유통경로 관리 지배구조가 시장지향성과 수출성과 관계에 미치는 영향 (The Impacts of Distribution Channel Governance on the Relationship between Market Orientation and Export Performance)

  • Purpose - The objectives of this study are as follows. First, it aims to suggest an analysis model that has integrated the relationship between the two factors and export performance and conduct an empirical analysis of the factors. Second, the study seeks to analyze the mediating effect by setting direct channel governance as a specific activity to connect market orientation, a cultural asset, to export performance. Third, through these analyses, the study intends to apply the relationship between market orientation and direct channel governance that the existing studies have failed to observe comprehensively on SMEs in Korea. Based on these analyses, the study expects to expand the discussion of previous researches by analyzing the mediating effect of direct channel governance. Research design, data, and methodology - This study developed a model that has integrated market orientation, direct channel governance, and export performance. It established 7 hypotheses including the mediating effect of direct channel governance. Market orientation was consisted of customer orientation and competitor orientation, and 4 latent variables were measured by 18 questions. LISREL, an analysis tool of structural equation model, was used for hypothesis test and there were 183 sample for analysis. Results - The analysis results showed that customer orientation has a positive influence on direct channel governance, but competitor orientation did not have a statistically significant effect. On the contrary, export performance showed an opposite result. That is, customer orientation did not have any influence but competitor orientation had a significant influence on export performance. It was also confirmed that there was a significant influence in the relationship between channel governance and export performance. According to the analysis of mediating effect, direct channel governance had a full mediating effect between customer orientation and export performance. Conclusions - The study results demonstrated that it is important to build a direct channel governance on the export SMEs in Korea, especially since the direct channel governance complements the influence of customer orientation that does not directly influence export performance among market orientation activities. This implies that Korean export SMEs must strive to build an effective direct channel governance.

  • Educational data analysis is attracting increasing attention with the rise of the big data industry. The amounts and types of learning data available are increasing steadily, and the information technology required to analyze these data continues to develop. The early identification of potential dropout students is very important; education is important in terms of social movement and social achievement. Here, we analyze educational data and generate predictive models for student dropout using logistic regression, a decision tree, a naïve Bayes method, and a multilayer perceptron. The multilayer perceptron model using independent variables selected via the variance analysis showed better performance than the other models. In addition, we experimentally found that not only grades but also extracurricular activities were important in terms of preventing student dropout.

  • The Navigation Streets Map that directly supplies information for a driver plays an important role in Car Navigation System(CNS). Therefore, cause the compatibility, preference, visibility, and readability of the navigation streets map will be hold sway over driver's information acquisition, safety, and performance in CNS, it is important that designer's requirements should be analyuzed for ergonomic design of navigation streets map. Especially, there are differences between the topographical objects marking method and that of the general map in a navigation streets map. Because much information is marked in a narrow space, it is important that the text information should be done in navigation streets map. Also, because it is a important factor to mark the text format for the marking method of the topographical objects, the design requirements will be drawn out through the factor analysis for the text marking method. And when ergonomic designers are doing, this result will be basic research for developing driving simulator of CNS and it will be a ergonomic guideline of navigation streets map.

중소기업의 최고경영자 특성, 시장지향성 및 성과간의 구조적 관계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Structural Relationship between Market Orientation and Performance of CEO's in Small and Medium-sized Companies)

  • The present study analyzed empirically the structural relationship among characters, market orientation and performance of CEO's in small and medium-sized companies. The analysis showed that market orientation is affected by CEO's characters in the industry. It was also revealed from the analysis that the business performance and technical renovation of small and medium-sized companies rely fairly on their market orientation. These findings are believed to have great significance in the process of creating market orientation by the industry. That is, CEO's will may play a very important role in pursuit of market orientation and, at the same time, may act as a vital factor for small and medium-sized companies to achieve business performance and to realize technical renovation.

  • When subjected to a change in dimensions, the device performance decreases. Multi-gate SOI devices, viz. the Double Gate MOSFET (DG-MOSFET), are expected to make inroads into integrated circuit applications previously dominated exclusively by planar MOSFETs. The primary focus of attention is how channel engineering (i.e. Graded Channel (GC)) and gate engineering (i.e. Dual Insulator (DI)) as gate oxide) creates an effect on the device performance, specifically, leakage current ($I_{off}$), on current ($I_{on}$), and DIBL. This study examines the performance of the devices, by virtue of a simulation analysis, in conjunction with N-channel DG-MOSFETs. The important parameters for improvement in circuit speed and power consumption are discussed. From the analysis, DG-DI MOSFET is the most suitable candidate for high speed switching application, simultaneously providing better performance as an amplifier.

  • With the increasing prevalence of e-learning courses in human resource development of Enterprise, it is important to investigate which courses are better economic performance. In this study, we proposed the framework for the cost-benefit analysis of e-learning, and attempted to identify cost and benefits factors. In order to achieve the research goal, we firstly tries to analyze the current IT adoption performance framework and e-learning staged performance model. The methodology adopted in the research was mainly that relevant materials, literatures were collected and analyzed to draw a comprehensive picture of the current situation and problems.

  • Purpose: This research aims to analyze the influence of relational penetration capability on salesperson performance and the influence of customer orientation, customer knowledge accessibility, and salesperson-customer relationship quality on the relational penetration capability of the insurance service industry in Central Java. Research design, data, and methodology: This explanatory research involved 211 respondents. Path analysis was used to analyze the primary data obtained. Results: The customer orientation positively influences relational penetration capability and customer knowledge accessibility which can improve salesperson performance. The salesperson-customer relationship quality shows a positive impact on the salesperson's relational penetration capability, salesperson performance, and relational penetration capability which will lead to an improved salesperson-customer relationship. Higher knowledge levels of customer necessity have important implications for a salesperson's capability of finding potential customers and of fulfilling customers' requirements through careful analysis of necessity. Conclusions: The salespeople should be capable of building and maintaining a good relationship with their customers as an indication that salespeople of Insurance Service Company Distribution in Central Java have good performance.

사회적 기업의 성과분석 실증모델 구축 및 분석 (Empirical Model Building and Analysis for Performance of Social Enterprises)

  • 사회적 기업은 최근 많은 관심을 받고 있으며 경제 부문에 있어 중요한 경제적 사회적 기여를 하고 있다. 많은 실제적 노력과 학문적 연구를 통하여 그 영역을 넓히고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 사회적 기업의 성과에 영향을 미치는 주요 인자들을 설정하였으며 (사회적 기업가정신, 관계지향형 조직문화, 정부지원정책) 사회적 기업의 경제적 성과와 사회적 성과 두가지 변수를 종속변수로, 그리고 사회적 기업의 규모 및 성숙도를 제어변수로 두었다. 107개의 사회적기업의 설문조사 데이터를 바탕으로 총 6개의 가설을 검증하여 실제 사회적 기업의 경제적 및 사회적 성과에 기여하는 변수들을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통하여 지역밀착형 기업문화와 정부지원정책이 효율적이고 성공적인 사회적기업 성과 창출에 주요한 요소가 됨을 확인할 수 있었다.

  • Today, the company is trying to improve for business performance through the optimization of corporate resources. Most companies set up new strategy for obtaining competitive advantage for survival in rapid changes of the global business environment. IT has an important role to reduce cost and to increases business performance such as increasing sales, improving business skills and corporate image, etc. in the corporate environment. The development and use of IT resource is recognized as essential in connection with the business strategy. Most companies tried to establish the strategic use of information systems to gain competitive advantage. IT resource management is not clear in a tangible result of the business. The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between IT competency and organizational performance through the mediating effect of strategic use of IS. IT competency consists of IT human resource, IT infrastructure, and IT vendor management. In direct relationship between three IT competence factors and organizational performance, the results of multiple regression analysis showed that IT human resource and IT vendor management are important determinants to influence organizational performance. The additional analysis for mediating effect of strategic use of IS showed that it has mediated the relationship between IT competency factors and organizational performance. This results give us an implication, not only the importance of IT competency development, but also the importance of strategic alignment of strategic use of IS with business strategy.

에너지·환경분야 연구자의 셀프리더십이 자기효능감, 직무만족과 직무성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Energy and Environment R&D Researchers Self-Leadership and Self-Efficacy on Job Satisfaction and Job performance)

  • 본 연구는 에너지 환경 분야 연구자의 셀프리더십이 자기효능감, 직무만족 및 직무성과 간의 관계를 규명하기 위하여 연구가설들을 수립하고 실증분석을 추진하였다. 실증분석을 위한 자료는 약 3주 동안 회수된 200건의 설문지 중 에너지, 환경 분야 연구자 165명의 설문결과를 추출하여 사용하였다. SPSS 22.0 통계 프로그램을 통해 신뢰도, 빈도, 기술통계, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석, Sobel-test 등을 실시하였다. 연구자의 셀프리더십은 자기효능감과 직무만족, 직무성과에 모두 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치며, 연구자의 자기효능감은 직무만족과 직무성과에 모두 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 자기효능감과 직무만족은 셀프리더십, 자기효능감과 직무성과간의 관계를 매개하는 것으로 확인되었다. 그러므로 연구자의 직무성과 제고를 위해서는 우선적으로 셀프리더십과 자기효능감 제고를 위한 소속 기관의 인적자원관리 제도 마련과 교육 활성화가 필요하다. 또한 연구자가 직무에 대한 즐거움, 만족감, 신뢰 등을 충족시킬 수 있도록 적절한 보상체계 마련이 필요하다. 특히 자기효능감은 직무성과에 대해 매우 중요한 영향 인자이므로 연구자의 자기효능감 강화를 위한 기관 차원의 전략마련이 요구된다.
