In an effort to better understand the relationship between husband and wife in the family, this study investigated wife's emotional support and husband's marital satisfaction. Subjects were 232 husbands in Seoul. Results indicated that the level of wife's emotional support to their husbands and husband's marital satisfaction were generally high. And wife's emotional support to their husbands had the strongest positive effect on husband's marital satisfaction. In addition, husband's income and wife's employment were negatively related to husband's marital satisfaction. It was suggested the importance of the emotional support to their husbands had the strongest positive effect on husband's marital satisfaction. In addition, husband's income and wife's employment were negatively related to husband's marital satisfaction. It was suggested the importance of the emotional support in the spousal relationships.

Employing a sample of 126 suppliers in Korean electronic industry, this research examined the effects of institutional environment, social capital and strategic importance in manufacturer-supplier relationships on knowledge sharing. Building on the relational view and knowledge-based theories, this study proposed that these factors facilitate knowledge sharing in manufacturer-supplier relationships and that knowledge mediates satisfaction between manufacturer-supplier relationships for competitive advantage. Results indicate that institutional environment, social capital and strategic importance in manufacturer-supplier relationships are indeed associated with greater knowledge sharing. Inter-firm satisfaction is, in turn, positively associated with knowledge sharing for competitive advantage through technical support, financial support, competence increasing. Further, results provide evidence that knowledge sharing plays a mediating role between institutional environment, social capital, strategic importance and inter-firm satisfaction.

본 문은 퍼지-계층분석 (fuzzy-AHP)을 기반으로 중국 소프트웨어 수출지원정책 성과평가를 분석 연구하였다. 기술개발, 품질관리 등 9개의 1급 성과 평가지표 체계를 구성하고, 10명의 중국 소프트웨어전문가에 대한 설문조사를 실시한 후, 퍼지-계층분석을 활용하여 절대적 상대적 중요도를 산정하여, 퍼지 종합평가를 실시하였다. 평가한 결과, 중국 소프트웨어 수출지원정책 성과는 전반적으로 양호한 수준으로 나타났다. 기술개발, 인재양성, 마케팅강화, 자금지원, 플랫폼구축, 제품지원의 영향력은 비교적 중요하고, 품질관리, 세수감면의 영향력은 변화가 없으며, 국제인증의 영향력은 비교적 작은 것으로 분석되었다. 이에 따라 고급 소프트웨어 전문인력을 양성하고, 소프트웨어 품질을 강화하며, 소프트웨어 브랜드를 제고할 필요가 있다.

본 연구는 호텔기업의 조직공정성이 사회적지원 및 혁신행동에 미치는 영향과 사회적지원이 조직공정성과 혁신행동의 관계에 미치는 매개효과를 밝혀내고자 서울지역에 소재한 특등호텔 종사원을 대상으로 실증분석을 시행하였다. 그 결과 조직공정성이 사회적지원과 혁신행동에 영향력이 있고, 사회적지원이 혁신행동에 유의한 영향력이 있음을 밝혀냈다. 또한 사회적지원이 조직공정성과 혁신행동의 관계에 매개효과를 나타냄을 밝혀냈다. 이 결과는 호텔기업의 조직관리 측면에서 조직공정성, 사회적지원의 중요성과 혁신행동의 중요성을 강조하는 새로운 방향을 제시하는 결과라고 할 수 있다.

This study aimis to identify policy priorities for promoting youth activities through the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA). IPA is used to identify policy priorities for promoting local youth activities. The IPA tabulated result is presented in a two-dimensional grid to showing for promoting local youth activities, The require concentrate support part is divided into 3 parts. Problem solve supporting at work development of leisure activities programs, leisure activities programs developing and development of leisure-related professionals. And leisure-related professionals developing. The next parts that require continuous management were divided into four parts. The next parts that require continuous management is divided into four parts. Creating rental housing for young people, support for housing expenses supporting, loans supporting, and Holiday guaranteed. Based on the factors that support youth activities that make up the IPA matrix, the implications of revitalizing local youth activities is presented as below. First, ensuring employment of local youth and efforts to create sustainable jobs. Second, continuous efforts to improve the housing conditions of local youth, and third, policy support is needed for local youth to do various leisure activities.

Objectives: In this study, existing knowledge and needs of childcare teachers for developing oral health education plans for infants and young children were investigated. Methods: From March to April 2023, an online questionnaire survey led to the collection of data from 150 childcare teachers. Data were analyzed using the SPSS 22.0 program. Results: Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) revealed that importance and knowledge of oral health education, importance of oral health, and prevention of oral diseases were priority areas, and treatment, symptoms, and causes were priority areas that needed improvement . According to the IPA on the importance of and demand for oral health education support, the importance and demand for an educational plan were both high. Expert education based on educational goals, information sharing, educational environment support, evaluation system, and monitoring was low in importance but high in demand. Conclusions: Oral care habits during infancy are important for maintaining oral health throughout life. Oral care practice should be improved by developing an oral health education plan for childcare teachers to implement.

급속한 정보통신기술의 발달과 대학 학습자의 특성 변화에 따라 대학 교수자의 다양한 수업개선 노력이 요구되고 있다. 테크놀로지 내용교수지식(Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge, TPACK)은 통합 테크놀로지 기반의 수업설계를 위해 교수자가 갖추어야 할 역량이라 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 TPACK의 중요도와 실행도에 관한 대학 교수자의 인식을 알아보고, 이와 관련된 변인으로 인식론적 신념, 사회적 지지와의 관계를 규명하기 위해 264명의 교수자에게 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과에 따르면 대학 교수자의 TPACK 중요도와 실행도 인식 간에 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 TPACK 중요도와 실행도 인식과 사회적 지지 간에 유의한 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 사회적 지지 하위요인 중에서 정서적 지지는 TPACK 중요도 인식에, 정보적 지지는 TPACK 실행도 인식에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 대학 교수자의 TPACK 역량 개발 및 지원을 위한 방안 수립에 기초자료를 제공하는 것으로, 무엇보다도 교수자의 사회적 지지 향상을 위한 교수지원 전략이 요구된다고 할 수 있다.

The aim of this study is to identify intelligent learning support functions in Learning Management System (LMS) to support university student learning activities during the transition from face-to-face classes to online learning. To accomplish this, we investigated the perceptions of students on the levels of importance and urgency toward learning support functions of LMS powered with Artificial Intelligent (AI) technology and analyzed the differences in perception according to student characteristics. As a result of this study, the function that students considered to be the most important and felt an urgent need to adopt was to give automated grading and feedback for their writing assignments. The functions with the next highest score in importance and urgency were related to receiving customized feedback and help on task performance processed as well as results in the learning progress. In addition, students view a function to receive customized feedback according to their own learning plan and progress and to receive suggestions for improvement by diagnosing their strengths and weaknesses to be both vitally important and urgently needed. On the other hand, the learning support function of LMS, which was ranked as low importance and urgency, was a function that analyzed the interaction between professors and students and between fellow students. It is expected that the results of this student needs analysis will be helpful in deriving the contents of learning support functions that should be developed as well as providing basic information for prioritizing when applying AI technology to implement learner-centered LMS in the future.

IMO는 자율운항선박을 인간의 간섭으로부터 독립하여 다양한 수준으로 운용되는 선박으로 정의하였다. 자율운항선박 안전운항지원서비스는 항계 및 협수로 내에서 안전하게 항만에 접이안하여 화물을 신속하게 적양하 할 수 있도록 육상에서 지원하는 공공 서비스 개발을 통해 자율운항선박의 안전성과 효율성을 향상시키기 위함이다. 이를 위하여 안전운항지원서비스에는 자율운항지원, 접이안 및 계류지원, 화물 적양하 및 선박입출항 지원, PSC 점검 지원, 상태모니터링 지원, 사고대응지원의 6종 서비스 개발을 포함하고 있다. 이 중 사고대응지원 서비스를 위해 선교항해장비에 대한 상대적 중요도를 전문가 집단의 의사결정방법 중 하나인 AHP 방법을 사용하여 구체적이며 정량적인 방법을 통해 객관적인 판단으로 안전하고 효율적인 안전지원서비스 제공을 위한 선교항해장비를 계층화하여 상대적 중요도를 평가하였다. 자율운항선박 안전운항지원서비스 중 사고대응지원서비스를 위한 선교항해장비를 수심정보, 위치정보, 속력정보로 구분하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. AHP 적용결과, 수심정보, 위치정보, 속력정보의 순으로 중요도를 평가하였으며, 위치정보제공을 위한 장비별 상대적 중요도는 레이더, DGPS, ECDIS, 자이로 컴파스, 자동조타장치, AIS 순으로 평가하였다. 이는 항해사 장비별 활용도와 해양사고에 미치는 영향에 대한 설문조사결과와 유사함을 알 수 있었다.
