에 명시(2009. 5. 27)되어 제도적 기반을 구축한 이후 개선을 위한 지속적인 노력은 계속되어 왔으나 아직까지 제도의 고도화를 위한 종합적이고 체계적인 검토가 이루어지지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이에, 본 연구는 메타평가에 관한 이론을 토대로 설계된 해상교통안전진단제도의 메타평가 분석틀, 즉 'PIP'OU 메타평가 모형'을 적용, 진단활동 전반에 대한 메타평가를 실시하여 현황 및 문제점을 분석하고 개선방안을 제시하였다. 그 결과, 진단 관련자들은 진단활동 자체가 제도의 목적에 부합하고 있으나 운영 측면은 미흡하여 '진단계획' 영역을 중심으로 개선이 필요하고 특히, 관련 이해당사자간 시각차를 최소화 할 수 있는 방안을 함께 고려하여야 하는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 제도 개선사항의 시급성을 정량화하여 우선순위를 제안함으로써 향후 관련 정책의 체계적인 개선에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 현실적인 지형DB 품질향상 방안을 마련하고, 이를 토대로 기존 토지종합정보망의 DB 구축 및 유지관리 절차와 방법, 기준 등을 보완하여 지속적인 품질향상의 기반을 마련하는데 있다. 이를 위해 지형DB를 사용하고 있는 사용자를 대상으로 품질 만족도 및 요구수준을 파악하였고, 제안된 품질향상방안을 구체화하고 검증하기 위해 원시자료의 평가, 기하 및 논리오류 수정, 그리고 준공도면을 이용한 유지관리에 대한 실험연구를 수행하였다. 또한 지속적인 품질유지 및 향상을 위해 관련제도의 정비방안을 제시하고 지침을 보완하였다.

  • Matrix converter is direct power conversion system. Matrix converter has many merits that possible bidirectional power flow, input power factor own control and system without DC-link. But matrix converter has some demerits that need many switching devices and switching loss. This paper suggest optimal matrix converter control scheme for improvement for switching loss part. Proposed control scheme verified that 10% improvement in efficiency, input current's harmonic loss and output voltage's EMI improvement.

Throughput Improvement of an AMQAM Scheme by using New Switching Thresholds over Nakagami-m Fading Channels

  • In this paper, we investigate the throughput improvement of an adaptive M-ary quadrature modulation (AMQAM) scheme by using new switching thresh-olds over slow frequency nonselective Nakagami-m fading channels. The new switching thresholds are obtained by using the approximated BER expressions with complimentary error functions for each modulation scheme given in AWGN channels. By using the new switching thresholds, we can improve the maximum system throughput. For example, we get the maximum throughput improvement about 0.32 when tile target BER is 10$\^$-3/ and the fading figure m = 3.

  • The error rate equation of DS-CDMA/DQPSK skgnal adopting ARQ scheme has been derived in indoor radio channel which is characterized by AWGN, multi-user interference (MUI) and Rician fading, Using the derived equation the error performance has been evaluated and shown in figures as a function of direct to diffuse signal power ratio(KS1rT), the number of active users (K), PN code sequence length (N), the number of parity bit of linear code (b), forward channel BER, and ES1bT/NS1OT. From the results it is known that in severe fading environments (KS1rT=6) the performance of DS-CDMA/DQPSK system is not reliable so it is needed to adopt techniques for improvement. When an ARQ scheme is adopted, as a method for improving error performance, the performance improves compared with that of non-ARQ scheme and the degree of improvement is proportional to the number of parity bits of linear code. As increasing the number of parity bits, system performance is improved vut system throughput efficiency must be considered. In severe fading channel Hybrid ARQ scheme is more effective than ARQ scheme. As a result, ARQ scheme is appropriate for the high-reliability data communication systems over the radio channel in which the real time processing is not required.
