벽유동 방식 담체를 사용하는 SCR 촉매 반응기에서 재 퇴적이 변환 효율에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구 (Impact of Ash Deposit on Conversion Efficiency of Wall Flow Type Monolithic SCR Reactor)

  • SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) on DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) is a multi-functional after-treatment device which integrates soot filtration and DeNOx function into a single can. Because of its advantage in package and cost, the SCR on DPF is considered as a potential candidate for future application. It inherently employes wall flow type monolithic reactor so ash included in exhaust gas may deposit inside the inlet channel of this device. This study is intended to identify the impact of ash deposit on SCR reaction under wall flow type monolithic reactor. Simulation approach is used so relevant species transport equations for wall flow type monolith is derived. These equations can be solved together with momentum conservation equations and give solution for conversion performance. Both ash deposit and clean catalyst case are simulated and comparison of these two cases gives an insight for the impact of ash deposit on conversion performance. Ash deposit can be classified as ash layer and ash plug. and impact of ash deposit is described along with different morphology of ash deposit.

  • 단열완충재 제품간의 경량충원 저감성능 평가를 객관적이고 신속하게 판별하기 위하여 실험실용 시험장치를 개발하였다. EVA계열 및 EPPㆍEPS계열의 단열완충재들에 대한 경량충격원 시험에서 제품간의 성능비교가 가능하였으며, 동탄성계수 및 손실계수 측정과 병행함으로써 제품들간의 우열성을 보다 정밀하게 평가할 수 있었다.

  • This paper investigated the breakdown effect of the CMOS device by impact of high power electromagnetic wave. The experiments employed a waveguide to study the current characteristics of CMOS device broken by high power electromagnetic wave. The CMOS device were composed of a LED drive circuit for visual discernment. Also CMOS device broken by high power electromagnetic wave was observed by power current. The CMOS device were broke by high power electromagnetic wave at about 10 kV/m and when power current is 75 mA. Based on the result, CMOS devices should show plan to protect the CMOS devices by high power electromagnetic wave. And the database from this experiment should provide the basis for future investigation.

  • Jaw crusher is a device that breaks rock collected from mines or quarries to produce aggregates of the size desired by user. A representative method for measuring load is to measure them by attaching force sensors directly to the part where the load is generated. However, the direct method has many limitations such as high-impact loads generation in equipment or space constraints, sensor capacities and costs. Therefore, Transfer Path Analysis (TPA) was used to indirectly measure impact loads by attaching acceleration sensors. In this study, both direct and TPA methods were used to measure the impact load of Jaw crusher. This study finally quantifies the impact of the load generated by the Jaw crusher using direct method and TPA method, and comparing the impact load measured calculated the derive the error rate.

  • 컴포넌트에서의 비정상적인 금속간화합물 성장이 보드 레벨 기계적 신뢰성에 미치는 영향을 연구하기 위하여, 전기 도금된 Ni/Au UBM과 Sn2.5Ag0.5Cu 솔더의 리플로우 횟수 및 고온 시효 시간에 따른 금속간 화합물 성장거동을 관찰하였다. 각 조건별로 처리된 컴포넌트에서 솔더 접합부의 기계적 특성을 비교하기 위하여, 전단 속도 변화에 따른 볼 전단 시험을 실시하여 전단에너지 값을 측정하였다. 마지막으로, 보드 레벨에서의 기계적 신뢰성 시험을 위하여 조건별로 처리된 컴포넌트를 PCB 보드에 실장하여, 3점 굽힘 시험 및 충격 시험을 실시한 후 파괴모드를 분석하였다.

  • 방탄소재로서 사파이어 재료가 대두되고 있지만 고속 충돌관련 동적거동 및 파괴특성에 관한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 탄자와 취성세라믹재료간의 상호작용을 연구하기 위해서는 고화질의 초고속 연속영상이 필수적이다. 본 연구에서는 고속충돌 및 관통 현상을 순차적으로 촬영할 수 있는 장치를 개발하였다. 이 장치는 속도측정장치, 마이크로프로세서를 사용한 카메라 구동장치 그리고 다수의 CCD카메라로 이루어져있다. 선형배열센서를 사용한 속도측정장치는 직경 1-2 mm 탄자의 마하 3 속도를 측정할 수 있다. 발사된 탄자가 속도측정장치를 통과하면 속도와 시간이 측정되고 탄자가 비행하는 동안 카메라 구동장치가 정확한 충돌시간을 계산하여 다수의 카메라에 순차적으로 트리거 신호를 보내서 충돌 전후의 형상을 순차적으로 촬영한다. 정확한 충돌시간 예측을 못하면 고해상도의 사진촬영이 거의 불가능하다. 본 연구에서 개발된 정밀 촬영장치를 사용하여 고해상도의 영상을 확보할 수 있었다.

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the pathways between mothers' inappropriate smart device usage habits, preschoolers' immersion tendency and self-regulation, and children's cognitive ability. The subjects of the study were 308 preschoolers aged 4 and 5 years and their mothers in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, Incheon, Gangwon-do, Daejeon, Busan, and Mokpo. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson correlation using the SPSS 25 program. A sequential mediation model was analyzed using the AMOS 22 program. Mothers' inappropriate smart device usage habits were found to have a negative effect on the preschoolers' self-regulation, and this association was mediated by the preschoolers' smart device immersion tendency. These findings show the mechanisms through which mothers' inappropriate smart device usage habits negatively affect preschoolers' smart device immersion and self-regulation which, in turn, has a negative impact on cognitive ability

  • The authors study a novel type of elevator emergency stop device which enables to soften impact force at an emergency halt. A new structure of emergency stop devices has been already proposed by our laboratory and also its characteristics has been already proposed by our laboratory and also its characteristics has been shown by digital simulations[1]. In order to confirm the actual effects of our proposed emergency stop device, we have made up a simulator having the same characteristics as the conventional emergency stop device to accomplish the experiments from now on. In this paper, this process is introduced.

  • A Color Discerning Device(CDD) is the equipment to use in Rice Processing Complex(RPC). By use a high-speed charge-coupled device camera, CDD can sorting discolored grain according to light and shade. The existing CDD's driving performance is not so good as overseas machine. Besides, transportation process causes a defect in the mechanism from impact or harmonic excitation or etc. This study is represented the problem of CDD through modal analysis and static analysis by using ANSYS workbench. To analysis the problem of driving condition, devide each part of CDD for performed modal analysis. The problem of driving condition and transportation process solved by carry out modal analysis and static analysis.

모터사이클 운전자 신체보호용 안전장치 개발 프로세스 (A Wearable Safety Device for the Body Protection of Motorcyclists)

  • This paper presents the development process for airbag safety devices fitted in motorcyclists' garments. Motorcycle riders often sustain multiple injuries in crashes since rider post-impact kinematics depend on several variables. This study proposes a newly inflatable safety system connected to the motorcycle by a cable. An airbag device with a mechanical triggering system is deployed when the cable detaches from its mounting clip. Airbag filling tests are performed to determine the mixing ratio of compressed gases with the severance of temperature. To estimate the airbag effectiveness to reduce riders' injuries, numerical analysis is performed using the finite element method. A comparative analysis (i.e., with and without the chosen device) was conducted to evaluate its protective efficacy. Prototype garments based on the proposed design have been created and have undergone sled tests. The proposed safety device could also be beneficial in accidents during other sports activities.
