의료기관 QI 담당자의 목표추구몰입에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Goal-Orientation of QI Performers in the Medical Centers)

  • The purpose of this research is to provide the data base for the activation of Quality Improvement operation through investigating the status of Quality Improvement operation, and finding out factors influencing on the goal-orientation of QI performers in the medical centers of more than one hundred beds where are practicing Quality Improvement operation. In order to reach the purpose, document study was carried out grounded on the proceeding researches and formulated statistical data in relation with the status of Quality Improvement performers, and proof study was carried out through questionnaire survey. The subjects of the survey were the Quality Improvement performers working in seventy three medical centers in Pusan-Gyeongnam, Daegu-Gyeongbuk, and Ulsan. Among eighty three Quality Improvement performers, fifty, five were questionnaire surveyed, on the result of which Reliability Analysis, Factor Analysis, and Multiple Regression Analysis were made, using statistical program. The the results of the proof analysis on this research are as follows. First, in the factors influencing the devoting to goal pursuit of QI performers, organization-goal contribution(0.44) had significant positive effects, while organization conflict(-0.25) had significant negative effects. In other words, the higher the organization-goal contribution was, the higher the devoting to goal pursuit was, while the less the organization conflict was, the higher the devoting to goal pursuit was, which was statistically significant.(p<0.05). Second, in the aspect of goal performance types of QI performers, the process-centered type showed high level of the devoting to goal pursuit, which was statistically significant.(p<0.05). Third, in the aspect of QI performance degree, the higher the devoting to goal pursuit was, the higher the QI performance degree was, which was statistically significant.(p<0.05). In addition, the performers who perceived their workplaces organic structure showed much higher QI performance degree, which statistically significant.(p<0.05). Generalizing the results of this research, it is possible to offer a few suggestions as follows. First, as the competition among the medical centers is more severe recently owing to medical center evaluation system, medical centers are practicing various Quality Improvement operation in all of medical services such as clinical performance and management performance, to reach the purpose of both cost-cutting and medical quality improvement. Thus in order to practice Quality Improvement operation more efficiently in medical centers, it is essential to nuke use of problem-solving methods and statistical members. This as the willingness of chief executives and positive attitude and recognition of organization members. This requires the installation of divisions in charge and disposition of persons in charge, not to speak of persistent training of Quality Improvement. Second, the divisions in charge of QI carry out Quality Improvement operation at the medical center level, and take the role of generalizing and adjusting QI performances of various departments. Owing to this role, the division in charge of QI is considered indispensable organization in the QI operation of medical centers along with medical QI committee, while it contributes to the government's goal of reducing quality level gaps among medical centers. Therefore it is necessary for government and QI organizations to give institutional support and resources for the sake of QI operation of medical centers, besides to supply systematic trainning and informations to the divisions and persons in charge of QI. Third, it is certain that disposition of persons in charge should be determined in view of the scale and the scope of QI operation in medical centers.

대학생의 중도탈락에 미치는 교우관계의 영향력과 학교적응의 매개효과 (Influence of friendship to academic persistence and drop out and mediation effect of school adaptation)

  • This study was to examined the relationship between goal setting, self improvement, social support of parents, friendship, school adaptation, drop out. In our research model, goal setting, self improvement, social support of parents, and friendship is exogenous variable and school adaption and drop out is endogenous variable. A total of 323 undergraduate student(254 female, 69 male) complete the questionnaires. Structural equation modelling showed that, as hypothesized, establishment of goals, social support of parent and friendship have effect on school adaptation, and friendship also have direct effect on drop out. School adaptation mediate path from goal setting, social support of parents, and friendship. This study provides empirical evidence for a model that show how to control the drop out of students.

일본의 생활개선사업 현황과 21세기 전망 (Current Status and Perspectives for the 21st Century of Rural Living Improvement Program in Japan)

  • The rural living improvement in Japan operates in considerations of socio-eoonomic circumstances of rural community as in Korea. After 1945 the program emphasized the improvement of living conditions such as poverty alienation improvement of house and toilet nutrition after war, From 1955, health programs including better cooking and nutrition, house modification and improved living conditions corresponding to the goal of the developed country were carried out. In 1965. the goal of the rural home economics was focused on the harmonized production and living, improvement of the levels of rural living, health and building rural community. From 1975, the goals of the program were to organize the farming in the better ways and improvement of rural women's role. In 1985, making agreeable living conditions was emphasized under the goal of vital rural society. From the period of Heysey(1989${\sim}$), for better living of rural people the government is emphasizing the programs including farm labor management, utilization of farm products, farm management and rural environments. Recognizing the important influencing resources of agents in extension services, on the job and education was implemented step by step from basic to planning to upgrade competencies. The government is trying to construct better with infrastructures, encouraging direct selling the value-added processed food from local farm products with rural people's real name and other countryside resources. Major programs in the 21st centuries are building better rural society with men and women together and considering elders as well as new farmers.

조기학습정지를 이용한 원전 SG세관 결함크기 예측 신경회로망의 성능 향상 (A performance improvement of neural network for predicting defect size of steam generator tube using early stopping)

  • In this paper, we consider a performance improvement of neural network for predicting defect size of steam generator tube using early stopping. Usually, neural network is trained until MSE becomes less than a prescribed error goal. The smaller the error goal, the greater the prediction performance for the trained data. However, as the error goal is decreased, an over fitting is likely to start during supervised training of a neural network, which usually deteriorates the generalization performance. We propose that, for the prediction of an axisymmetric defect size, early stopping can be used to avoid the over-fitting. Through various experiments on the axisymmetric defect samples, we found that the difference bet ween the prediction error of neural network based on early stopping and that of ideal neural network is reasonably small. This indicates that the error goal used for neural network training for the prediction of defect size can be efficiently selected by early stopping.

교원의 보직 유무에 따른 중소기업특성화고 인력양성사업 성과 목표 우선순위 비교 연구 (A comparative study on performance goal priority of workforce training project of Small and Medium Business(SMB) Specialized Vocational High Schools by existence of teaching staff's assignment)

  • 이 연구는 교원의 보직 유무에 따른 중소기업특성화고 인력양성사업의 성과 목표에 대한 중요 정도와 수행 정도를 비교하고, IPA기법을 통해 두 집단의 성과 목표에 대한 우선순위 차이를 비교하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 설정한 연구 문제는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교원의 보직 유무에 따른 중소기업특성화고 인력양성사업의 성과 목표에 대한 중요 정도의 차이는 어떠한가? 둘째, 교원의 보직 유무에 따른 중소기업특성화고 인력양성사업의 성과 목표에 대한 수행 정도의 차이는 어떠한가? 셋째, 교원의 보직 유무에 따른 중소기업특성화고 인력양성사업의 성과 목표에 대한 우선순위의 차이는 어떠한가? 이 연구를 통해 얻어진 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 보직 유무와 관계없이 교원들이 가장 중요하게 인식하는 중소기업 특성화고 인력양성사업의 성과 목표는 '취업역량강화' 영역의 '학생의 현장적응력 제고'인 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 보직 유무와 관계없이 교원들이 수행 정도가 높다고 인식하는 중소기업 특성화고 인력양성사업의 성과 목표는 '취업연계'영역의 '중소기업 취업 기회 확대'인 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 중소기업특성화고 인력양성사업 성과 목표에서 우선순위를 두어야할 영역에 대해 교원의 보직 유무와 관계없이 '중소기업 특성화고 마인드 제고'영역의 '중소기업에 대한 교원의 이해 증진', '특성화고에 대한 중소기업의 이해 증진'의 우선순위가 높은 것으로 나타났다.

목표내용이 공학도의 실패내성에 미치는 영향: 대학생, 대학원생, 전문가를 중심으로 (Effects of Goal Contents on Failure Tolerance: In Focus of Engineering Undergraduates, Graduates, and Experts)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of goal contents on failure tolerance in engineers (i.e., students and experts in engineering). Based on the goal contents theory, which is a sub-theory of self-determination theory, three intrinsic goals (i.e., self-growth, help, social concern) and two extrinsic goals (i.e., money, fame) were under investigation. A total of 398 participants (118 undergraduate students, 181 graduate students, 99 experts) answered survey questions. In the hierarchical multiple regressions, self-growth goal was entered as the first model, then, to the second model, the other four goals were added. The results showed that social concern goal significantly predicted failure tolerance among all engineer groups. Self-growth goal was closely associated with failure tolerance in undergraduate students and graduate students. Help goal was significant only among graduate students. These results suggest that pursuing intrinsic goals, especially, social concern goal is important to increase failure tolerance. Establishing infrastructure and educational climate for pursuing social concern goal can facilitate the development of personal expertise in engineers as well as the improvement of society.

시스템 개선에 의한 생산성 향상 효과 분석 (An Effect Analysis for Productivity Elevation by the System Improvement)

  • The goal of this study is to analyze an effect of productivity elevation. For the goal, the various methods of the productivity elevation were suggested and the system improvements were conducted. The S company was established in Ban-Wol Industrial Complex, Ansan-City, Kyonggi-Do on 2007. The company was hiring 22 employees. The main manufactures were heavy duty equipment parts and the amount of sale was two billion won on 2008. Problems which the company faced were ambiguous production target management and materials loss. To solve the problems, NCT work improvement and automatic welding were induced. There were steel saving of 3,780,000won/month and man-hour saving of 144,000won/month by redesign of the steel sheet for the NCT steel job. Also, changing from handwork to automatic welding, the man-hour saving for the welding job was 320M/H and saving of 4,225,600won/month. The others of systematic improvement for productivity elevation were usage of jig and daily equipment checklist.

사관생도의 성취목표지향성과 그릿이 체력변화에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Achievement Goal Orientation and Grit on the Military Cadets' Physical Strength Growth)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 사관생도들의 성취목표지향성과 그릿이 사관생도들의 학년 체력인증 여부와 체력등급 향상여부에 미치는 영향의 경로관계를 분석하는데 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 2019년 12월에 육군K사관학교생도 350명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시했고, 322부의 데이터를 코딩 후 경로분석을 적용하여 분석했다. 그 결과 성취목표지향성의 하위요인 중 과제목표 지향성이 그릿의 두 가지 하위요인에 미치는 직접효과가 통계적으로 유의미했다. 또한 과제목표지향성이 그릿(관심유지)와 그릿(노력지속)을 매개로 학년인증 여부에 미치는 영향이 통계적으로 유의미 했다. 또한 과제목표지향성은 그릿의 두 가지 하위요인을 매개로 체력등급 향상여부에 유의미한 정적인 영향을 미쳤다.

시스템 다이내믹스를 이용한 제조-구매 결정 전략: 한국의 방위력 개선 사업을 중심으로 (Research on make-or-buy decision making strategy using system dynamics: Focused on Korea's military improvement project)

  • Strategic decision on the execution of national security improvement project is greatly important for the present and future national security. Though, the importance of strategic decision, decision making process has been executed under one-way thinking framework. This research provides a decision-making tool with make-or-buy approach for the national security improvement policy execution methods: foreign purchase and military R&D project, and, via simulation, confirms dynamic change of military capability index respect to change in ratio of foreign purchase and military R&D. A result shows that current ratio of foreign purchases and military R&D is insufficient for national security improvement policy goal. Applying the model from this research provides an appropriate ratio for short term and long term defense strategy and policy goal, and consequent result of increase in national security capability. Thus, this research model can be effectively utilized for national security improvement project.

자기관리 리더십 역량 향상을 위한 교과과정 효과성 분석 (The Curriculum Effectiveness Analysis for Improvement of Self-management Leadership Competency)

  • 본 연구는 '자기관리 리더십' 교과목을 통하여 향상된 자기관리 리더십역량의 효과성을 분석하여 대학의 자기관리역량 교과목 발전에 기여하고자 한다. 본 연구의 목적을 위하여 서울시에 소재한 D대학교에서 핵심역량 교양수업을 수강하는 학생들을 대상으로 자기개발 역량을 키우기 위해 교과내용을 수강한 실험집단 221명과, 교과내용을 수강하지 않은 통제집단 204명의 통제집단을 구성하였다. 그리고 사전사후 실험을 통하여 자기관리역량, 목표관리역량, 관계형성, 리더십, 협동역량의 효과성을 살펴보았다. 본 연구 결과 통제집단 보다 실험집단이 보다 높은 향상도를 보였고, 통제집단과 실험집단의 차이를 검증한 결과 목표관리와 협동역량에서 차이를 보였다. 이와 함께 자기관리와 리더십 교과목을 수강한 학생들이 인식하는 향상된 역량에 대한 내용분석에서 목표관리 역량이 가장 높게 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 자기관리 영역에서는 성격, 자아성찰, 자신감 등의 영역에서 역량이 가장 많이 향상된 것으로 나타났고, 목표관리 영역에서는 시간관리, 목표설정, 비전 등의 영역이 가장 많이 향상되었다고 인식하였다. 또한 관계형성 영역 중 수강생들이 가장 향상되었다고 인식하는 내용은 의사소통, 경청, 대인관계, 코칭질문 등으로 나타났다. 리더십 역량과 관련해서는 문제해결과 영향력이 가장 많이 향상된 영역으로 나타났고, 협동능력에서는 팀플 역량이 가장 많이 향상된 것으로 나타났다.
