The quality of service on urban roadways have been evaluated mainly based on such quantitative measures as travel speed and delay. However, in addition to the quantitative aspects, drivers traveling on urban roadways are subject to be influenced by qualitative measures such as aesthetic aspects of the roadway and other drivers' violation of traffic laws. Based on this notion, this study attempts to identify roadway service quality indices, considering both qualitative and quantitative aspects and evaluate the quality of service using the modified Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA), a technique often applied in the field of marketing. The modified IPA is proposed in this study as a way to evaluate the service quality, reflecting the relative performance between study areas and performance indices. A case study is implemented over the Gangnam and Gangbuk areas in Seoul, resulting in identifying the items needed to be improved for each study area.

Non-face-to-face lectures have become a necessity rather than an option since COVID-19, and in order to improve the quality of university education, it is necessary to explore the properties of non-face-to-face lectures and make active efforts to improve them. This study, focusing on this, aims to provide basic data necessary for decision-making for non-face-to-face lecture design by analyzing the relative importance and execution satisfaction of non-face-to-face lecture attributes for professors and students. Based on previous research, a questionnaire was constructed by deriving 4 factors from 1st layer and 17 from 2nd layer attributes of non-face-to-face lectures. A total of 180 valid samples were used for analysis, including 60 professors and 120 students. The importance of the non-face-to-face lecture properties was calculated by obtaining the weights for each stratified element through AHP(Analytic Hierachy Process) analysis, and performance satisfaction was calculated through statistical analysis based on the Likert 5-point scale. As a result of the AHP analysis, both the professor group and the student group had the same priority for the first tier factors, but there was a difference in the priorities between the second tier factors, so it seems necessary to discuss this. As a result of the IPA(Importance Performance Analysis) analysis, the professor group selected the level of interaction as an area to focus on, and it was confirmed that research and investment in teaching methods for smooth interaction are necessary. The student group was able to confirm that it is urgent to improve and invest in the current situation so that the system can be operated stably by selecting the system stability. This study uses AHP analysis for professors and students groups to derive relative importance and priority, and calculates the IPA matrix using IPA analysis to establish the basis for decision-making on future face-to-face and non-face-to-face lecture design and revision. Objectives : The purpose of this study is to investigate on the Korean and Western medicine clinic quality to use IPA matrix and to establish a Korean medicine service management strategy. Methods : In order to achieve the research purpose, medical consumers who visited 3 Korean and Western medicine clinics were surveyed. frequency analysis, paired t-test were used for the statistical analysis, and the mean of each variable was used for IPA analysis. Results : The major results of analysis are as follows: It was confirmed that the skill and the kindness of the human resources were important in both the Korean medicine clinic and the Western medicine clinic. And it was confirmed the difference of the satisfaction rate and IPA between the Korean medicine clinic and the Western medicine clinic. Especially Medical devices and equipment, Easy booking, reception, payment procedure were different in IPA analysis. Conclusions : We confirmed the similarities and differences between Korean medicine clinics and Western medicine clinics in terms of importance, satisfaction, and IPA. On the basis of these results, Korean Medicine clinic could arrange a management strategy in consideration of consumers' choice attribute.

The purpose of this study is to present effective basic data for business management through analysis of importance and performance of personal information protection of the elderly welfare center workers. For this purpose, the questionnaire on the protection of personal information was reconstructed based on the diagnostic level of the personal information security management level of the public institution and the questionnaire was conducted on 105 employees of the elderly welfare center in Chungbuk area. Based on the responses to the importance and the degree of performance of the personal information protection of the elderly welfare center employees, technical statistics and corresponding sample T-tests were conducted and the importance-performance analysis (IPA) was used. Followings are the results of this study: First, there is a statistically significant difference between the importance and the implementation of the management system for the protection of personal information of the workers in the elderly welfare center, establishment and implementation of protection measures, establishment and implementation of infringement measures. Second, IPA analysis on the protection of personal information of the workers in the elderly welfare center shows that the establishment and implementation of protection measures are the areas to maintain good performance. Third, in IPA analysis of the sub-factors of the personal information protection of the workers in the welfare center of the elderly, in the construction and management of the management system, in performing the role of the personal information protection officer and establishing and implementing protection measures, The factors of prevention of information disclosure and exposure and the safe use and management of personal information processing system were analyzed as areas requiring intensive improvement. This study is meaningful as a basic research that can raise the awareness of the personal information protection of the workers in the elderly welfare center and induce the improvement of the related work.

The study aims at understanding records professions' job areas and conducting the Importance Performance Analysis. Under the perception which it is necessary to analyze records professions' job for securing their roles and identity, this study conducts a job analysis and categorizes records professions' job into 4 duties, 19 jobs and 78 job elements. The 4 duties includes records management, records office operation, records management infrastructure, and records information services. Furthermore, it researches jobs' importance and performance using the IPA. Accordign to the analysis, the jobs which rank at top of the importance and performance list are jobs concerning appraisal and disposal. The jobs which ranks at bottom are jobs related to services. In general the current 'one man records office system' is not appropriate to carry out all the records management business. In this context, it is necessary to lighten records profeesions' workload through the job adjustment in government institutions.

Purpose: This study attempted to understand patients' and nurses' perspectives on the priority of rehabilitation nursing services using Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA). Methods: This study used descriptive research design. Data were collected from 121 patients and 144 nurses using self-reported questionnaires. Statistical analysis included an independent t-test, analysis of variance (ANOVA), and IPA conducted using SPSS/WIN 21.0 version. Results: There were no statistical differences between the patients' and nurses' mean scores on perceptions of the importance (t=-0.83, p=.409) and performance (t=-0.32, p=.751) of rehabilitation nursing services. The IPA matrix showed a difference between patients and nurses in terms of their perceived priority of nursing services. Regarding the perception of patients, "helping a patient to continue to practice bedside physiotherapy and occupational therapy", "providing information on the proper care agency and community resources", and "providing education for the prevention of complications" fell in the "concetrate here" area (2nd quadrant). Conclusion: The results showed that the priorities of patients and nurses did not match in terms of some of the rehabilitation nursing services. Thus, rehabilitation nursing services need to be provided based on the patients' needs. Allocation of resources for the service items that fell in the "concentrate here" area of the IPA need be reconsidered for the quality in nursing care.

This study is to understand sure the primary crime prevention has been incidence as a social problem intended for parents through the analysis of the Crime Prevention Design (CPTED) CPTED element of recognize elements that target crime prevention strategy to effectively help students be and an object of the present invention is to provide a policy suggestion haryeoneunde proposed basic data required for orientation. Questionnaire that use by this study applies "Important-Performance Analysis : IPA" technique that Martilla & James(1977) presented and analyzed awareness for CPTED elements of strategy for student's crime prevention to elementary school pupil students' parentse. It was the first group, 0.886, 0.920, 0.895 and 2nd group 0.880, 0.906, 0.878 that reliability of (Cronbach' s ${\alpha}$) the importance, and believability of run chart was the first group, 0.880, 0.917, 0.878 and 2nd group, 0.735, 0.840, 0.830. This article analyzes the obtained data on consciousness survey of disabled and non-disabled pedestrians, and proposes fundamental data for public strategy in order to enhance facilities in subway stations in advance. This paper conduct literature review, new listing survey related to 'The Code for Improvement of Convenience for Moving Vulnerable Pedestrians', and Modified-Importance-Performance Analysis (M-IPA). The results show that disabled pedestrians want enhancement in information facilities as a whole. In addition, the results show that several improvements needs to be applied to accessible sidewalk, to informative notification, to alarm and evacuation system and to toilet for disabled pedestrians. This indicates that disabled pedestrians heavily concentrate on accessibility to subway station and provided information compared with disabled pedestrians.

This study conducted an importance-satisfaction analysis on choice attributes of cosmetics targeting consumers of road shop cosmetics and suggested improvements needed to increase consumer satisfaction. A summary of the study's results is as follows. First, as to the importance of choice attribute items of road shop cosmetics, skin compatibility appeared to be the highest. For satisfaction as well, skin compatibility appeared to be the highest. Second, when the differences between importance and satisfaction of choice attributes of road shop cosmetics were analyzed, among a total of 15 choice factors, differences appeared in 6 factors. Among them, 5 attributes such as the product function and skin compatibility, excluding the salesperson's service, appeared to have higher importance than satisfaction. Third, based on the IPA results, the study analyzed which factors should be maintained or improved and accordingly suggested efficient resource allocation strategies and marketing strategies that can be practically applied.

This study conducted IPA of each item related to the farm party operation aiming at the participants to farm parties. The survey was carried out on the participants to the farm parties held in Damyang County from October 11th to November 22nd, 2014, and 103 questionnaires were used for the final analysis. The specific results of the IPA are as follows. In the first quarter of 'maintenance and management performance' are included the total of seven items. They are a harmonious view with the surrounding environment, friendliness of the farmer and the party staff, posting the event schedule and providing the program, proper disposition of the staff in the farm, an exchange among farm party participants, food that makes use of farm produce and the convenience of gaining information. In the second quarter of 'intensive improvement' are included eight items. They are cleanliness of the facilities such as restroom and basin, providing the pamphlets or promotion materials of the farms in the farm party, things to experience utilizing the farm produce grown in the host farm, various events, smooth progress of the farm party program, inclusion of the indigenous native food, variety of things to buy including farm produce and information delivery about the farm produce on sale.
