Wireless internet is embossed the new keyword of IT technology in the world lately. The wireless internet is the architecture, technology and service to be can taken data communication and internet service using wireless device through connecting internet in the wireless environment. These wireless internet technology is extends the scope of using information with the existing wire internet technology. But, It is necessary to be extend supply of quantitative and qualitative for using wireless internet technology efficiently. For these matters, it is efficient to reuse good qualify contents that is serviced on wire environments. Then, in this paper, design and implement the technique of creating con-tents that is made by the method of compounding parts based on the contents automatic reuse technology over the concept of creating new wireless contents.

Various aspects should be taken into account while developing a distributed architecture based on a multi-tier model or an enterprise architecture. Among those, the separation of role between page designer and page developer, defining entity which is used for database connection and transaction processing are very much important. In this paper, we presented DONSL(Data Server of Non SQL query) architecture to solve these problems applying web tier object modelling. This architecture solves the above problems by simplifying tiers coupling and removing DAO(Data Access Object) and entity from programming logic. We concentrate upon these three parts. One is about how to develop the DAO not concerning the entity modification, another is automatic transaction processing technique including SQL generation and the other is how to use the AET/MET(Automated/Manual Execute d Transaction) effectively.

An URL parameter can hold some information that is confidential or vulnerable to illegitimate tampering. We propose Link-E-Param(Link with Encrypted Parameters) to protect the whole URL parameter names as well as their values. Unlike other techniques concealing only some of the URL parameters, it will successfully discourage attacks based on URL analysis to steal secret information on the Web sites. We implement Link-E-Param in the form of a servlet filter to be deployed on any Java Web server by simply copying a jar file and setting a few configuration values. Thus it can be used for any existing Web application without modifying the application. It also supports numerous encryption algorithms to choose from. Experiments show that our implementation induces only 2~3% increase in user response time due to encryption and decryption, which is deemed acceptable.
PCA(Principal Component Analysis) is a well-studied statistical technique and an important tool for handling multivariate data. Although many algorithms exist for PCA, most of them are unsuitable for real time applications or high dimensional problems. Since it is desirable to avoid extensive matrix operations in such cases, alternative solutions are required to calculate the eigenvalues and eigenvectors of the sample covariance matrix. Erdogmus et al. (2004) proposed Recursive PCA(RPCA), which is a fast adaptive on-line solution for PCA, based on the first order perturbation theory. It facilitates the real-time implementation of PCA by recursively approximating updated eigenvalues and eigenvectors. However, the performance of the RPCA method becomes questionable as the size of newly-added data increases. In this paper, we modified the RPCA method by taking advantage of the mathematical relation of eigenvalues and eigenvectors of sample covariance matrix. We compared the performance of the proposed algorithm with that of RPCA, and found that the accuracy of the proposed method remarkably improved.
Remediation technology becomes an issue in environmental engineering. The vibro-recovery technique is one of popular means to remove pollutants from contaminated soils and groundwater. Using Ultrasonic excitation in soil-fluid medium, it was found that removal efficiency in a mechanical effects was significant. In this paper, therefore, laboratory experiments were conducted on clayey sand soil columns using a probe-type ultrasonic processor. Ultrasonic treatment with simultaneous pumping enhances dislodgement of clay particles, and ultrasonic excitation reduced the proportions of finer particles and thus result in increased hydraulic conductivity significantly. Also, the results provided the changes in grain size distribution curve of the soil due to ultrasonic excitation. The results indicated that the maximum size of particles mobilized by Ultrasonic is about 0.004mm and particles in the size range from 0.04mm to 1.0mm were subjected to fracturing. The economic feasibility of Ultrasonic implementation is considered in power requirement of the generator and maintenance of the horn. At a specified amplitude of vibrations, the power requirement of the generator depends on overburden pressure of the horn, temperature and viscosity of fluid in the soil medium. For comparisons, the requirement of a one inch and two inch diameter horn sonicators are compared with the power required for pumping water from different depths.

One major constraint in the development and implementation of a successful and cost-effective area-wide integrated pest management (AW-IPM) programme with a SIT component for Bactrocera oleae (Diptera: Tephritidae) is the ability to produce a large number of high quality mass-reared individuals. The aim of this study was to develop a more efficient and practical egg collection system in an attempt to improve the mass-rearing of this species. The following basic parameters were examined: egg production per female, egg hatch, pupal recovery, pupal weight, adult emergence and percentage of fliers. Three different strains (Israel wild-type, France wild-type, and Greece laboratory) were tested and each strain was evaluated for six generations. Female flies of the Israel strain produced significantly more eggs per female than the other two strains, but egg hatch was significantly lower. Egg hatch of the France wild type and the Greece laboratory strain was similar. For all other parameters, there was no significant difference between strains; however, there was a significant generational effect for all parameters observed. As a result of this study, a protocol was developed for the mass-rearing of this species that included the use of large adult holding cages that could house up to 96,000 flies per cage. The newly developed method of egg collection using a flat wax panel as one of the sides of an adult holding cage proved to be cost-effective, efficient, making colony growth easier for industrial mass-rearing.
Industrial and economical importance of CP(Cellular Phone) is growing rapidly. Combined with IT technology, CP is currently one of the most attractive technologies for all. However, unless we find a breakthrough to the technology, its growth may slow down soon. RT(Robot Technology) is considered one of the most promising next generation technology. Unlike the industrial robot of the past, today's robots require advanced technologies, such as soft computing, human-friendly interface, interaction technique, speech recognition, object recognition, and many others. In this study, we present a new technological concept named RCP(Robotic Cellular Phone), which combines RT & CP, in the vision of opening a new direction to the advance of CP, IT, and RT all together. RCP consists of 3 sub-modules. They are $RCP^{Mobility}$, $RCP^{Interaction}$, and $RCP^{Interaction}$. $RCP^{Mobility}$ is the main focus of this paper. It is an autonomous navigation system that combines RT mobility with CP. Through $RCP^{Mobility}$, we should be able to provide CP with robotic functionalities such as auto-charging and real-world robotic entertainments. Eventually, CP may become a robotic pet to the human being. $RCP^{Mobility}$ consists of various controllers. Two of the main controllers are trajectory controller and self-localization controller. While Trajectory Controller is responsible for the wheel-based navigation of RCP, Self-Localization Controller provides localization information of the moving RCP. With the coordinate information acquired from RFID-based self-localization controller, Trajectory Controller refines RCP's movement to achieve better RCP navigations. In this paper, a prototype system we developed for $RCP^{Mobility}$ is presented. We describe overall structure of the system and provide experimental results of the RCP navigation.
This paper proposes an effective feature compensation scheme based on speech model for achieving robust speech recognition. Conventional model-based method requires off-line training with noisy speech database and is not suitable for online adaptation. In the proposed scheme, we can relax the off-line training with noisy speech database by employing the parallel model combination technique for estimation of correction factors. Applying the model combination process over to the mixture model alone as opposed to entire HMM makes the online model combination possible. Exploiting the availability of noise model from off-line sources, we accomplish the online adaptation via MAP (Maximum A Posteriori) estimation. In addition, the online channel estimation procedure is induced within the proposed framework. For more efficient implementation, we propose a selective model combination which leads to reduction or the computational complexities. The representative experimental results indicate that the suggested algorithm is effective in realizing robust speech recognition under the combined adverse conditions of additive background noise and channel distortion.
Recently, the problem which actively control the unwanted noise propagated from the technical structure by the generated secondary sound has become considerable topic from the environmental preservation point of view. In most of these studies, active noise control deals with a plane wave propagation at low frequency using adaptive filtering techniques. On the other hand, in real acoustic systems are mostly short due to the limitation of geometric configuration. In this case, the acoustic properties such as reflections and resonances inside the acoustic system should be considered. In this paper, the acoustic modeling method for short length duct was introduced using the transfer matrix method, and the active noise control problem was investigated with \implementation of FIR filter for the transfer function of control system derived from this modeling method. The identification methods for the acoustic model of actual control system was proposed by numerical computation technique based on the estimation of optimal FIR filter coefficients. The acceptable attenuation on the real acoustic system and stability of the controller are predicted in this computational simulation.

Recently, as a part of NGIS project, cultural-assets digital map is produced by cultural properties administration and local autonomous entities. Cultural-assets unified GIS(Geographic Information System) is essential to cultural properties managers and other organizations which are executing land related business for appling it at planning stage. With explosive national land developments, it has been obligated to implement surface survey by the cultural properties protection Art. In this paper, we develope a MSSS(Mobile Surface Survey System) and central GIS management system using CDMA wireless network, real time DGPS and C/S GIS technologies. And we suggest a construction-plan of cultural-assets digital map drawing and managing system by Archaeologist using developed system by this study.
