Reinterpretation of the visual characteristics of Korean folk painting in contemporary Korean painting is to seek directions of today's Korean painting. When examining expressions of contemporary painting we see that there is a reappearance of iconic images, a reinterpretation of both flatness and multi-perspectives, and an objectifying of pastiche folk icons with an experimental spirit. All of these techniques suggest methods of contemporary Korean painting through 'folk painting'. Although folk painting has been adopted in contemporary Korean painting for a long time, interest increased in the 1980s. With the prevailance of both national characteristic expressive techniques of realism and color painting, artists reinterpreted folk painting in their work, borrowing the traditional five colors, common contents, and iconic images. Particularly, an interest in 'Korean Beauty' drew people's interest back to folk painting which provided the significant 'Korean Beauty' of traditional expressive techniques. This study is to examine the characteristics of selected group of works that created a new expressive technique in today's Korean painting by either the reappearance or the reinterpreting of iconic images of the Chosun Dynasty's folk painting. To achieve these goals, the artists, who modify or reinterpret folk painting's visual characteristics with a contemporary sense, are divided into three categories in this study; 'The Readoption of the Folk Image', 'The Reinterpretation of Folk Characteristics', and 'Experimental Expressions'. As a result, it proves that folk painting is both a classical expression and national expression which was not only favored in the Chosun period, but also can be reinterpreted through today's visual methodology.

Persuasion is one of the attractive channels to enhance the relation between markerters and consumers and deliver the true communication on products to the consumers. This arctic tried to examine the symbolic meaning system as a way of maximizing the visual communicational effect of persuasion, the efforts of marketers who are trying to utilize the psychology of the mass that consume the symbol rather than products and the symbol system as a mean of propaganda were analyzed as well. People in modern age, in general, place more value on the emotional assoessibility than the efficiency of the product, As a result, the ways of expression of propaganda approaching the mass are in the process of gradual change, which was another theme this article tried to explore. Ames sied that the human preoeption has a tendency to perceive things in some organized pattern, which can be applied to even untransparable and meaningless image. Human beings don't perceive what there is but what, thery believe there to be, and his peroeption are channelized by the opportunity of the past, his peroeption are channelized by the opportunity of the past, his experience of the environment, and the history of learning. To say another word, people not only recognize the objective form but also accept the inside meaning of the visual object. Their reponse to the visual object, therefore, include personal cognition, judgment, and attitued. The communication in visual design reveals the culture, society, and art in a complex symbol, and make synthetic cultural interpretation possible. It's pretty attractive, effective, and reasonable method to use symbolic meaning system as a way of persuasion. It is because communication means whole process from receiving and delivering the information and message to making common meaning system, to measuring the effect of the behavior change.

Historically, with change of life' s environment, The view to see object and person has been changed. So, as the conception that visual design is a help to produce and spread heteronomous view, this study analyse the view character of recent society as follows. A cityscape, fashion, product, prints(paper goods), advertising give a person special view and a person see the object with the view to be infected to capitalistic consumer' s custom. This origin has been started with the view that in the end of 19 c, capitalism has a visible system to build up capital and that in the make-up of modern civil society, the view was activated as the power of system maintenance and it internalized a person heteronomous view as the object of the power. The product esthetics as to make an effective demand in consumer capitalism after 70' s has shaped the way to produce the 'view desire" through the absorption. When the object is changed to 'the show" , opposite the activation of product esthetics make a person the consumer or outlooker with view of voyeurism. As to this study, the reverse ability of "product esthetics view" in the image to be produced to visual design is revealed through investigating the view as the power. So, an autonomous visual expression way and self-discipline criticism are needed.riticism are needed.

In this essay, Japanese independent animator Koji Yamamura's works were analyzed. As understood from etymology of 'anima', animation is the expression media in which creation of moving image is assumed to be essence. In the independent animation, possibility of animation to the essence shows by the most original and experimental method. And it contributes to diversification of the animation style. Yamamura keeps producing animation independently from the 1980's, and he designed and tried technique and theme of new ideas. Here, on Yamamura's early and after works, his animation method considered by analisis of experimental attempt in technique and theme. In the case of Yamamura, he variously experimented technique on his early works and it was made foundation. And, after , Yamamura searched by the method to harmonize form of animation with content treating drawing animation technique with allegorical theme. Especially, independent animation in Japan has developed growing spontaneously. Therefore the individual aesthetics of Japanese independent animators can be discovered indeed variously intheir creation activity and work. So the importance of independent animation is recognized by concretely analyzing the case of Japanese independent animator. In addition, the way used on the side of possibility of animation expression tries to be considered individual case.

A lot of accumulated data of many quantity exist within a institution or an organization, but most data is remained in form of standardization as each institution or organization. New concept of knowledge information resource management to overcome this disadvantage was introduced, and the digitization of knowledge information resources to share and manage accumulated data is been doing. Specially, in science technic or education scholarship it, the tendency that importing XML to process necessary data to exchange and share of knowledge information resources structurally, and limitation of back for search and indexing or reusability is happened according as expression of great many mathematics used inside electron document of these sphere is processed to nonstructural data of image or text and so on. There is interest converged in processing of mathematics that use MathML to overcome this, and we require the solution to be able to process MathML easily and efficiently on structural document. In this paper, designed and implemented of XML document editing system which easy structural process of electronic document for knowledge information resources, and create and express MathML easily on structural document without expert knowledge about MathML.

They insist that there is no more new stuff in modern art to change every circumstance rapidly. According to this situation, they recreate the works which are made with the existed idea or materials, and also transform creative concept which cites the existing functions with modern meaning. Furthermore they can look into any data everywhere from their daily routine using the internet. And this must become one of the general forms which they imitate others' works which are referred or chosen in modern art. These social complextion is called a parody and pastich is technique of the Post Modernism which is the existence of past. Using the new construction, the parody and pastich which can accomplish some better value and bring other meanings makes original recreation with the concept of copying and repeating. It keeps changing and is shaping up to be different aspect so far. Every field has a little different term using its own expression but it keeps empathizing each other a same essential meaning. Although it is like universal mode of expression, It is fact that the public cannot distinguish what is creation, imitation, or piracy. This thesis shows the concept of it and files for terms which is using like that. At last it selects some artist who worked with parody and pastich analyses and compares them and their works.

The breeding of yaks is highly seasonal, there are many crucial proteins involved in the reproduction control program, especially in follicular development. In order to isolate differential proteins between mature and immature follicular fluid (FF) of yak, the FF from yak follicles with different sizes were sampled respectively, and two-dimensional gel electrophoresis (2-DE) of the proteins was carried out. After silver staining, the Image Master 2D platinum software was used for protein analysis and matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization time of flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF-MS) was performed for differential protein identification. The expression level of transferrin and enolase superfamily member 1 (ENOSF1) was determined by Western blotting for verification analysis. The results showed that 2-DE obtained an electrophoresis map of proteins from mature and immature yak FF with high resolution and repeatability. A comparison of protein profiles identified 12 differently expressed proteins, out of which 10 of them were upregulated while 2 were downregulated. Western blotting showed that the expression of transferrin and ENOSF1 was enhanced with follicular development. Both the obtained protein profiles and the differently expressed proteins identified in this study provided experimental data related to follicular development during yak breeding seasons. This study also laid the foundation for understanding the microenvironment during oocyte development.

This study attempted to investigate the physiological activities of Passiflora caerulea extract and provide basic data needed to verify its availability as an inner beauty material. To examine its anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-aging effects, the followings were measured: total polyphenol contents, total flavonoid contents, DPPH radical scavenging activity, cytotoxicity and NO inhibition effects in RAW 264.7 macrophage cells and HDF cells and MMP-1 inhibitory effects in HDF cells. The results found the followings: First, polyphenol and flavonoid contents were great with 157 mg/g and 173.5 mg/g respectively at 10mg/mL, and DPPH radical scavenging activity was confirmed. In RAW 264.7 macrophage cells and HDF cells, no cytotoxicity was observed for Passiflora caerulea extract. In addition, 69.3% anti-inflammatory effects were found at 100 ㎍/mL through NO inhibition in RAW 264.7 macrophage cells. In addition, a significant inhibition of MMP-1 expression in HDF cell was confirmed. The above results confirmed the anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory effects of Passiflora caerulea extract, low toxicity on skin cells and its anti-aging effects by inhibiting MMP-1 expression. Therefore, it appears that Passiflora caerulea extract would be available as diverse inner beauty materials.

Children's Picture Book is the literature with which children face for the first time as a form of close harmony between text and picture. The picture book shows what is happening and also what may happen mn the children's surroundings and takes great Influence on their creativity, thinking ability, emotion, and Intellectual ability by delivering affluent story through the pictures. The color expressed in the children's picture book is as much important as other formative elements such as shape and texture, and the expression of color on the basis of color emotion is much more Important In that It appeals to the children's feeling. The color which is expressed through the illustration of children's picture book conveys distinctly the motion and feeling of characters who are expressed un the picture book as well as distinction of theme and background and expresses persuasively the whole process of plot and atmosphere so that it might convey various emotions such as delight, sorrow, pleasure, wonder, and fear to children. This thesis alms at analyzing various effects of color contrast, process of color, hue variation, and use of color according to the atmosphere of each cut and the process of plot by selecting the children's picture books which were published abroad and home on the basis of color concept, emotion, and image association which children feel In order to Investigate and analyze the symbolism of color and emotional effect expressed through the illustration of children's picture book, and presenting a direction of color use to produce high-level children's picture book with illustrators individuality and artistry.
