As the Information and Communication Technology developed, the administration computerization of the government was promoted, and cyber attacks targeting IT products are spreading all over the world due to the reverse functions. Accordingly, governments in each country have begun to verify the security in the introduction of IT products by national and public institutions in order to protect information, and established the policy required in the introduction process. This research analyzes the introduction policy of domestic IT products to identify the supplement point. In addition, we analyze trends of introduction of IT products in the major developed countries such as USA, UK, Japan, Canada, and Australia. Finally, we propose the improvement method of domestic introduction policy through comparison analysis with domestic introduction policy.

This study was carried out by practical method in a subjectivity study accessible in-depth, in sloughing off old habit of functional quantity analysis about policy of dental treatment. The perception pattern come out in this study were divided into four types in Q-methodology. The result is as follows ; it is divided into 1[(N=11) : Extension Policy Type], 2[(N=13) : Institutional Improvement Type], 3[(N=5) : Image Improvement Type], 4[(N=14) : Treatment Focus Type], 5[(N=5) : Efficient Access Type], 6[(N=10) : Developmental Demand Type]. There are four types of fire fighter images. In conclusion, this study is to ascertain acceptance behavior about Reception Type on policy of dental treatment ; to offer a developmental suggestion about it.

The purposes of this study are to comprehend the importance of policy in improving the operation of the public arboretum and survey the program satisfaction of participants and operators based on the case of the Daegu arboretum. According to the order of policy priority regarding the Daegu arboretum, the expansion of the education program topped the list with 0.155 points, followed by the establishment of a vision and goal, and the reestablishment of function, which scored 0.135 and 0.135 points, respectively. Fostering citizens' participation through volunteer work was in the upper ranks with 0.131 points. Building networks among public arboretums and constructing a research cooperation system with universities turned up with 0.09 and 0.075 points. As the result of program satisfaction, participants' satisfaction was around 0.66 points higher than that of operators' satisfaction. In the case of participants, comprehensive satisfaction, including that with the program operation method, was very high at 4.85 points. Out of the entire program, the operators were the most satisfied with the benefits. This study aims to share improvement plans for public arboretums constructed in urban areas, analyzing policy priorities and satisfaction related to the Daegu arboretum. The results of this study can be utilized as data for the improvement plans of public arboretums. If improvement plans for public arboretums are modeled with other follow-up case studies, it will help ensure that public arboretums become evolving rather than fixed areas for citizens.

The aim of this work is to study the specifics of demographic processes in the Republic of Kazakhstan and to justify proposals concerning improvement of tendencies and methods of realizations of demographic policy in the country. The following methods have been used in this study: the principles of system approach; methods of statistical and comparative economic analysis, sociological analysis; method of expert evaluations; generalization and system analysis. Statistical method is based on the accountability of statistics office of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan (RK) and on the results of sociological studies. The official statistic information, materials of the population census of the RK, materials of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of RK, data from author's studies, carried out in the Institute of Economy of science committee of Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan were used in this study. The conclusion about positive tendencies in demographic processes and about necessity of improvement of demographic policy was made. A number of proposals and recommendations concerning creation of favorable social and economic conditions for improvement of demographic situation, enhancement of institutional basis of demographic policy, forms and methods of its realization considering priorities of future development of Kazakhstan were justified.

The development of local defense parts has played a role a pure function such as maintenance of stable procurement source of military goods, provision of timely supply, establishment of self-defense base, creation of import substitution effect considering the whole life-cycle cost, reduction of foreign currency and protection of domestic defense industry. However, as the development success rate is deteriorating, it is time to analyze the related policies and improve the system. In order to improve the success rate of development of parts for the defense sector, it is necessary to unify the separated policies by the development-related departments and strengthen the policy support for the development companies to actively participate in the development. In addition, it is necessary to improve the paradigm for the selection of development items and change the authority of selecting development items and to delegate authority to create synergies. Parts localization development policy improvement is military support side it will contribute to strengthening defense power management by organically combining with technological development aspect and economical aspect. Development items will be linked to defense exports, which will have a remarkable effect on sales growth and job creation effects. The development of local defense parts is spreading.

The purposes of this study are both to identify suggestions regarding the evaluation framework of construction policy performance based on the analysis of the 4th Master Plan for Improvement of Construction Technology and to provide recommendations that can be used for developing the 5th Master Plan for Improvement of Construction Technology. In order to achieve this purpose, a questionnaire was distributed to construction industry-related professionals and makes them evaluate the performance of the 4th Master Plan for Improvement of Construction Technology by performance index appropriacy, measurement appropriacy, and target level. In addition, comprehensive literature review was implemented to extract important points, which are related to policy evaluation, that can be considered factors in developing the 5th Master Plan for Improvement of Construction Technology.

Despite of the various advantages of modular construction method and the continued growth of related markets, it is difficult to activate them because no specific system has been established in Korea. Accordingly, this study derived improvement areas and tasks for activating modular construction methods through existing literature reviews and preliminary surveys. Then, AHP analysis and expected utility evaluation were conducted for expert groups to derive priority for improvement areas and tasks. In addition, opinions of enterprise and architectural research were compared and analyzed, and the analysis results suggested the direction of policy establishment and system improvement. This study is expected to be used as a basic study for policy decision-making to activate modular construction method.

The purpose of this study is to understand the importance-satisfaction level for the improvement of the young farmers fostering support policy. According to the analysis result, the respondents answered that the current policy to foster young farmers is important. However, the actual satisfaction level of the project was found to be lower than the importance level. In the 'Keep up the Good Work' area, which is the first quadrant, 'a project to support young succession farmers and settling in farming' and 'a project to select and support succeeding agricultural managers'. It was found that the respondents highly evaluated the importance and satisfaction of the 'Young Succession Farmers Selection and Farm Settlement Support Project' and the 'Succession Farmers Selection and Support Project'. Therefore, it is necessary to gradually expand the project in the future.

In the case of a disaster, the damage caused by the disability vulnerability of persons with disabilities is significantly increased, discussing about a problem for the protection of the vulnerable class. However, until now policy, technology and response guidelines for disaster and safety have been focused on the general public. Therefore, it is necessary to develop customized support technology for disaster and safety considering vulnerable characteristics of vulnerable class. Firstly, it is necessary to prepare draft improvement proposal of act and support system related disaster and safety for persons with disabilities and older persons. So, this study was carried out analysis of act, policy and support system on disaster and safety for persons with disabilities and older persons of domestic and overseas in order to draw implication. Furthermore, we established direction for improvement of act and policy on disaster and safety for persons with disabilities based on the analysis, and suggested draft improvement proposal.
