Home Networking will be implementing the interactive network by home appliances over wireless/wireline network framwork. That is, Home appliances, which are being operated within home space configure the network through wireline/wireless network infrastructure for interworking and interacitive services by external internet access. Based on home networking, smarthome is home space where can use automatic telecommunication and interactive service by home appliances. we can call smarthome based on home networking infrastructure as the conceptual gateway for evolving future converged space like u-city. From simple home control service to home automation service over home networking infrastructure, smarthome service is evolving to up-to-date intelligent life environment in growth of IT technology. however, its service model development was based on supplier-centered based on advanced IT technology. because of this situation, smarthome service has not been acknowledged IT underprivileged people as well as IT early-adaptor. so, this research paper will consider and try to find out what will be the feasible factors to make the best service for IT underprivileged people.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of home informatization on the family resource management. For this purpose we analyze the level of home informatization focused on the Internet use and it's effects on the family resource management through time management and financial management. Data were collected from 582 housewives who use the Internet at home. The results show that home informatization through the Internet use has changed family resource management totally. It contributes to improve planning and efficiency of resource management, but simultaneously it causes the imbalance of resource management. And the Internet use of housewives also affects time allocation and household expenditure. These changes depend on socio-demographics variables, home informatization related variables, and personal resource variables. The results show that the ability to manage time and finance have much more importance to improve the level of planning and efficiency and to decrease the level of imbalance in managerial subsystem. The results of this research suggest several implications for public policy.

The purpose of this study is to explore the housing pathways of middle-class married women toward owning a first home. In doing so, an in-depth interview as a qualitative method was conducted, life history was utilized to track down the path to first-home owning, and all the interviews were transcribed for analysis. The research participants were well-educated middle-class full-time housewives owning a home. The findings indicated that family formation through marriage and child birth was a primary driving force to buy a home. It was shown that owning a home was perceived not just as a stepping stone for building both family wealth and social capital but as one of the most important pillars to reinforcing traditional family values. In spite of some intergenerational distinctions on the path toward home owning, commonalities across generations included that home owning was considered to be a social icon for middle-class, it became almost impossible for younger generations without parental support which stimulated the intergenerational transfer of wealth, and it was greatly determined by both family income (affordability) and home finance options(borrowing capacity). This research implies that the changing social landscape transforms the value on homeownership and could undermine the socioeconomic strengths of home owning. Nonetheless, it's of importance to strategically assist first homebuyers who are likely to be a member of middle-class.

Due to the development of technology and medical care following the 4th industrial revolution, the medical paradigm is shifting towards patient-centered medical services. Based on the development of smart home technology, the residential environment is changing into a residential space that cares for and heals the lifestyles and the healthcare of families. As lifestyle changes, the concept of supporting smart home care based on the residential environment is making it possible to build a smart home IoT service design with enhanced accessibility and convenience for medical appointments and well-being lifestyle care. This paper is a study on user-centered health care smart home IoT service design suitable for family members based on the health care, beauty care, exercise care, and customized diet care beyond the conventional concept of health care monitoring. Based on the analysis, this paper proposes a personal care coordinate smart home service design in a human-centered wellness clinic care smart home service design environment. Human-centered wellness clinic smart home IoT service design is meaningful in presenting a vision for research on smart home service design that links hospital-linked and care-linked service industries, which should be considered from the smart home construction planning stage.

The purposes of this study were to find the influence of wife's home management behavior pattern and husband's perception about it on family life satisfaction, and to find out variables which influence them. For theses reviewing literature and empirical research were conducted. The major results were as follows; 1) The couple's psychological variables (ie, degree of life level recognition, of resourcefulness recognition and of communication) were relatively high. The wife's home management behavior pattern was relatively morphogenesis and the husband's perception about wive's it was relatively morphogenesis. And the couple's degree of family life satisfaction were relatively high. 2) Influential variables on wife's home management behavior pattern were level of education, degree of resourcefulness recognition and of communication. And influential variables on husband's perception about vive's it was degree of communication. 3) Influential variables on wive's the degree of family life satisfaction were degree of life level recognition, of resourcefulness recognition and of communication. And influential variables on husband's it were level of education, job, degree of life level recognition, of resourcefulness recognition and of communication. 4) The wife's home management behavior pattern and husband's perception about wive's it were to predict the couple's degree of family life satisfaction. 5) In cause-effect pathway mode. level of education·job·degree of life level recognition·of resourcefulness recognition and of communication showed direct and indirect effect on family life satisfaction through wife's home management behavior pattern or husband's perception about wive's it.

Home-Automation which it automates as connection home by network gives human beings to many conveniences but there is problem must solve. Rightly it is an illegal infiltration against the information transmission and a joint ownership of information home appliance machinery and tools. Especially design of Home Automation is necessary for Information Security because the vulnerability is exposed when it is connecting on the mobile communication terminal and the home appliance machinery and tools. Because of the specificity of subjects belong to middle school curriculum of Home Economics Education of function training is very important. but it pointed out that the existing standards are out-dated, and because of it , it incongruent to our realities. Therefore, whenever the curriculum o education and the national textbook are reorgrnized periodically, the reform of standards of educational materials & facilities must be followed by it. But in my opinion, in korean middle school, especially in Home Economics Education, educational facilities are not reformed at a proper time. Therefore to enhance the qualities of experimentation/practice of Home Economics Education, in the first place, the preparation for the given conditions of standards of educational materials & facilities are needed. But the educational facilities of Home Economics Education have many problem not only in the qualitative aspect but also in the quantitative aspect. And in addition to it, lost of educational facilities which cannot match contents of national textbook of Home Economics Education are exist. Therefore this thesis aims at examining comprehensively the problem of experimentation /practice of experimental materials & facilities of Home Economics Education connect with contents of Home Economics Education, holding several problems of experimentation/practice of Home Economics Education in middle school, grouping ; the principles and ways concerning the innovation experimental materials & facilities of Home Economics Education by which many teachers and students make sure of more efficient teaching/studying, and obtaining basic data which guarantee the ability of innovation concerning problems of the education of experimentation/practice of Home Economics Education. Method are : 1)grasp our educational realities with my original(question). 2)Integrate/analyse results of 1) 3)check the frequency, percentage with methods of X$^2$-test, T-test, and ‘One-way Analysis of Variances’. 4)suggest my own alternative proposal.

After the introduction of the 7th revision of curriculum, educational facilities have been requested to change to face new curriculums and have been planned. But, it is actual condition that researches of curriculum and facilities seem to be insufficient. This research will re-establish in an angle of space-syntax based on existed research for home-base area of variation type in high school according to the 7th curriculum. And the each specific character of home-base area representing each type and strong / weak points of area structure of each home-base will be analyzed. And analysis result with the model of variation type in high school visit the on-the-spot inspection result which leads and comparison and with his interview back it leads and currently there is the objective to the evaluation the variation type in high school home-base which is planned regarding the suitable in real use. Each case to the school I visited the scene, not all high schools applied the 7th curriculum courses. Therefore, it is also home-base space capabilities were not being properly utilize. According to 7th curriculum, one of Hall-type home-base and Room-type home-base can be suitable when integration is higher. However, the way the current operational training, it is the best that Distributed-type home-base needs to be included in each curriculum block.

Trying to give an overview of home informationization accelerated by the information age, the main purpose of this research is to suggest a guide for home Economics to adjust to the era. While the informatinization in home provides convenience and plays a major role to improve the quality of the life there are still many problems to be reflected on. First of all in order to utilize a variety of information devices it is needed that technical index related to home management such as home information device index and the expenditure on information is studied. Secondly, it is needed to predict possible home life style in the future and build up the ability to adjust to the change. Therefore, in the field of home economics, developing programs to offer the better chance of education on home life and culture, values, relationships, capability to enhance home life etc, is in urgent need of reflection.

The purpose of this study was to identify the preferred materials and design characteristics of nursing home clothes in order to collect the basic data necessary for the elderly nursing home clothes. It was to utilize the elderly nursing home clothes considering elderly body shape, hand function, illness. This study was conducted by questionnaire method and SPSS ver. 20.0 program was used. The preference for nursing home clothes material was high for cotton, and it was found that they prefer soft, stretch material, warm feeling material, and lightweight material. In the hygienic aspect, they favored sweat-absorbent materials, and preferred laundry- care-resistant materials with poor wrinkles and dirtiness. The nursing home clothes preferred a two piece form consisting of a round neckline, two pockets on both sides, a waistband of rubber band, long lengths, and a waistline pants. The most important function in the nursing home clothes was recognized as wearing comfort. Aesthetics, symbolism, color and print pattern were recognized as not important functions. Therefore, it is necessary to focus on the functional part such as wearing comfort in the design of the nursing home clothes. The material is also hygienic and comfortable to wear. In the case of the elderly, it is necessary to provide convenience for the wear of clothes through the development of stretchable material and detachment device since the movement range of muscles, arms, and legs is reduced. Based on this study, we will utilize it for the development of nursing home suit considering the characteristics of elderly person in the elderly society. It is to develop functional materials for the elderly in need of nursing home, to develop the pattern considering the elderly body shape, and to develop the desorption device considering the movement of the hand.
