본 연구에서는 체육교사 신뢰와 체육수업 몰입 경험이 중학생의 체육교과에 대한 태도와 체육수업 만족에 미치는 영향을 규명함으로써 체육교과에 요구되어지는 사회적 역할에 부응하고 학교체육 활성에 기여하는 데 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 광주광역시에 소재하는 중학교 학생을 대상으로 863명의 유효표본 자료를 분석하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS window Ver 25 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 도출된 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 체육교사 신뢰의 하위 요인은 체육교과 태도의 하위 요인에 부분적으로 유의한 정(+)과 부(-)의 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째 체육교사 신뢰의 하위 요인은 체육수업 만족에 하위 요인에 따라 부분적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것을 나타났다. 셋째, 체육수업 몰입의 하위 요인은 체육교과 태도에 부분적으로 유의한 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 넷째, 체육수업 몰입의 하위 요인은 체육수업 만족의 하위 요인에 부분적인 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결과를 종합하면 중학교 학생들의 체육교과에 대한 긍정적 태도 형성과 체육수업 만족 향상에는 체육교사에 대한 학생의 신뢰와 체육수업에 대한 몰입 경험이 중요한 요인으로 작용한다. 관련하여 체육교사는 학생과의 신뢰를 형성하기 위한 노력 즉 다양한 상호작용을 통한 친근한 이미지 구축, 흥미롭고 체계적인 수업구성과 진행, 학생의 특성과 능력을 고려한 수준별 수업 적용 등의 노력이 지속되어야 한다. 또한 학생의 체육수업 몰입 경험을 제고하기 위해서 성과 및 순위 위주의 교육 방식을 지양하고 신체활동 자체에 의미를 부여하는 수업 분위기를 조성하여야 한다. 더불어 학생의 능력을 고려한 운동학습 과제 부여, 수업 집중도를 높일 수 있는 수업내용 선정 등의 노력이 함께 이루어져야 할 것으로 사료된다.

This study exceeds the view on the fragmentary fact-finding surveys related to the application of mobile commerce which further develops the evaluation model of fashion mobile commerce website and considers the validity of comprehensive fashion mobile commerce with quality evaluation factors according to the Task-Technology Fit. To fulfill the study objectives, a total of 433 questionnaires are being conducted to the customers with first-hand experience on fashion merchandises through mobile commerce. The judgement sampling method is employed according to the sample population ages from 20s to 30s during two months period. Based on the results of the above-mentioned path analysis, we have observed the following: First, the path relation analysis results show that the M-marketing (M-marketing) between perceived usabilities had effects to the perceived usability and the M-sales had effects to the perceived usability. Second, as seen from the fashion mobile shopping conformance (TTF), the perceived usability, customer satisfaction, and path pipe analysis result conformances between perceived values and immersions have effects of perceived usability, customer satisfaction and perceived value, and thus, indicate that the perceived usability had effects on the customer satisfaction and immersion. Third, the customer satisfaction, perceived value and immersion all have effects on the purchasing intention.

The main purpose of this study is to investigate the atomizing characteristics of a two phase spray by using a liquid column type coaxial nozzle. The experiments have been carried out to analyze the atomization behavior, the droplet size distributions, and the statistical properties of droplet size distributions. Immersion sampling method and the image processing technique were adapted for the measurements of particles, and the distributions of the droplet sizes were statistically analyzed. In the experiments, the mass ratio defined as Mr= $M_{\sigma}$/ $M_{1}$ has been changed from 1.0 to 3.4 and the measurements have been performed along the axis of the spray. As a result of this experimental study, the distributions of droplet size were satisfied with the Log-Normal distributions and arithmetic mean diameter and deviation of mass ratio. Droplet volume-surface mean diameter was denoted by a exponential function of mass-ratio and the exponent was denoted by linear relation according to the central axis from the nozzle. Dispersions, skewness factors and flatness factors had comparatively constant values regardless of mass ratio and location.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the elderly's motivation to participate in ball games In order to clarify the purpose of this study, leisure sports participants over the age of 20 residing in the Jeonnam region in 2020 were selected as the population. In addition, 150 males, 150 females, and 300 total subjects were selected using the convenient sampling method. In addition, as a survey tool, a questionnaire was used centering on the motivation for participation in leisure sports, exercise commitment, and quality of life, and the data collected using this was processed statistically according to the purpose of analysis using SPSS 20.0 version. The results obtained through this research process are as follows. First, it was found that the motivation to participate in leisure sports has a partial effect on exercise commitment. Second, it was found that the motivation to participate in leisure sports partially affects the quality of life. Third, it was found that the commitment to exercise in leisure sports has a partial effect on the quality of life.

본 연구는 중국 대학 육상선수의 운동몰입과 경기력에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 데 있다. 국 하남대학, 정주대학, 하남사범대학 체육대학 육상선수를 대상 19세 이상 남·여 선수들을 모집단으로 설정하여 직접 방문을 통해 설문조사를 위한 동의 및 협조를 구한 후 편의표집방법(Convenience sampling method)을 이용하여 1400부의 설문지를 배포하였고, 불성실한 응답, 무응답, 이중응답 등과 같이 자료로 활용하기 어려운 38부를 제외한 102부를 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 자료처리를 실시하여 얻은 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 운동몰입의 하위요인(인지몰입, 행동몰입)이 경기력에 미치는 영향에서 모든 요인이 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 운동몰입의 하위요인(인지몰입, 행동몰입)이 수행력에 미치는 영향에서 모든 요인이 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 운동몰입의 하위요인(인지몰입, 행동몰입)이 집중력에 미치는 영향에서 모든 요인이 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미쳤다.

본 연구는 경찰조직 여가스포츠참여자의 참여만족에 따른 조직유효성 및 조직헌신도의 관계를 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 2009년 광주광역시에 근무하고 있는 경찰공무원 중 여가스포츠에 참여하고 있는 경찰공무원을 대상으로 편의표본추출법을 이용하여 5개 경찰서를 선정, 총 200명을 표집하여 불성실하거나 수거되지 않은 27부를 제외한, 최종 173부의 설문자료를 사용하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 참여만족의 하위변인인 공익기여, 사회인정, 개인성취는 조직유효성의 하위변인인 직무만족과 조직 몰입 모두에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 참여만족의 하위변인인 공익기여, 사회인적, 개인성취는 조직헌신도의 하위변인인 가치헌신에는 공익기여, 사회인정 변인에서 영향을 미쳤으며, 근속헌신에는 공익기여와 개인성취에서 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 조직유효성의 하위변인인 직무만족, 조직몰입은 조직헌신도의 하위변인인 가치헌신에는 모두 영향을 미쳤으며, 근속헌신에는 조직몰입만이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

In the combustion system, the optimum spray conditions reduce the pollutant emission of exhaust gas and enhance the fuel efficiency. The spray characteristics-the drop size, the drop velocity, the number density and the mass flux, become increasingly important in the design of combustor and in testifying numerical simulation of spray flow in the combustor. The purposes of this study are to clarify the spray characteristics of twin-fluid nozzle and to offer the data for combustor design and the numerical simulation of a spray flow. Spatial drop diameter was measured by immersion sampling method. The mean diameter, size distribution and uniformity of drop were analyzed with variations of air/liquid mass flow ratio. The results show that the SMD increases with the liquid supply flow rate and decreases with the air supply velocity. The radial distribution of SMD shows the larger drops can diffuse farther to the boundary of spray. And the drop size range is found to be wider close to the spray boundary where the maximum SMD locates.

본 연구는 민간경호경비조직의 갈등관리방식과 조직성과의 관계를 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 2010년 서울 소재 민간경비회사에 재직하고 있는 민간경호경비원을 대상으로 판단표집법을 이용하여 286명을 추출하여 최종분석에 사용된 사례수는 279명이다. 본 연구에 사용된 설문지의 신뢰도는 Cronbach's $\alpha$ 값이 .642 이상으로 나타났다. 수집된 자료는 SPSSWIN 17.0을 이용하여 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, t검증 및 F검증, 다중회귀분석 등의 방법을 활용하였다. 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 민간경호경비원들의 사회인구학적 특성에 따라 갈등관리방식은 차이가 있다. 둘째, 민간경호경비비원들의 사회인구학적 특성에 따라 조직성과는 차이가 있다. 셋째, 민간경호경비원들의 갈등관리방식은 조직성과에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 민간 경호경비원들의 갈등관리방식은 조직성과에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 통합 타협, 회피, 은혜, 지배의 갈등관리 방식을 선호할수록 집단응집력, 조직몰입, 직무만족 또한 높게 나타난다.

본 연구는 청소년의 스포츠클럽 참여를 통한 몰입경험과 자아존중감 및 운동지속의도의 관계를 규명하여 청소년들이 운동을 지속할 수 있도록 하는데 목적이 있으며, 표집방법으로 비확률표본추출법 중 편의추출법을 이용하였고, 설문지의 총 257부를 자료분석에 사용하였다. 설문지는 Window용 SPSS 21.0 version 통계프로그램을 이용하여, 연구 대상자의 빈도분석, 요인분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청소년의 인지몰입은 부정적 자아존중감에서 부적인 관계를, 긍정적 자아존중감에서는 정적인 관계를 나타났고, 경향성, 가능성에서 정적인 관계를 나타나고 있다. 행위몰입은 경향성, 가능성, 강화성에서 정적인 관계를 나타나고 있다. 둘째, 긍정적, 부정적 자아존중감은 행위몰입에서 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 인지몰입에서는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 강화성은 행위몰입에서 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 경향성, 가능성은 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 청소년의 스포츠클럽 참여에 따른 몰입경험을 파악하고, 청소년들에게 보다 적합한 신체활동 정보를 제공함으로써 자아존중감을 높이고 지속적인 신체활동을 통해 건강체력 증진 및 활기찬 학교생활을 할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

이 연구의 목적은 경호경비조직의 멘토링기능이 경력개발 및 조직유효성에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 있다. 이 연구는 2010년 3월 서울소재 5개소 경호경비회사의 경호경비원을 모집단으로 설정한 후 유의표집법을 이용하여 최종분석에 이용된 사례 수는 총 227명이다. 설문지의 신뢰도는 Cronbach's ${\alpha}$값이 .667이상으로 나타났다. 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 경호경비조직의 멘토링기능은 경력개발에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 우정 보호, 경력관리, 사회심리, 역할모델 기능이 발휘되면, 혁신적 자기 개발, 전문능력 개발, 정보경쟁력개발은 촉진된다. 둘째, 경호경비조직의 멘토링기능은 조직유효성에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 우정 보호, 경력관리, 사회심리, 역할모델 기능이 발휘되면, 경력만족, 조직몰입, 직무만족은 증가한다. 반면, 사회심리적기능이 발휘되면 이직의도는 감소한다. 셋째, 경호경비조직의 경력개발은 조직유효성에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 혁신적, 전문능력 개발이 촉진되면, 경력만족, 조직몰입, 직무만족은 증가한다. 반면, 정보경쟁력 개발이 촉진될수록 이직의도는 감소한다. 넷째, 멘토링기능은 경력개발 및 조직유효성에 인과적 영향을 미친다. 즉, 멘토링기능은 조직유효성에 직접적으로 영향을 미치지만, 경력개발을 통해서 간접적인 영향을 미친다.
